The first room they put me in was a no go. Room was ok but once I opened the blinds all I saw was wall (3 feet from the window) and from the bedroom a big loud disgusting air-conditioning unit that dripped water and rust and created a pool of orange and disgusting bacteria right outside my bedroom window. Avoid room 203 like the plague!! But then they moved me to room 237 which was beautiful. So room confusion aside, the included breakfast was great bacon and eggs the one day I woke up for breakfast. So I'm sure it was awesome the other days too. And if that wasn't enough they have an evening social event with free beer (yes FREE) and food. Not just chips and salsa but Pizza, Sliders, Salad Bar, Soup of the day and various other snacks... Better food than the embassy suites happy hour even. Homewood Suites may be my new spot...

Very inviting. Rooms very clean and presentable. Full size fridge and oven in kitchenette. Separation between kitchenette/living room area and bedroom/bathroom area is very convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Family stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful stay. Pool was nice and well cared for. Plenty of pool towels. Free breakfast was great each day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was well cleaned each day and they happily gave us extra towels. The weekday socials were an excellent touch and very nice to attend.

Pretty decent location and nice accommodations. As with one poster, my only issue was lack of upkeeping on breakfast bar. I had to go out for breakfast my second day because it was, for the most part, empty. Other than that I would stay there again.

This hotel is conveniently located to several restaurants and corporate offices. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and clean. A hot breakfast is included and they have a nice pantry of items you can buy next to the front desk.

The hotel itself is wonderful. Clean, quiet, and well maintained! The house keeping staff got us any chance extras we needed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because they don't keep the breakfast area stocked. It doesn't matter what time we have gone to breakfast so far on our trip almost everything is out and we have to ask them to make more. Otherwise this hotel is great!

My husband has stayed with this hotel for nearly 2 years with his job location and I must say, I've never been in a more customer oriented and friendly place. The rooms are great with comfortable beds and bedding, a full kitchenette to make it easy to cook your own food and the entire hotel is freshly renovated. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to meet the guests every need. We've greatly enjoyed our stay. They also offer breakfast every morning and a social small dinner every Monday-Thursday with beer served for those that desire it. My child loves the staff and enjoys visiting what he calls our 'other home'. His favorite (and mine too) is Angie! She's always quick to offer a smile and ready to help with anything we need. I've done my share of traveling but never have I had a better stay at any hotel. They definitely make this place a home away from home.

Pros: Quiet! Nice and quiet. Great setting in Brentwood away from hustle and bustle of Nashville. Rooms are good size for price, the apartment feel makes a week long stay feel much better and cozier than a typical hotel. Bed was comfy, shower was hot.

Cons: It's a little dated, the room doors don't shut all the way as there's a gap where lots of light comes in and so would noise had it been busy. Also, the one elevator takes forever and the door scrapes when it opens and closes.

Overall: Would definitely stay again anytime and recommend to others

This property appears to be fairly new. The rooms are very spacious and luxurious. I was satisfied with the gym. It has 2 treadmills and an elliptical; all of which have a TV you can watch and plug in headphones are available at the front desk if you request them. There's a reception from 5-7pm and a shuttle within a 5 mile radius in the morning and evening. It's in a nice location and I will make this my go to property anytime I'm near Brentwood. 😁

Took 2 hours to get our room after check in time. Otherwise the place was fine. Rooms are good, and they had free nachos and drinks in the lobby while I was there.

Great place. Remodel so a little awkward with the transition. But the staff was awesome and the room was mostly updated so it was beautiful

The room was very nice and clean with contemporary decor. I wish there was a in-room bar with water, etc. to drink. The hot breakfast in the morning was very good. The bathroom sink faucet was not connected to the sink very well which was concerning but it worked well enough. I would recommend it probably.

The hotel was under renovation, so it's hardly fair to assess all of the facilities. Everything was pretty nice, though I wouldn't give five stars. Unfortunately, I also woke to the noise of construction, so it's hard to say if that experience is the reason I won't give top marks.

Loved the hotel, the rooms, and the location. Only issues we had were their elevator had foam wall coverings on the inside which was strange and the water pressure was not very good. Other than that it was great.

This is a four star hotel. Very nice staff. Clean room and comfortable. Undergoing renovation, so common areas are a little messy and a little noisy, but they do a nice job keeping the renovation mostly contained. Dropped one start for renovation. One complete, I would upgrade to a four.

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is in a great area for those visiting Nashville. However, their breakfast left something to be desired... something about tater tots for breakfast seems almost wrong but then they didn't taste very well either.

