Good location in a quiet part of town and reasonably priced but not a particularly special place to stay. We tried to sleep in but the vacuum and whistling of the cleaning crew made it difficult.

The annex across the street has very steep stairs so if that’s an issue be aware of that fact.

Not the best experience I have ever had. Of course, it's a 2-star hotel and you can't expect a luxury service. However, the whole room arrangement is quite bad. Being under the roof, the space is very limited. There is a sink, which due to the walls is almost unusable. The window didn't close properly. The shared shower instead is pretty nice and works well.

The location is brilliant but then it gets worse.. the window doesn't open so people use a remote control..the floor is about to come out for sure toilet shower is just an awkward situation... shower is dirty! One of the bed lights doesn't have a light in it... dont pay for breakfast there is almost nothing for that price you Could have massive breakfast somewhere else... but again the location is goodg

Great location near Rembrant square, only a 20 minute walk to Dam square. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are decent for the price and location. There is free tea and coffee at the hotel reception but unfortunatley no kettle in the room.

Extremely clean and tidy place. However it is also extremely cramped to expect comfort. Located well within reach of everything...

It met basic needs for my stay in Amsterdam. Comfortable beds, a good location, and close to public transit. It had some bumps and scratches, but was clean.

The absolute best location hands down! Breakfast selection is not great and I have bites all over my body from staying in my room. The four is because the staff were very sweet and were able to accommodate my last minute travel plans and the location is literally superb.

Just a room 2 single beds ... shower and toilet in together ....free coffee and drinks till 2am .. a bonus ... for price paid ..great location right in central Amsterdam .. tram stop right there 4 stops dam square . Worth every penny

Reasonable room, a short distant to the heart & square of the dam. Only down side was the smells coming from the toilet the moment we walked in which I took into my own hands

Great value for money. I stayed in both a double room with ensuite, upstairs with canal views which was very pleasant. The stairs are really steep but believe me when I say this is normal for Amsterdam! think it would be easier with a backpack than a suitcase. I also stayed in a single budget room with shared bathroom (the one "underground" which I have seen negative reviews about). In contrast my experience was that it was clean, had a very comfortable single bed, clean bathroom and this part of the hotel was quiet. Something else which is very helpful is that the tram stop from the Central train station is 20m from the front door so I was able to hop on the tram, then a rain straight to the airport. I'd stay here again (carrying a backpack not lugging a suitcase!!)

The beds was extremely comfortable. The staff was polite and very accommodating. Would stay there again. The location is perfect.

Several things were good of my staying on the hotel, it was because the location of the hotel is in the center of the city. Which is easy to move arround by walking quickly and the price of the stay was economic. The beds were quite confortable and the room tidy. But I'm a little dissapointed on a few thing of the hotel. For example the room had the toilet door broken, it could't close properly, it wasn't closing well, I did not go to the reception to complain about it, perhaps I should've gone and try to fix it. Also the room was very worm, i know those days when I was there they were a very worm days, not very usual to be in Amsterdam. Also the breakfast was expensier than the price which i was told when I made the booking. In the booking said the price to get breakfast would be 7,50 €. But when I arrived there at the ITC hotel the staff told me that the price is 9,50 €. Definetly I'd go there again but, i'd go to make a complain about anything which isn't working well inside the room.

Overall, great hotel. Was clean, had decent sized rooms, hotel staff was very nice, and had great views of the streets/canals. The stairs were steep but nothing out of the ordinary for Amsterdam hotels. Great value for your money. Was within a 10-15 minute walk of everything, other than the Anne Frank House. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Very pleasant stay. Was a great room at a great price and in a great location. Nothing I can complain about. The cleaning staff were brilliant and left the room spotless every day. Reception staff also very friendly and accommodating at breakfast. Most negative reviews are due to the stairs which are quite steep and there's no lift, but if your young and fit then it's the perfect place to stay in Amsterdam.

It was the only single room available for that night around 100 Euro and even with shared bathroom. Reason : queen festival on going. Anyway the staff was kind and available for any request. The room small but clean furnished with a sink, mirror and a window on the river. The access to the hotel after 8 o clock is granted by the same card used to open the room.door. I did.not have breakfast but the cost was something about 8 Euro. Satisfied even if the price was too high

Since I didnt mention in special request, I got the room in Floor 3. We found it difficult with the narrow stairs, very difficult for my mom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at ITC. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was nice to know that our luggage was safe with them before our room was ready. We had a problem checking in for our flight and the staff spent time and energy helping us contact the airlines to straighten out the issue.
Breakfast was good, the view from the hotel of the canal is embedded in our memory. Thank you for a great time.

Hotel has a great location, a tram station in front of hotel and a lovely view of the canal. The staff is very friendly. We are very nice welcomed and escorted.
Every day is cleaned and they change towels.
The only drawback are the very steep stairs to the floor.

The hotel has several buildings where they have rooms. First night we stayed in a lovely room with a skyline, when the bathroom flooded the staff attended the problem very quickly and were kind enough to move all of our bags to a very high standard room in the main building, where out of the blue they sent us complimentary Champagne only because we were long-staying guests (a week).
