Everything was excellent, good service in the bar, great breakfast, nice cleam rooms. This was my second visit in 5 years and I willbe back !!

This is the best hotel where ever I go.. Super clean and comfortable.. Breakfast is very good.. As always ibis hotels are good value for money.. Location is good as well. The only disadvantage is that they don't have tea cattle or mini bar

The location is ideal for anybody who has to do something to do with the centre of Hamburg. Not only is it near to Central Station of Hamburg, resolve Luke conveniently located near the central library and the offices of hammerbrook. Close by is also the harbour City. The service is efficient friendly and effective, while also being prompt. Conference rooms and lobby a well laid out. The bar is present for after conference conversations and there is a Terrace to sit outside away from the noise of the traffic on the main street.. They're also comfortable city a city away from the main lobby at the window, but people who want to smoke would have to smoke outside Hotel. There are plenty of rooms which is ideal when there's more people taking part in a conference because the more rooms can can be a bit made available for them in the same place as the conference is taking place. There is a parking lot in the basement as well as toilets. There is a bar and restaurant sometimes available but if not there's a mini bar and the possibility of getting food delivered. This hotel is one of the best of the cheapest hotels in Hamburg.

Perfect location near the central railway station in Hamburg. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast starts at 6:30 and I can't try it. It takes approximately 30 minutes to the airport with TAXI. The staff could me more friendly.

Approx 15 minutes walk from the central station, this is an excellent budget option. I didn't go for breakfast, but did have dinner in the bar of the Ibis next door one night which was decent. While this room could fit three people (double bed and a single bunk above) you'd have to be pretty good friends as the shower cubicle is pretty much in the room. Be warned, no kettle or hairdryer in the room (the latter can be borrowed with a deposit). All very clean and convenient for the price.

Great Technical Service, strong breakfast buffet, new rooms, NO air conditioning, off side location
We stayed in the hotel in June 2018 in an original Twin Room, we booked 3 nights to explore Hamburg city. What we really liked:
Technical service: we had an issue with our induction cooling system. The technical service engineer responded quickly and gave us a strong and complete personal feedback. We were really surprised!
the really strong breakfast buffet: lot’s of fresh fruit, cheeses, bread, eggs, juices.
the quality of the rooms: good mattresses
What was a bit disappointing?:
The rooms have no air conditioning.
The hotel is too far from the city centre, if you want to explore the city centre, or other interesting parts of the city (e.g. St. Pauli) it is a long walk or takes time by buss.
Overall we had a reasonable stay, but in future will not book this hotel and search for other options on a better location.

Very good value for money and a good location. Room was extremely basic. A facility for making coffee/tea would have earned the hotel a 5 star review.

Staying here now, room is lovely beds are comfortable, location is great, when we checked in the girl on the desk was lovely. Pity later on the a few hrs when we came back the girl on the evening desk I can't say the same. And for the girl working in the bar, she was rude when we asked for a coffee she threw her eyes up to heaven, slammed coffee and also milk on the counter,(we had only arrived today when walking aroung for 5hr so we werent in the mood for drinking) have to say both girls attitude ruined the day we had. No Need for it at all. Only thing missing is tea and coffee facilities in the room especially for tourists that world enjoy this facility in there room.

Nice, clean and propitous. New furniture in my hotel room, the carpet mostly clean...only some usage stains. Rich breakfast ...nothing to complain. Parking garage located directly under the hotel. Recommendable for business stays...

Pretty standard European hotel. The bathroom was larger than normal which was nice. The breakfast was very good.

Double room was clean but small. The location was a short walk from the main train station and not far from many cultural attractions. If you're coming to Hamburg and need a decent place to sleep with few frills, it was a good choice. The breakfast was fine, but there are better deals if you are willing to explore. For convenience, though, it was fine and the selection and quality were decent. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They even let us store our bags at the nearby budget Ibis for free.

Very close to Hauptbahnhof, clean and nice. Rooms are small so don't expect much on that. Nice food at least for dinner.

Cheap, great location by the subway station, and friendly staff. Our flight was delayed and they accommodated us very nicely for the night we couldn't stay.

Simplistic but stylish rooms. The beds are very hard, perfect for me. Haven't had such a sleep in other hotels so far.

I appreciate Accorhotels vision and the quality Ibis city center Hamburg is better than much more 4 star hotels I stayed in my tour like the one in Copenhagen , our room is at the 7th floor big and comfortable Good bed, bathroom and very clean...Staff is really qualified and kind Breakfast is really good I can highly recommend this hotel There is a ubahn in 2 minutes and Hauptbahnhof is so close But be careful at night you have to pass under a short tunnel though we didn't face any problem

Decent room with spacious bathroom. Service was also great - gotten a free drink because I just turned Silver, and was allowed early check in even without me knowing it. Also, most importantly, room is clean and comfortable :)

Greeted by a welcome drink (because I just turned Silver), it was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and plugs are functional. It has a rather spacious bathroom, which I appreciate.

Decent hotel. Location was magnificent! Easy walk to the Hbf. Slightly longer (12-30 mins), but still walkable to the touristy places. And if you don't want to walk, the U-Bahn is just down the road. 1 stop to Hbf and connections anywhere.
It was a pretty small room, but we already knew that and for the 2 of us, it wasn't too bad. There were 2 channels with English programming we could watch at night before bed. Bed itself was fairly comfortable.
My biggest complaint is that the water temperature constantly fluctuated in the shower. From cool to rather hot and anywhere in between. If you can deal with that, it works for a place to lay your head.

The staff are friendly and polite, all speak English. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a TV, a desk with USB charge sockets for phones/tablets. My only complaint is that the beds are made of a cheap polyester, they can get very uncomfortable for those with sensitive skin.

The hotel is fine as it's location is very satisfying, the space of the room isn't the best but it suits the one or two nights stay. The negative thing that stood out the most is the mattress, it wasn't comfortable, my body actually dives inside it which caused some minor pain the morning. Other than that everything is spot on super

Standard Ibis business Hotel. Modern and clean. Only four Stars because Standard Internet is too slow and Premium acess with 6€ a day seems a little steep

Excellent hotel to consider for a short stay in Hamburg. Good location away from the noisy and tack by the main rail station.
Walk from station is 10 minutes. Short walk to town with plenty of coffee shops.
