We stayed here for almost a week and the service here was exceptional. The rates were also decent and rooms maintenance was of top quality. The location was easily to find and all nearby tourist spots were easy to commute.

Very good hotel for stay. Room service was good. Buffet breakfast available and they have tour services if needed can be availed. The restaurant is good and the breakfast is good. lunch and dinner are not that much good and it is costly when compared to others.

Friendly, professional staff. Clean room of a decent, well proportioned size. with good proportioned. Large bathroom, with bath/shower, bidet, toilet and sink. Very good breakfast options, covering Indian, Asian, Continental, American/English breakfast styles. Quiet part of Dubai within easy walking distance of several convenience stores, pharmacy and cash machine.

It's a nice hotel. Always spotless. Staff are genuinely friendly and courteous. Nothing to much trouble . Breakfast is very varied food quality is good . Rooms well presented and we'll maintained. Just off the centre if Dubai. But quite easy to get about .

Excellent breakfast. They change their menu everyday. The salad bar is amazing. Swimming pool is nice. Room is spacious and offers loads of storage. Very good for long stay.

Amazing place, cozy room, best place near to all restaurants and middle of dubai. Staff was friendly and its good to see quick response. Swiming pool is good and nice.

Very very goid hôtel. Clean and excellent service. Everybody speaks english and has a kind word for you in all circumstances. Rooms are huge, and the breakfast is great (order your own omelette / scrambled eggs and large choice. Its a bit away from the most active and tourist-friendly places but Taxi is cheap and metro is less than 10min away. There are still a lot of dining options if you walk a bit.

Last but not least the pool is almost cool 😎.

A good hotel at a convenient location, new property, very well maintained and is a part of SPG family. Their cafe is really good and serves good Masala Tea for Indian tea lovers.

Rates were cheap but rooms are outstanding.
Don't eat or drink there, its gonna destroy your pocket.

Clean rooms. Great bed. Breakfast is ok. Service is great. Location is quite a walk to the closest metro. Taxi would cost around 12 aed if you don't like to talk to the station.

Awesome room.. higher price range .. and not enough facilities... Not even breakfast was not included in price.. charged extra for tourism tax... Don't know what it meant.. hospitality also not so great..

Overall nice play to stay, clean and luxurious only thing I had bad experience. I called them twice to confirm my visit but they still cancelled my booking and then when I reached there at 9pm I got surprise you have no booking if you want we have rooms and the price I got was much higher than the one I offered earlier.. very bad for a reputable hotel to do this kind of stuff. So I advice everyone better clear things before otherwise you might have to go through same

Nice place. Close to a mosque, restaurants and chill spots. Prices are much better than on the other side of the creek and area is also under development. You get really good value for your money. Free parking onsite and friendly staff.

Perfect location for those who wants to be near Indian bazaar. Service is always very good and it's easily accessible from near by Metro. Good place.

Excellent Hotel. Service was impeccable. It was my second stay. My most recent stay August 2017 with my two children. I had lost a bag in a taxi on the way to Four Points, and staff couldn't do enough, locating our arrival on camera, contacting the taxi service, and indeed we got our bag back. Staff members were fantastic and couldnt do enough for us especially George, and the restaurant staff, aswell as reception

Finding taxis outside the hotel was easy.
Grocery stores close-by for all small purchases.
Restaurant in the hotel is not that great.
Buy four restaurants in the vicinity of about 800mtrs. All indian restaurants though.
There are four points by Sheraton in Dubai and two in bur Dubai, so easy to get confused by taxi drivers

First time staying at a Sheraton group hotel. It was very very luxurious. I usually stay at holiday inn. I think this is much much better than holiday inn. Staff was little slow but courteous. Overall it was good experience

When you enter in the hotel on the right hand side they have an amazing restaurant buffet. Affordable prices. You can find your Menu for 99 AED in many occasions and make your dinner pleasent. Employee available at all times and they are very friendly as well. The international menu buffet is made by fresh products and some live dishes cooked in front of you. Advisable a stop there during your stay or transition in Dubai with a small budget. Good balance price quality. Food well selected.

We rent a room during July 2017. The prices were really competitive. The staff is nice and polite, they answered to all our question and were available for info. There is a bus stop nearby and a metro station 200-500 meters in range.

We decided to spend five days in Dubai on our way to Amsterdam. Four Points is marketed as a four star hotel and has been used by friends, so we thought we'd give it a go!
The hotel is NICE! Rooms are spacious, concierge is very friendly, there is a bar and the breakfast is good. For dinner, you can eat in the bar (simple menu) or in the restaurant (full menu). The free shuttle bus takes you to the beach, Dubai Mall and several other Malls and attractions. We would have given the hotel a four star rating were it not for the fact that on our day of departure, we had ordered two breakfasts at 04:00 as we had a very early flight to Amsterdam. The breakfasts didn't arrive (at all) and my wife had to negotiate a refund, all this time, I was sitting in a taxi and didn't dare leave it as taxis are not plentiful at 4 am! We were eventually refunded 1 , not 2, breakfasts.

