More or less ok. Only a few parking place and than it is not easy to finde one outside in the streets.

Decent rooms, friendly service. Expensive breakfast, not good value - eat at cafe instead.

Grat hotel, so close to the train station, and this is the only place in Bordeaux where you can hear good English, the staff are very very very friendly and helpful!

Very pricy for an average hotel, but the location is location. Close to the light rail system and a walking distance to restaurants.

Staff is very welcoming. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is good. The tram is just in front of the hotel and you can buy tram daily pass. By the way, hotel had upgraded my room.

All the staff were super friendly and attentive.. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy.. The best bit was the little bag of chocolate the receptionist gave us when we checked out ! Thank you for everything

We liked this hotel a lot. It was very convenient and well appointed. The bathroom was a good size and the separate toilet was appreciated. Breakfast was expensive so we did not partake but the staff were very nice. Would stay there again.

Nice location for both the train and the tram. Room was good, staff were pleasant.

A great welcome from reception staff and could not do enough to help the guests. Breakfast was fine, the evening menu was not great. The rooms were a nice size but the decor needs updating. Expensive at around €200 a night for a double room.

Good place not too close to the station but close enough. Room at the front was quiet thought tram was not running along the road out front which maybe why it was quiet. Comfy bed. Didn't do the restaurant but expect it to be reasonable. Prices looked okay for dinner.

Ottimo albergo, ben tenuto e con fermata tram e autobus molto vicine. Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno la wifi non funzionava e in 3 giorni non sono riusciti ad aggiustarla

Pratique à deux pas de la gare. Service et chambres au standard de la marque. Un buffet pour le petit déjeuner avec des touches originales comme les cakes maisons et un choix de bons thés.

I cannot recommend this hotel. I do not know why it has 4 stars. The room was most likely quite nice a while a go, but now it definitely needs some restauration. There really was a bad stink on the 4th floor during all of my stay. Service hours of room service start at 7pm, but even though I called them half a dozen times over two days I never got a response. The restaurant is closed on weekends. Concluding, way too expensive, and definitely not 4 stars!

This place is pretty good. It's cozy and the staff is nice. This hotel is located very closed to the train station and not too much far from the city center.

Obviously the cost is high.

The hotel is very close to the train station as well as to the Bourse and is connected by a tram that has a station only steps away. The rooms are a good size and are nice. Very comfortable.

Déçu par le manque de qualité pour un 4 étoiles. Hôtel néanmoins très convenable en ne prenant pas en compte ce critère. Esthétique laissant à désirer dans les chambres et l'ascenceur, bien que l'accueil soit très joli. Salle de bain et toilettes sans clé ! Pas pratique pour une chambre à plusieurs. De plus, l'isolation n'est pas du tout correcte, on entend les douches et les bruits des chambres voisines. En revanche, confort très agréable : lit très confortable. TV avec le volume bloqué à 7%, et interface lente à réagir, c'est dommage.

Mon dernier jour chez vous, hôtel sympa, propre, proche de la gare et du tram. pas mal
