I was only there for one night, so I couldn't visit all the amenities. However, I enjoyed it. My room was renovated and very beautiful and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I had buffet breakfast and it was tasty with lots of options.

I would be wary of the place. It is gorgeous, don’t get me wrong, but the service is questionable and needs work. Every time we ate at the restaurant our order was wrong. They give you vouchers for $10 off drinks and every time we used it our drinks were not what we asked for. They also offer $15 credit for any day you opt out of getting room service. We did this for one day. The lady at the front desk apparently put it in the system that we opted out of room service for the rest of our stay! It was frustrating to have thing after thing be incorrect. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier since our waitress, bartender, and front desk staff spoke English and seemed to understand us. Just be wary for the possibility that they will get things wrong often.

Right now, you need to reserve and identify what time to take it and what time you will be back! I think they should run more than one to satisfy every customer. No point to be far from all the actions, and you don't have this available for all your customers!
It still a great hotel, and I definitely recommend it to everyone. We used Uber instead of their limited shuttle, which was not a big deal.

Room: spacious and clean. However dated, and smells musty in the room. Bathroom has no vent and window does not open so it steams up after shower. Bathroom door requires force to close/open. Very dated, needs upgrade.

Service: ordered milk and cream from room service never got delivered.
Food not available at certain hours of day at the restaurant. Made it difficult upon arrival with children.

Restaurants: some staff not very helpful with offering seating options, every time we tried to get a table either food was not available or we had to wait 45min for a table.

Positive: clean facilities, gym, pool hot tub sauna. Nice garden surrounding the property. Accessable by car, 20 min to old Quebec and airport.

One of the best hotels in Canada. I have been in 100s of hotels and they have the best service. My wife and I were here for a visit and they bent over backwards to help us. She had recent hurt her knee and they gave a wheel chair to use the 3 days we were here. Their shuttle service was just amazing ... thank you Domenic. The concierge service was great also...giving us great recommendations for restaurants and places downtown to visit...thank you Christine. All of the hotel staff are friendly. The pool and hot tub were great and they served drinks . MUST VISIT!!! Lynn and David

It is a beautiful hotel, the staff were nice and the room was clean. If there is an elevator I never found it so access to upper floors required me to take all luggage up and down the stairs. Before you book find out all the additional charges that will be added on. These charges almost doubled the quoted rate so be aware! For example parking @ $15 per day, resort fees etc. plus the taxes which is close to 20%.

Hate to be a sour puss, but there are a few things that were a bit off. Parking is extra 15$. Breakfast buffet for 2 will set you back another 60$. Showering had intermittent hot water issues. Room was nice and clean. Staff is friendly. It may be just me, but I like to know upfront what things are going to cost.

Nice hotel with modern rooms. It is a bit far from downtown, so not the best if this is your first visit to Quebec City. It is a good place for groups and events (weddings, team building, etc). Overall service was good.

Hotel was very clean and spacious, loved the therapeutic bathtub in our room which had air jets to massage. They even gave you a packet of bubble bath to enjoy. Finding a Nespresso machine in our room was a delicious surprise.

The pool was unfortunately closed due to a sudden temperature drop, and the hot tub is much smaller in person then what it seems in its photos. You also have to walk through the entire hotel to get it the pool area, and it was actually a bit of a maze to find the pool area at all.

Over all I would say don’t book if you want a pool or spa (as the prices at the spa are very expensive) but the rooms are great.

Staff was great, every is friendly and doesn't mind speaking English. Hallways a bit dates, rooms nice and bathrooms are up to date

A 4 star hotel located about 20 minutes from Old Quebec City. We went for a work trade show located in the hotel and spent one night. The room seemed big, with one queen bed, love seat sofa, armchair, desk and chair, closet, and living room storage unit with mounted HD TV. The bathroom was large as well. The shower was a circular tube with a complicated jet system. It was a little complicated, but they had detailed instructions in French and English posted just next to it, and once figured out, it was a great showering experience. The room included a basic cable package (only a few HD however), basic internet at 2gbps (we paid $5 to upgrade to 6 gbps),and free buffet style breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast was delicious: scrambled eggs topped with onions and peppers, home-style potatoes, thin sliced ham, sausages, toast, cheese, variety of pastries, fruits, juice, and coffee. They offer vallet or park your own car ($10 not included). Facilities were all very clean and elegant. Hotel staff all friendly and helpful. There is also a pool, jacuzzi, gym, spa, bar, and more on location which we did not utilise on this trip. The only downside to our stay was the long walk to the room.the hotel is very long and not talk, so walking from our room to the conference room took about 10 minutes round trip. Which was a lot of walking when making multiple trips.

Excellent service. The entire experience was great and the place felt luxurious. The rooms were very well equipped and nicely designed bathrooms. The details really stood out with USB charge ports everywhere, HDMI aux port by the desk, Bluetooth speaker, tablet as control for the entertainment and room service. Even a cordless phone as service phone. We took a buffet breakfast and it was probably one of the most fancy presentation of eggs I've ever seen, with roasted onions and various pepper slices to enhance the flavor. The entire time, the staff were attentive to our needs and no smile felt forced. Great overall experience, thank you!