Good location, although there can be traffic around this hotel during peak hours. Excellent food, and friendly staff. Overall one of the better Four Points in Dubai!

The room is big enough but the bathroom is not modern.
The swimming pool small well very small compare with other hotel.
Unfortunately I didn't try the breakfast Aslo the spa
I stay at the hotel in just couple of hours.
Surrounded lots of places that you can visit.
In general it's fine hotel with nice prices.

Hotel Staff were very polite & Courteous, immediately felt welcomed. We were greeted warmly at the Check-in Desk by Shalini, who ensured we were checked in smoothly and also gave us the best room available. Great customer service.

Any quieries were dealt with quickly.

Location is a 5-10min walk to the green metro and also close to Red metro line. Hotel also has a very useful shuttle to the Beach & Dubai Mall.

Only issue was the shower, Hot water stays on for about 25-30mins, but then it takes a short while to come back. However, if you have quick shower then you have more time to Enjoy Dubai😀

Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious. Food is ok (not great). Good gymnasium and pool. Main drawback is location. Not in walking distance to food and attractions.

All our requests were fulfilled. Nice big rooms. Child cot was provided. Room is child safe. Housekeeping and in house services were prompt and courteous.

Probably one of the nicest Four Points I have stayed at ( and I have a fair share under my wings). Rooms are ample, mine had a separate kitchen area with a washer and dryer. The buffet at the restaurant was very diverse and all the food I had was very good. The fitness room is rather large for a hotel and complements with a moderate size pool at the top floor.

Good budget hotel, very comfortable, and lovely helpful staff. Breakfast just OK. Seems to be surrounded by building sites at the moment, but was not a problem.

The hotel reflected Five Star standard and was exceptional with the entire team of staff. The room and toilet was clean and and bed were extremely comfortable. Mr. Thilan from the concierge was remarkable who welcomed us with a broad smile and assisted with the luggage. Breakfast was excellent. However, the dinner was not up to the mark.

Affordable prices for good tasting food, but no valet parking service and it's hard to find a parking spot.

Well located for Sharjah and the airport, both about 15 minutes away by car. Whilst the hotel is clean and tidy, it is very ordinary and nondescript providing nothing more than a quiet comfortable room at a reasonable price. The free internet service was okay. The only real annoyance was the lack of power sockets next to the bed - the only charging points were at the desk.

Great staff and service, the only thing missing was slippers for the floor. I'm sure the friendly staff would have fixed that but we just had a short stay so didn't really have time to care about that.

Solid hotel with good if unexciting amenities. Located in a quieter area, but close to old Dubai. The hotel also provides shuttle service to popular locations like Dubai Mall and kite beach. All around a reasonable place to stay.

We loved this hotel! Hotel Was abit out of the way which could be good and bad, for us we didn't mind. Room was big but view wasn't great, it was construction next door but we just kept the curtains closed which didn't bother us as we were only in during nighttime. Staff were friendly and room service was great too. We had new towels brought to our room within 10 mins of calling even in the night(as we forget to leave them to change most mornings). Any time we called they were always quick to help. They even let in our KFC delivery driver to the room which I thought was a bonus. Breakfast wasnt great in my opinion as the sausages were processed and I seem to remember there being not a lot of choice and for it being quite pricey aswell it was definitely the reason for 4/5 instead of 5. Apart from that we ate from the cafe and got sandwiches delivered up to the room and they were really nice. great overall experience in this hotel

Fantastic time with my Family spent three wonderful days stay at Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Dubai. Excellent location nearby to most shopping areas in and around. Renovation was going on when we stayed which was a bit noisy for a while otherwise, stay was memorable.

came here for three days. The staff are absolutely give excellent service, very friendly. couldn't ask for a better service. been places but not like this hotel. Stayed here for 6 nights with wife and 2 young children.
From day 1 the overall service was great. Staff very helpful and approachable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely too with a number of varieties. A couple of negatives, the nearest metro station was 10 mins away al fahidi which wasnt too bad but difficult with young children. Also hotel food is extremely expensive which the management were made aware. Other facilities i.e supermarket and foreign exchange 5 to 6 minutes which was useful too.
Would definately recommend this hotel and a 4 star rating is about right.

As most better hotels in Dubai this one does not disappoint either, staff is very friendly, furnishing and cleanliness is great. Great fitness, sauna and pool is available. Free Wi-Fi.
Hotel is located 10-15 minutes by taxi from airport and 10 minutes walk from Al Fahidi subway station. Dubai museum and old markets are withing walking distance. Ride across the Creek on a boat for 1 Dirham takes you to Spice and Gold Market.

Rooms are very nice, reception also very helpfull and kind. Breakfast service is a disaster, not enough tables and while you wait the buffet is closing (?????)

No complaints. Good wifi speeds. TV channels see few and using own device with the rooms TV will require tech assistance from their staff as they have their own custom device.
