Rooms are old looking bed comfortable and clean. Amazing pool. Big enough to swim lengths the way it was designed. Friendly staff.

Very nice place for a couple day getaway the pool is fantastic we brought the dog and still got a very nice room with a balcony with quick access to the pool, bed was large and comfortable, walking distance to great food and dining.

Spacious, but a bit dusty. Unfortunately the pool was not open at the time of our visit. It was the main reason we made a reservation here. Good location.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous service and the most incredible pool. We got a pool side room, were able to bring the dog with us and really enjoyed ourselves. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a room in Salmon Arm!

Room was very spàcious with very comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the stand alone shower and soaker tub. Only downside I can think of was the pool wasn't ready for use the day we arrived.

i stayed here for a week in 2015 and it was one of the best vacations i have ever took. from the staff to the town.
parking is easily accessible from the highway and there is definitely enough room to park.
The pool is great, my wife and I loved everything about it.

the room was fantastic, along with the ac for those hot summer days.
The bathroom was fantastic and large, though could use some updating but there was nothing wrong with it.
My wife and I had a fantastic stay here and are planning to come back as soon as we possibly can!

Friendly staff and very clean (not the the staff; the hotel too). They take service personally. There is a very good breakfast included and a pool and hot tub open seasonally.

Large and spacious rooms, nice location in Salmon Arm, and the continental breakfast is a welcome addition.

Nice rooms but no suitcase stand. We are using the ironing board. Needs a light over ooking area and there is no counter space in bathroom. Coffee machine needs a good cleaning too. Last but not least ice machine..... had to go to main building and to 2nd floor , thats a plain in the ......
But over all very nice , good staff. I would stay again.

Had a great stay here on our way through Salmon Arm. Excellent service. Large room and bathroom and excellent restaurant. Best continental breakfast anywhere we have stayed. And superb dinner the night before.

From the moment I had called this hotel, I had received nothing but fantastic customer service. I was bringing my large family down for a little getaway and they found us the perfect room even though they were almost all booked up. The front desk was extremely welcoming and pleasant. I do not remember his name but the man with short blonde hair was so kind and accommodating. For the price point, this hotel was by far the cleanest I have been in. It smelled cleaned, looked clean and was maintained so well. We had such a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back to this hotel with my family.

Amazing staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! I would honestly come to Salmon arm again just to stay at this hotel again!!!

Great pool. Rooms could use some cleaning. A few cobwebs and coffee cups were dirty. Beds are comfy though and breakfast has a decent selection

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool which was very nice. The hotel had great service. They offer poolside service and even cleaned the bugs off of my windshield the first night we were there. The pool was a great way to enjoy the hot weather! I will definitely be going back.

Very helpful staff!!! Very clean, well maintained. We loved the main level room walk out to pool!!! Kids loved it there, the gardens are beautiful!!! It was like a tropical holiday!!!!

The pool area was a fantastic surprise. It was like being at a tropical resort in the Rockies! The poolside food & drink service was also a pleasant surprise. The restaurant (Table 24) was a colossal letdown however. Without going into too much detail - they didn't get anything right. I'd recommend eating elsewhere if you stay here.

The stay here was quite pleasant. With a fair price I got a place that is easily accessible by car since it's close to the Trans Canada Highway. The rooms are elegant and spacious. There is a nice pool too. The restaurant here has great food for the price and there are all kinds of breakfast. They also have gluten free options available. Would recommend this place and will visit again.

Nice clean up to date hotel with a restaurant that cooks a mean steak. We were pleasantly impressed. Just be careful if you use Google maps to find them as it will send you 15 minutes up the road to Sicamous Esso station.

Fair price motel with a fun swimming pool. Close to the wharf and great breakfast.

The room was very nice, with a patio and walk out direct to the pool which fills the courtyard. There is food and drink service at the pool, but the lady working the stand seemed like she'd rather be anywhere else but there. The restaurant is nice and the food was good, but management was not willing to honor a discount coupon at 2:00 that was good til 1:30. Technically, that's not wrong, but in my experience most quality hotels and restaurants will give guests some wiggle room, so if they would have done that I'd bump it to 3.5 stars. It would get 4 stars if the pool was also cleaner - it was acceptable but needed attention.

Nice place, though their pet friendly room was completely ceramic tile. I'd prefer carpet, especially in the winter. Brr.

What an amazing place! Absolutely beautiful from the hotel property, the room and the staff. Very reasonable priced for the room and the restaurant. The hotel staff and the restaurant went out of there way for us.

Great pool but not what we expected for breakfast. Website said hot breakfast but only hot things were oatmeal waffles and toast. Other hotels offer much more. Rooms were nice but expected a patio or balcony. Not sure if I would stay here again.

I had a great stay here. The swimming pool was really spectacular. TV is pretty new as well.

Great little place but for the fruit fly invasion throughout the restaurant and lobby. I'm not talking about a small problem, it's invasive. The pour staff puts napkins over everyone's wine in an effort to combat the issue.

Absolutely loved it here! It was my first time ever being in BC and travelled all the way from Saskatchewan with my husband and 5 year old daughter. We had an absolute blast! The rooms were huge and amazing, the pool was a perfect tempterature (I was pregnant at the time so it was definitely relaxing). The restaurants pricing for food was a little outrageous, but other than that, it was fabulous! Definitely looking forward to going back!

The hotel was quite clean. Rooms are quite large and comfortable. Being a Shaw user, it was refreshing to see Shaw TV services. WiFi had a moment that did not work, but luckily I had Shaw Open WiFi. Customer service was really nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

What a nice place to stay. clean rooms, good air conditioning, comfy beds, friendly staff. The swimming pool at this hotel is just amazing, we were able to swim up to our little patio at the back of our room.
Included with the cost of the room is a real breakfast (I had an omelette)
This hotel is pet friendly and has nice hiking trails for you and your dog.

One of the other guests (staying about 5 rooms away from us towards the highway) told me that he could hear noises coming from the pipes all night long, he had trouble sleeping due to the noise. I didn't hear any noise and that's why I'm still rating this hotel a 5/5
Something for you to keep in mind though.

Great experience!

1. Rooms: Were clean, well maintained. Beds were super comfortable. Down duvet. Great service staff. So quiet we didn't know anyone else was in the place!
2. Food: Complimentary breakfast was great! Eggs, sausages, ham, granola, yogurt, pasties, muffins, juice, coffee, wow!
3. Pool: A really incredible pool, lots of fun!

All in all a real treat. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

PS: While we were there, some moron complained about the breakfast! We couldn't believe it! Most hotels you get a stale bagel and warm coffee. This was a full sit-down meal! Just goes to show you, some people need to find something to complain about - even if they have to invent it. Really a nice place - go for it!
