Nasir Sardar, the manager, has always provided me with outstanding customer service. Although I live in the building accross from the hotel, he has been very kind whenever I needed to send an emergency fax. Their restaurant and bar provide excellent dishes and have the best service. Convenient location to Reston businesses when traveling. Parking is sort of odd but plenty of it. Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet in the morning is good, not too expensive. Will stay again when I have to do business in Reston.

We had to stay here for a hockey tournament. The room is a good size. Be aware that it is pet friendly and it smells like it. I could have stayed elsewhere cheaper and had a pool for the kids and a free hot breakfast.

The hotel greets you at the airport with a large shuttle that runs every 30 min. Entering the hotel, the large foyer has a computer zone, a great check-in desk and plenty of space to settle in. The staff is friendly and often has cookies freshly baked to help you adapt to the environment. The rooms are well set up with the absolute best beds and pillows a person could desire from a hotel. They have one of the best breakfast buffet that I have seen from a hotel and a restaurant that offers moderate to high priced items that are all worth experiencing. They have several spaces for events and business meetings with a moderate pool located in the middle of the hotel. The staff, housekeeping, and shuttle drivers are very polite and help with any situation that requires help. I am always extremely satisfied with my stay here and look forward to everyone of my stays.

Is a good place. Comfortable rooms. Clean place. Friendly staff. Walkable to Metro Station. Not sure why others don't give higher rating. Ask to be on 6th floor. Then check out the club room. Free parking. Short drive to " Town Center" with all the typical suburban stores and chain food restaurants you find anywhere in the US. Enjoy the stay.

Pretty standard hotel. It was clean and staff was friendly. The restaurant was above average in terms of food and beer selection. The rooms themselves were a bit older. The toilet and shower neither worked all that well. Not sure if it was a water pressure issue or something else.

The hotel is near the airport and the Reston town center. It's main focus is business people and from time to time tourist groups. The rooms are simple but enough for a pleasant night. The staff is always helpful and polite. The shuttle is very convenient for moving near by. The fitness facility has three treadmills, a bench, some weights and yoga mats. The pool is only open on summer time

Good customer service, they have improved the parking space from a year ago by specifically marking each and everyone as a designated space for Sheraton guests.

If you are an active duty military personnel or veteran, be sure to ask for that military discount when checking in and at all the restaurants plus bars in the establishment. They also offer various discounts and the staff at the front desk was nice enough to compare discounts and give us the best deal!

Overall, I always enjoy staying here!

I've stayed in nicer Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express hotels than this Sheraton. The rooms smelled funny and the toilet was running, so it would have to refill randomly throughout the night. The breakfast buffet was very good, however.

I stayed for an anniversary trip and I am very satisfied. About a 30 minute drive from Washington, D.C. Plush beds and pillows, and the service is nice and friendly. They offer breakfast service which is nice. The outdoor pool is large and has a deep end. The lobby is pretty swank. My only problem I guess would be a lack of a refrigerator or microwave in the room. Overall a satisfying experience.

Always a great place to have an event. We held a convention here in 2015 and the staff was wonderful to work with. We've been there for weddings and a bat mitzvah. Great time!

Nice cozy hotel nestled in Reston. View, amenities and service was outstanding. Room was spacious and allowed for a comfortable stay and offered a quaint away from home work space.

The hotel had a large, open lobby giving it an upscale appearance. We were only in our room for a night, but it was clean and appeared freshly updated. Beds were comfortable. I don't like the exceptionally fat pillows, but my husband didn't mind them.

Stay was fine which is why it's not one star, but management was a little rude. Coming down to ask a quick question about whether my card or the company card would be charged for food. I got my answer easily enough, but then they asked me to pay for the food right there at the desk. I thought it was strange since the person who brought me my food didn't ask for my card and I was wondering why they wanted me to pay right there so badly. I kept asking when I would have paid if I hadn't come down myself, but instead they kept answering my original question about which account would be charged for the next 10 minutes. Eventually, they did confirm with me that I would have paid when I checked out, but the manager closed with "that's all there is to it" like I was stupid for having him repeat the answer I already knew. I would've been chill about the whole situation if it wasn't for that, but usually it's the customer who snaps at the service desk, not the other way around. So backwards.

We frequent this hotel for an office Christmas party. Had a few great stays one not so great. But overall they deserve 4 because they showed me they can do better than the first time.

Reminded me of a hotel that used to be nice in the 90s, but now everyone’s moved on to the newer hotels. Honestly, it’s a bit depressing. The room was clean and well maintained, but I won’t be back.

On the plus side, the water pressure in the shower was good. Presumably because the hotel was empty.

Attended a professional event in the conference rooms. AV team was prompt and helpful. Facilities were good. Catering was good and food was hot and cooked very well. Steak cooked medium or medium rare is not common enough. Food was delicious. Thanks for doing a great job!