Had a great experience. We stayed 2 nights in the "Cocooning Room". It was nicely furnished, had hardwood floors, and a large bathroom with spa tub. The bed was comfy, and the tub was big enough for 2. The staff were all very friendly. The concierge recommended some great restaurants, called for reservations, and arranged the shuttle (a Mercedes SUV) to drive us to Old Quebec at a time of our choosing. The driver also had some great recommendations, and picked us up when we were done for the night. The hotel itself is great, we had dinner on our last night at the restaurant downstairs. The server was incredibly nice, and the food was delicious. After dinner my wife and I went to the large outdoor jacuzzi (open during winter), which was a great way to relax at the end of a long day. I would highly recommend staying here. You're away from the noise of the city, while having it still be very accessible. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was amazing.

It was a very nice stay for the price. Although, I was attacked by a wild polar bear while attempting to swim at the pool. Made the experience overall 9/10!

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. I love it there. It isn’t the cheapest but you really are staying at a 5 star hotel. The rooms are beautiful and modern. High end everything and a superbe attention to detail. The brunch and lunch are awesome and the facilities have everything you need. Gym, spa, restaurant, etc. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Hotel is quite a lovely 5 stars hotel which tries to be family and children friendly by offering a free fun room for children of all age except asking for a infant cribe requires extra investement unlike other hotels which are actually family friendly.

Very expensive for what it is. 17$ for two eggs and some bacon for breakfast. 5$ for a bottle of water. Not very modern, but some people are into that I guess. Got two nights on discount and the cancellation fee is the price of a night. Not necessarily bad but I will not go back.

Beautiful property and facilities. Rooms and amenities are world class. Would definitely stay here again. I checked in late so I couldn't enjoy the on site bar/restaurant.

WestJet booked us here last minute due to a cancelled flight. Staff were helpful and flexible enough to accommodate our requests. Spacious, clean rooms. Expensive restaurant, but the burgers were great. Would have loved to have more time to enjoy the amenities.

Food was OK. Wine way too expensive. Staff was great unless some waitress who should learn to smile.

Great hotel for the price, it was nice to have a spa here. Food was great and staff was attentive, just double check you bill at the end, I was mistakenly charged for an item at the mini bar I didn’t take but it was corrected.

Bottom line, good for bizdev trips, less good for young familly week.
First went there alone for business trip and it was very good. I found it somehow harder when I came back for a full week with my wife, my todler and the newborn. The confusion about breakfast location, cribs furnitures, shuttles and over all services and restos exclusively for grown ups made the second trip harder to manage.

Excellent expérience we spent 4 nights and would love to stay longer. Beds are very comfy! Recommemded

Terzo room are, even after a few years old, still top notch and modern. Fumctionnality is above the norm and the quality od the service goes with the price of the room. Very high!

To be fair, my wife and I only sampled a small amount of the amenities offered here at the hotel. The room was fine and the front of house staff were courteous and very helpful upon arrival. Where the hotel failed though, was in the restaurant Monte Carlo Lounge, where we went for an early dinner. The whole dining experience was extremely mediocre and disappointing. Perhaps it was just an off night but it certainly coloured our perspective and we wouldn't risk another meal at MC or any other of the food establishments on the premises.

I was working, installing a microtile screen for an event. People working at the hotel are nice but the dock for unloading the equipement could be accessed easier.

Nice hotel, easy access is car, parking is a bit hard. The food was great and the service was good also. The view is great and this was an overall good experience. It is a bit expensive to eat at the hotel.

Food at the restaurant was very good. Dinner & breakfast. Bed in room was very firm and the shower was kind of difficult to operate. But overall a good experience.

I stayed just one night and could not provide a thorough opinion on the hotel, but in general people are friendly, helpful and bilingual. There is parking for guests. Rooms have minibar and a price list is provided. Rooms are also generously spacious and bathroom is clean. Fournishing goes beyond basic and has alarm, radio, 42" TV and you can control heating and airco. Though my room was for non smokers, a strong smell of cigarettes hardly allowed me to sleep. Nothing is perfect (÷)

Going there for an event. For what I've seen/use, everything was perfect.

Excellent hotel

Writing this from inside the hotel while trying to get some sleep on this damn mattress that might as well be a rock. There is no fridge in this room and the curtain doesn't fully shut.

Con: Beds are hard as a rock. I could not sleep more than 2-3 hours without waking in pain. 7 nights of no sleep. Also, all the lights work on one switch at the door. So, its all on or all off, even the bedside lights. ridiculous.

Pro: Nice place. spacious rooms. Interesting showers once you get the hang of it; you need to read instructions. You will get cold splash and flood the floor the first time you use it regardless of reading instructions or not (I'd bet). Food is very good from the main restaurant, it seems to be the only one open in winter, maybe more in summer. BIG TV. Staff is friendly enough.
