Hotel shuttle service took us to and from Hamburg airport.
I will use this fantastic hotel again next. time

Very good beds and linen. Dated interiors, funny bathroom - its almost like one in Etap hotel :).

Very Disoriented Reception.. Don't ever think i waited that long for a room before. And our keycard suddenly didn't work, and we had to go get a new one. But room was very much ok, and the breakfast was also very good.

Had a very bad experience with the driver from the airport, he is a african looking person, we were told he would come after 15 min. he arrived 30 min, after. we would like to drive to the hotel to pick up our car, but he wanted to pick up other guests, we waited and waited, an only because we pressed him he ende up drivin after 1 hour, we arrived at the hotel 1,5 hour after landing. The african guy was not interrested in giving service. I hpe that we NeXT time i use yor hotel there wil be better airport service...

Nice place for a quick sleepover. Lovely breakfast. Good beds.

It's good hotel only real gripe was I did not like having a single douvet on a king size bed as I kept rolling out at night, getting cold and waking up.

Needs modernising but the restaurant is o.k.

we often stay at this hotel, before or after flying out or in of Hamburg. Our car can stay there, and there is an excellent shuttle bus service, and also we both like the restaurant and the bar, and there is only a short walk to a small town also with restaurants and shops.

Hotel is great the rooms very good shower excellent and the restaurant very good too.

We booked the Sleep, Park, Fly package where you get a nights stay, parking while flying on vacation from Hamburg Airport and shuttle service to and from the airport. Everything was as expected and it was very nice not having to worry about transportation and parking when going to and from the airport. Very relaxing.

It's okay for business, shower great, breakfast poor

Room and facilities are fine.
A/C didn't work well and room was very hot. Ahmad from guest services was very kind and tried to identify a room with better A/C function. I moved to the other room in which the A/C was also not effective.
Breakfast was good but the price of 16 euros is outrages.

Waren sehr zufrieden. Sind schon das 3. Mal für 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel auf unserem Weg von München nach Vollerwiek an der Nordsee. Das Hotel liegt nahe dem Flughafen Hamburg also von München aus gesehen nach dem Elbtunnel. Am Elbtunnel hat man Abends kaum Staugefahr mehr. Am nächsten morgen kann man mit Buffet sehr gut frühstücken. Auch in ca. 5 Autominuten Entfernung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Bäckerein ... z.B. die Bäckerei Junge (siehe meinen Bericht dazu seperat). Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Autobahn, so dass eine Weiterfahrt gut möglich ist.

Es ist ein zweckmäßiges Business Zimmer mit angenehmer Ausstattung. Eine Flasche Wasser und eine kleine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeepads und Teepads samt Zucker und Kaffeweißer standen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das war sehr aufmerksam.

Kleiner Kritikpunkt: es sollte die Möglichkeit geben, anzeigen zu können, dass man sein Handtuch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt weiterverwenden möchte. In Zeiten des Umweltschutzes finde ich das immense wichtig. Natürlich sollten Gäste, die einen täglichen Austausch wünschen, auch so behandelt werden. Zu dieser Thematik habe ich aber keine Hinweisschilder gefunden. Bitte einführen.

Fazit: TOP und wir kommen wieder.

Da habe ich von 12.07.13 das Wochenende drin verbracht , ich hatte ja erst schon Angst gehabt , das ich wegen meiner Bedinderung nicht in der Wanne rein und Raus kommen , aber es klappte alles sehr exilet , auch war in dem Zimmer viel Platz vorhanden , mit dem Fernsehsessel hatte das Hotel mir ein riesen gefallen getan gehabt , er gehört zum Standart mobiliar , Morgens vor dem Frühstück , am sehr umfangreichem Buffet , schon eine Tasse Kaffee am Zimmer zutrinken war Fitmachend , alles drum und dran ich ich habe mich da wohl gefühlt und sollte ich nochmals in den Genuss um nach Hamburg zu kommen da werde ich dort sehr gerne wieder einloggen

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, das Empfangspersonal ist freundlich und kompetent und der Check In funktionierte Problemlos. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht besonders groß aber dafür gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr freundlicher Service im Restaurant und auch in der Bar wurden wir freundlich empfangen und konnten uns sogar mit der Barkeeperin nett unterhalten! Zwar kein 4 Sterne standard aber definitiv weiter zu empfehlen!