The shuttle drivers and the rest of the staff were very nice and helpful. The front desk was on the opposite side of the building from my room, instead of near the center of the hotel, which I thought was weird, but it wasn't an issue. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The Sheraton Reston hotel is very nice and clean. Great meeting rooms and the food was fantastic. Nice bar up stairs also. The rooms are well sized and clean but a little outdated.

The rooms were comfortable and pretty, free bottled water was included every day, but did not include a microwave or refrigerator, which made the long trip a little more expensive, as we couldn't store leftovers anywhere. We also had to pay for wifi each day, and each room only allows 3 devices to connect per $12 fee (my four traveling companions were charged two fees per day). In addition, I know that their room had ants coming out of the AC unit, and when they complained, there was no offer to move rooms or anything of that nature - the front desk MOD just said they would do some "Extra cleaning."

The hotel restaurant was good - we ate there almost every morning. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

The last few nights of our trip, we were bombarded with a group of drunk people up in the wee hours of the morning across the hall, a prom going on downstairs (which I could hear on the 3rd floor), and 1/2 the hotel being filled with children on a field trip to DC. It was a loud few nights, to say the least.

Over all, it was a nice stay. But for how much we paid, and the Sheraton brand, I would have expected a little more.

This hotel is in a great place if you're interested in Reston area: offices, restaurants, etc. And it's a very nice, clean, comfy hotel with regard to the rooms and the staff. My biggest complaint might be only about the individual shower in my room because it was very hard to get the water out of the shower head rather than the bath tub spicket. Hopefully the other rooms weren't that tough but it is definitely going to be on my mind the next time I need to reserve a room in the area.

The rooms are a decent size. The room service is very helpful and kind. I recommend the restaurant and bar. I ate lunch as well as had a happy hour here with several colleagues. The happy hour prices include local beer and mixed drinks, no food. The bar are is a bit small but has a lounge area to sit. There was only one bartender on staff for upwards of thirty people so it was a bit difficult to get service. Overall l, it is a decent place. The restaurant has a good selection of food and is open from breakfast through dinner. It is not crowded during the week so it is a choice place to go to escape Reston town center and paid parking.

The Sheraton Reston is an excellent business level hotel. Good for a stay in the greater Washington area or for a small conference if you are organizing one. Great shuttle to Dulles airport or local attractions. Friendly staff and great service, highly recommend!

The hotel was very well maintained and very clean. Staff was nice as well. Very enjoyable experience.

The staff is always very polite and nice. They already know my preferences. The hotel is located near the Dulles airport and offers breakfast buffet style or from the menu. The bar is a good place for a drink at night but no fancy food. The rooms are designed for business travelers like me. A bed, a desk, TV that I never use. Free WiFi and the regular bathroom with bathtub. The room is always clean. The AC is little bit noisy but I'm easy to wake up at night so my reference might be too harsh. If you get the club floor room you'll get complementary breakfast and light dinner at the club lounge

Nice hotel. There isn't much near it (a gas station and Popeyes) unless you drive. The metro station is close by, as is Reston Town center. The hotel itself was nice with decent sized rooms. The family liked the cookies in the afternoon.

It was a very acceptable overnight stay. The hotel doesn't look new or modern, but the facility is still well kept, clean and nice. The room was perfectly comfortable with no significant lapses. The bed was comfortable and outlets we're plenty. It's not really in walking distance to Reston or the metro, but if you have a car it is in a decent location. It has nothing to really distinguish it from any other hotel so I would really only choose it as part of a deal or discount.

Nice hotel but there is no veiw from either side. They moved me from a king size bed to a double bed where the windows aren't sealed stink bugs are getting in. They told me there were no more rooms on the other side. How are there no more rooms. I was just on that side not every single room is taken.

As we required for connected rooms, and we got what we want and that makes me happy. The bed sheet and pillows cases are clean. The pool is nice. The room is nice size with two queen size bed and other room, we got a King size bed as what we requested. The front desk so nice. The bathroom is a little bit smaller than I expected. Everything is good there.

Great place to stay if you don't mind being a short shuttle ride (complementary) away from Dulles airport when visiting DC (much longer ride to Regan airport though). Very comfy stay, the pool looked nice (didn't try it) and the basic fitness room is a plus. Free WiFi. The TV/cable can use some improvement but I didn't have much time to watch anyway. The staff are friendly. The food served at our meeting was good and healthy- didn't try the Syrah restaurant in the hotel. A very good place to stay.

Great hotel that's nearby to the Reston Town Center for shopping, entertainment and dining. Hotel has a great gym and pool for working out then relaxing in the humid weather. Staff are very friendly and provide excellent hospitality and assistance.

The hotel is pretty dated, it was built several decades ago and it shows. Not terribly convenient to the metro or any dining. The conference rooms were OK, but big points for having a turnkey mic setup - no fiddling with mixers or frequencies, just turn on the mic and go.

