Nice, clean hotel. Two Queen beds & a pullout was sufficient for us...
Breakfast was better then the Marriott.
Construction around hotel is a challenge...but that’s out of their control.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay (family of 5).

Best breakfast we’ve had since coming to Canada. We stayed at three other Fairfield Inn’s and this place had the best customer service, both at the reception desk and the cafeteria area.
Great job to all personnel, will definitely choose this location again.

Rooms large enough; breakfast was decent. Customer service was good. Stays longer than a night require you to pay 15 dollars per day for parking, which is not included in your hotel costs at time of booking.

Hot complementary coffee and tea in the lobby, a very attentive breakfast employee that kept the buffet clean and stocked, and very positive and friendly front desk staff. Free parking is always a nice bonus as well. Overall, excellent stay. 👍

Room was decent, fairly spacious but not quite as modern as some other Marriott properties, with not as many plugs available for devices as some others, but it is workable. Great place to keep your car when flying out if you want to keep it in a gated lot and have an included shuttle. On the down side if you are an overnight guest, parking is only included for the first car, the second was 15 for the night.

The hotel was very clean and well cared for. Room was nice. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was open until 1030pm which was good, food was decent as well. The best part is that they have a gated parking lot and one car can stay there for 7 days. It is included in the price of the room. There is also a shuttle to/from the airport.

Pretty nice hotel by the airport. A five minute drive to/from the airport. The restaurant downstairs was good too. They provide free breakfast and you can pay to eat a dinner too. The pizza was good. The main hotel room and the bathroom were both big.

Very nice an welcoming staff when we arrived at 3:00am for the long weekend. Sho was very accommodating and suggested several places during our stay.

We planned on flying out of Montreal early in the morning and decided to drive up and stay overnight (rather than driving 2.5 hours that moring) and left our car for 9 days, while on vacation on west coast. The Fairfield Inn seemed a good fit, providing secure long term parking at a reasonable price, while offering 24/7 shuttle running every half hour. Only negative was finding how to get to the hotel, with all the construction that has gone on around P Trudeau airport over the last years, my Garmin GPS could not get us there, despite seeing the hotel clearly in front of us. Had to stop at nearby train station and ask someone walking through parking lot. Hotel itself seemed very nice and clean. We ate at the restaurant inside and enjoyed it.

Pretty good service. Only complaint is its location - it takes a bit too long to get to the town, and isn't in an all too scenic location.

Probably one of the best Fairfields you'll stay at. I'm a regular at this and other hotel chains and brands and this location is definitely is one of the best Fairfields I stay at. This one has a restaurant in it which is rare. The breakfast that's included is great in comparison to other Fairfields I've been at and has a lot more choice. Rooms have been recently updated with new carpets and large flatscreen tv's. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I'm always happy to see me booked here for my accommodation in Montreal

Very welcoming staff, everyone seems fluent in English and French which is nice. Room is nice and housekeeping does a great job

Close to hotel and nice staff. The breakfast is above average. The rooms are average at best even after the renovation.

This property is likely the best Fairfield that I have ever stayed at. And not just once, the are consistantly spot on.
Their resto-bar is fabulous as well. The staff is passionate about what they do as well. Great location (2 minutes from YUL). Suttles ever 30 minutes.

Nice rooms, full breakfast, really nice staff, convenient shuttle. If you need to be around the airport this is a good spot.

My 4 stars are given to the nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great cleaning and kitchen staff 👍👍.
However, there was one rude person at the front desk...she should NOT be allowed to work there. She is the best example of horrible customer service.

Stayed here on an extended business stay. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Downside was the lack of dinning options (I was there for 2 weeks). Had to always drive or go on a 10-15 minute walk to find new choices. The construction and traffic are horrible and create chaos but that is Montreal in a nutshell.

Stayed for 3 days, the rooms are clean & the beds are very comfortable. Convenient to get around Montreal by car close to train station & bus terminus. Just watch travel directions as there is construction but did not inconvenience us just used google maps to help. Breakfast was convenient & quick. Rhe reception staff were helpful & friendly.

Nice place. Quiet and clean rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided in the morning was A+. Five minute walk from the train station and a short drive from the airport. Would definitely go back again.

Great hotel. The rooms are spacious and quite. The hotel is next to the airport so we were afraid it would be loud but it has been very nice. The staff is very friendly all around and breakfast is pretty good. The parking is $15 a day but it is a nice gated lot. Cribs were free.

Very nice and modern, seems closer to a category for than a category 3 hotel. It is lodged between a runway and railroad tracks, so you are better off on the runway side noise wise.

Fun bartender in the bar. Huge washrooms in the room. Extremely comfortable beds for the night. Overall amazing experience.

Nice place to stay. The dining area staff were very friendly and professional. Good listeners and always ready to assist. Big room with 2 beds should have a bigger TV to accommodate the guests. Shuttle bus to airport was excellent. One family occupied the pool and were not ready to share. Overall, this hotel is good.

Good hotel fairly close to the airport. They have regular shuttles to the airport at every half hour. Clean rooms and good internet. They have a restaurant in house which is good as its not located close to any nice restaurants. Can get a little loud here as one side has the airport and the other has rail tracks. Standard fairfield amenities in room and overall satisfied with my stay.

Good hotel. What I have come to expect of Marriott. No complaints about anything. Comfortable, available late at night (after a long flight), comfortable bedding. Slow internet, however.

One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Food at the hotel restaurant/bar was pretty good.

Location was a little difficult because of street construction, but everything else was great. Friendly staff, extremely clean room, extremely clean bathroom, great breakfast.