Friendly staff in a safe, easy to find location with ample parking. The rooms were very clean and the pull out bed was surprisingly comfortable. Good amenities.

My wife and I had to stay here due to an ice storm. The service was wonderful. Because many people's flights had been canceled, the eating room was full. We had nowhere to sit and they opened a conference room (I guess) to accommodate people. They also gifted a book to my toddler - it was very sweet of them. They were always attentive. Would come back for sure.

I love how convenient this location is to everything including the interstate. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean. It's not a new hotel so the appliances and interiors could use some updating, including some touch up paint in the halls.

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, so I would certainly recommend staying here if you are looking for a good value hotel that's close to everything.

Very convenient, rooms were immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. My only complaint is the bathtub was very slippery.

We were able to confirm our stay through a relative so our key was waiting at the front desk when we rolled in at 3:30 in the morning.
Can't really say if it was how exhausted we were that influenced my opinion, but crawling into the bed was like crawling into heaven.
At 20 weeks pregnant, I would give just about anything to own the pillows they use.

My wife and I were there for a get together with some friends, and everything was neat and clean. The staff were courteous and friendly, and willing to help us find our destination. I would definitely consider staying as an overnight guest in the future.

The staff at this hotel was awesome. The facility was clean but definitely showed some age. The suite was a nice size and you couldn't hear the people in the room next door unless you were in the hallway. The bed slept GREAT. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

PROS: Large rooms with living room. Polite and friendly staff.
CONS:
(1) Rooms are not well maintained (my room was missing bathroom door latch plate, and ceiling paint was sprayed all of the door between the bedroom and living room).
(2) Pool is outside in middle of hotel. Guests two nights in a row were playing loud music till 11:30 PM (makes it quite difficult for business meetings the following day) and hotel staff did not request the music be turned down.
(3) Wifi is HORRIBLE. Could not consistently get to my email. My connection was lost several times and was forced to re-enter tons of data.
(4) I made reservations a month in advance. I had a five hour drive to make it to the hotel. I called front desk @ 3:30 PM to let them know that I would be arriving late and to please not give out my reservation. The front desk refused to guarantee that my room would be available when I arrived, "...because the hotel was overbooked and their policy was to give out rooms to the first that arrived regardless of reservations...".

Even with GPS, this place was difficult to find coming in from the West on I70. Arrived around 8:30 PM. Asked a worker for a luggage trolley and he pointed vaguely in a direction, saying, "May be one over there", and walked away. At check-in, asked if there was coffee. The desk attendant asked the same guy to make some, but he never did. The desk attendant later offered, but we then declined. Our room was on the 2nd floor serviced by a single elevator that was in a position making it difficult to maneuver the trolley. Our room and most others were distant from the elevator. The place was laid out inconveniently. The room was very clean and decorated nicely. It had a kitchen with a dishwasher that had a broken rubber gasket laying over the heating element. We did not plan on using it, but notified the desk. Subsequently, found the phone line was not plugged in and the bedside table was one top of it. Again a safety issues, if you are elderly and having an emergency. Again notified the desk. We were told, we could choose another hotel by the desk attendant, and told the same thing by the day manager the next day. Nice room, nice complimentary breakfast, but unprofessional staff.

When we arrived at 6:30pm, our room was not ready. We found out that others had been waiting hours for a room. We went to the evening social while we waited, but the main item was already gone and they said they could not put out anymore. The room was ready about an hour later. The next morning, we arrived for breakfast at 9:30 as most places serve til 10. We found out that it was only until 9am, something that we were not told when we checked in. They were very helpful in helping us get a few things to eat. The room was in very good shape and adequately supplied with extra linens.

I stayed here for a month or so during October November and this place did not disappoint me at all.. They have good room service, shuttle service within 5 mi, pool and many more things to makr your stay comfortable..
Oh and (light) dinner is free..

The room was great. Check in was super easy and quick. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Great place to stay.

Not at all what I was expecting out of a Hilton establishment and in Brentwood Tn. I wanted to stay in Hilton Garden Inn but booked out so they sent me here. yuk. This is more money than the Garden Inn and very unworthy of the $. What are you kidding me? Over $200 for the night, dirty, smelly hallway carpets and smelly room. No way ever staying in one of these again!! They should give me a $100 back.

As of two days upon writing this review, I received two emails to rate my stay at this hotel. In addition, I received a personal email from the manager of this location. The manager gave a sincere apology and initiated a full refund without any questions. WOW TY

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times. Rooms are great with full kitchens. Hotel is clean and beautiful. Great complementary breakfast, as well as light dinners during the week. Recommended!
