Stayed here for 28 nights during a study trip. Overall experience was great. The hotel grounds span across three buildings and can be quite difficult to navigate facilities/dining options and shops. Hotel staff were very friendly, and highly respectful. Rooms are spacious relative to the regular room sizes in Japan, and the ammenities provided were adequate. Expected a bit of special attention and treatment considering my length of stay and upfront cash payment, but was disappointed. Hotel services and dining options are very expensive, but are of high standard. Location is perfect for Tokyo, everything is within a 10km radius and access to subways and trains is a non issue.

Hotel is nice and clean and surprisingly large for Tokyo. The toiletries are fabulous with most of what you will need. They even take care of both gender except one issue - they assume a twin sharing 2 beds with both gender in same room. Take note that they only have 110V electrical sockets so those appliance using 220-240V will NOT work - the hotel should take that into consideration especially when opening to international crowd.

A wonderful hotel with beautiful traditional Japanese garden. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Good location to get to all parts of the city.

One of the Traditional Hotel in Tokyo, Japan. I stayed here for a week. Great service and great food. The ambience is outstanding. The morning breakfast menu was satisfying. The restaurant in the ground floor has a great view. They also have a restaurant at 21 floor. That also has a good view of around the city.

Located in Akasaka mitsuke, so a very good location as the 2 main tourist regions are easily accessible, with shinjuku and shibuya on one side and ginza, asakusa and ueno on the other. The staff are courteous and the rooms spacious although the layout of the hotel is a little bit difficult to navigate.

Very nice hotel. Staff was incredible. Be aware that there are two towers and that the lobby is on upper floors for both hotels. This might be a surprise for some travelers. The gradens are very nice and the breakfast was well worth it.

New Otani hotel Tokyo 4.5 *many bars, restaurants and shops. Everything is very expensive but hard to fault. Views from garden tower room.

When we got here, My mother suffered from a migraine. The staff managed to get us a room for her to recover in for an hour before getting our rooms ready extra early at 11:00. They were very helpful and nice!

Nice, clean, conveniently located hotel with excellent service. There's some outstanding restaurants in the hotel and hotel is close to several metropolitan areas of Tokyo with great restaurants. Hotel is well connected with subway and train stations near by.

Friendly staff, nice and well kept rooms. The hotel is huge and the garden is very beautiful. Location is not bad either, it's just a short walk to the subway station.

Stayed in room 3018. Big clean room with awsome view. Service was exceptional. Short walking distance to a few differe t subway stations. Will definitely come back here again if I ever revisit tokyo.

Room is very clean. The employees are very helpful. To travel to food and shopping places you will need to catch the subway. They have restaurants and bars but expensive. Bar Capri had a reasonable price for food and if you smoke cigars that's a good place with higher end quality drinks.

Hotel New Otani Garden Tower is a high class hotel with a lovely Japanese garden, swimming pool and great customer service. The rooms are big and the beds are comfy.

Service was excellent. However the 2 rooms I stayed in at the beginning and end of my trip were very inconsistent. Additionally, the rooms were lit very poorly. Aside from those small details, my stay was excellent.

Stayed in Garden Tower. Excellent rooms, comfortable bed, huge amount of restaurants in the hotel itself. Everything is very clean, good attention to detail. Staff speak great English. Unbelievable garden on the grounds and awesome views of Tokyo.