Excellent hotel with free parking and a continental breakfast. I missed my 9AM flight (overslept in the comfortable bed!) and the hotel staff was nice enough to give me my room back and provide a late check-out (3PM), allowing me to then catch my 5PM rescheduled flight. Thanks for helping me out Marriott! Would definitely recommend the hotel!

Was only there for one night. It was nice and clean and had everything I needed. Staff were helpful. WiFi was pretty slow though.

Great location relative to Trudeau Airport. Very friendly and professional staff. The rooms are very clean, but the decor is a bit dated.

Really enjoyed the suite with our family, the extra space and sofa bed gave us just enough room. The staff was very helpful, and the free breakfast had a good variety.

Best hotel experience. Despite being a discount layover rate from Air Canada, they were very professiona and helpful. I accidentally spilled a glass of water at the check-in counter which fried some electronic device. I felt horrible for the rest of that afternoon. But they apparently sensed my anxiety and place a hand written note in my room to placate my worries. They truly cared about their guests wellbeing and they deserve a my high rating. They went beyond. Thank you.

My favorite hotel in the airport area. Great hospitality and very nice hotel. Good breakfast and nice little evening bar area.

Extremely attentive staff, clean, modern room design, beautiful bathroom, and a breakfast that was full of cold and freshly cooked options. Much higher quality breakfast than my last stay with Hampton Inn that was just over a week ago in South Carolina.

Love this hotel, very clean, veary friendly staff, bar and restaurant in the lobby. Not the typical Fairfield Inn, very much more like a Courtyard with better food.

I was staying overnight at the hotel and also planned to get a meal. Check-in was very quick and easy, the staff were friendly and helpful and saw that I would be a frequent customer and offered me to sign up for the rewards as well. I went up to the room to drop off my things, the elevators are freely available, hotel is nice and clean, and the rooms are what you would come to expect with a nice comfortable bed. I ate dinner at the lounge downstairs which was quite tasty, though the service was extremely slow (though friendly and perfectly fluent in English). Overall I will eat here again out of convenience but I would really like to get better service. Over a couple hours I should not need to ask multiple times for more water or my bill. All in all my experience was a solid 8/10.

Lounge was very busy so service was slow and I was never checked in on after food was delivered. Ordered soup and a salad and both were not as described in the menu. Was very disappointed

The rooms were pretty nice, and the people there were very helpful, friendly, and kind. I do wish that I could have warmed my room up a little more though. The thermostat in my particular room would not allow me to bring it up high enough.

The room was clean and comfortable. Had the ceasar salad at the restaurant and it was huge! And delish.

My default Dorval airport hotel. Clean comfortable rooms with friendly & bilingual staff for us silly Americans who only speak English. Hotel has a restaurant with good food and a good local beer selection.

Service is great. Location is great. The only problem we have so far is that when the room was advertised to us it mentioned our room being sound proof(now I know it wouldn`t be 100% that but still somewhat that). On a scale from 1 to 10 of being loud I will admit we were about an 8.
We got a complaint or two and yes we are very sorry for making any noise and any inconvenience but feel like the advertisement should not mention soundproof.

Close to airport, with shuttles constantly running. Excellent bar with great food. Jeff the bartender is awesome.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and consistently have issues. This time for instance I had no hot water in my room. The shuttle won't take you anywhere other than the airport and the restaurant is expensive for small portions. I would look to stay elsewhere in the future.

Hotel was so nice. The price was good too. The gentleman that check me in was also so pleasant and accommodating. I will stay here from now on when in Montreal!

Room was quite clean , surely not worth $250 per night as it's just a standard room no sofa nor microwave.

Breakfast was ok ,not enough seating to accommodate more than a certain amount of guests.

Also replenishing the buffet was found wanting. The juice machine malfunctioned during my stay

Arrived here and there was construction on the outside road so its a bit hard to enter but once inside its pretty clean and safe. Parking is in a gated lot and thats good. This hotel is well outside city limits near the airport and there's nothing nearby but the hotel restaurant is pretty good. Morning complimentary breakfast is good too. The room we got was clean (the wife who's ocd didn't complain). The hotel also has an indoor pool and gym but we didnt use them.

Room was a comfortable size and clean, with great amenities for an overnight stay. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and tasty, despite the servers being understaffed due to a sick colleague. Front desk staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Valets polite and quick to help with my luggage.

Would stay again, and recommend to all.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast was fine. Nice showers. Room was shared in private hallway with another room, which was strange. Our key cards got messed up but the front desk quickly fixed the issue. The AC was not the best, it never really felt it got that cold. Overall positive experience.

We been there for 2 nights.... it was very nice and clean rooms........ Breakfast was so good.... they provided very good things to eat in breakfast....Breakfast area was so cleaned... and server's were so friendly.. reception are was so informative and helpful. kids were so excited...

Very friendly staff, very good food, nice Jazz Music in the background (not too loud), early breakfast, fitness area with a pool, of course clean and quite rooms and a shuttle bus service to the airport. I definitely can recommend this hotel and would book it again.

Great hotel, great staff, quiet rooms. It is close to both airport and rail lines but still quiet because it looks like they retrofitted the windows with sound proof double windows. Food in morning was great. Would absolutely stay again.

Stayed here on the way to Montreal Biodome. Had a great time. Pool is small but was warm and the kids loved it. Free breakfast was amazing, lots of selection! Nice clean rooms at a great rate with CAA!

Great stay, oversized room with flat screen :) and amazing staff. Try the westcoast pizza at the lounge, I would have one everyday! Perfect Hotel when we stayed during Osheaga!