It was clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The bar was nice but would have liked it better to have a couple of larger tables as we had a group of five and there were no tables to fit us. We sat at the bar, but it's difficult for five people to talk while sitting in a line. The drinks and selection were good.

Older flagship hotel with the usual pluses and minuses. Of course it was clean an comfortable, though the large lobby area was a bit funky. The bar / lounge is fine if a little dated.

The rooms are a good size. Negatives would be no refrigerator, bad view from the room, and short as with most hotels (since I'm 6' and my husband is 6'5"). Positives are precise room service, polite staff, good coffee, and heavy comforters on the bed. The location is pretty good, very close to reston town center and they offer free shuttle services. Parking isn't the best, but I haven't seen the additional parking lot so it may be in better shape. Parking is also confusing since it is behind the hotel or no where near the hotel (which is why I haven't seen the additional). However we brought a car trailer with us and have had no problems with parking so I feel that makes it pretty good.

The best property I stayed at on my visit to the US. Nice large rooms. Most amazing breakfast spread. Airport shuttle. Very green outside. But in the middle of nowhere. No shopping complexes nearby.

Nice hotel overall, but likely would stay elsewhere next time if price was right. Rooms were nice looking, though were a bit lacking. The listing said the rooms have refrigerators, which that is not true for all of them. Apparently based on hotels response on TripAdvisor, limited rooms have them. You must request one and they will attempt to accommodate if possible. The bed sheets were probably the worst of any hotel I've stayed at. They have an almost vinyl feel to them. Parking is not great. If the front lot is full (fits maybe 40-50 cars) you have to park in the back lot which is not particularly well taken care of and seemed a bit sketchy due to poor lighting. It's not particularly obvious where Sheraton customers should park as there are a few other businesses in the general vicinity.

The Sheraton Hotel is a great place to hold a professional event. They were so helpful! The place was clean and great! The food they prepared was amazing, and they cleaned it up without any help. Would definitely go again

The hotel is dated, there is no doubt that it needs a complete overhaul. Rooms are clean enough, but it looks like things have been broken and patched here and there. The website says each room comes with a refrigerator, when, in truth, you have to request one and then they plop it on your floor, generally in the way. If you want simple access to the golf course (which I have not tried) across the street, you can easily get there. However, access (by walking) to anything else is a trek. The nearest grocery, Whole Foods, is close as the crow flies, but will take you across multiple busy streets and is at least 1.5 miles one way. The walk to the train is about 20 minutes and then a ~60 min ride to Capitol South. If you are doing work on the Hill, be ready for a long ride, but not overly unpleasant one. I will credit the staff with being very friendly and accommodating. Hotel food is good, but nothing to really write home about. Meeting rooms are okay, lots of water damage to the ceilings which makes it look even more run down.

While some of the public areas are typical Sheraton tired, the rooms themselves are very nicely renovated and in great shape. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable and the water pressure will blow you away! Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

Pretty nice place with a couple restaurants. Pricey as you'd imagine, and the way my reservation was setup (through my company) made me check in and out every day which is far from convenient (only time this had ever happened). Otherwise, all the services you look for in a place like this.

Spacious rooms and good facilities. Lots of construction outside of the hotel but comfortable and quiet.

Hotel was nice enough and room was pretty standard. Right now there is a ton of construction and my room was right next to it. Every morning at 6am sharp loud noises, work trucks, etc would be heard.

I was there for a small event. The place was clean and welcoming. There was ample parking outside.

Room was nice, the commentary coffee was Starbucks brand and the room/bathroom had extras that you typically don't get at other hotels. Beyond that (and out importantly) the staff was SUPER nice, from checkout to the restaurant. Overall I had a great experience

Lovely place. Clean large room, television, shower supplied shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Heater/air conditioner was convenient too, worked fast. Room service, fast, kind and tasty as well.

Nice rooms, decent WiFi. Pokestop in range from my room. Only catch is the shuttle to the airport only runs once an hour, so you'll be waiting at the curb for a while unless your timing is lucky.

Hotel shuttle bus available to the Dulles Airport and to the Metro railstation (Whiele-Reston East - North entry) every 30 minutes. Good breakfast and free WIFI. Good gym, but pretty crowded in the morning (07:00). Reston Town Center is about 1.5 Mile away, 30 minutes walk or try to get the hotel shuttel bus to drop you off there. Check-in starts at 15:00, but rooms are often not ready at this time.

My wife teaches at Potomac Falls High School. We went to Potomac Falls prom and enjoyed our hour there talking with the kids and creating relationships so my wife could connect in the classroom even better. The hotel looked clean and nice. Most of the decorations were from high school. The food looked decent which I believe was made by the hotel. The staff was mediocre at cleaning up behind the students while the prom went on, but overall it didn't seem to be that bad. Got to figure the kids should pick up after themselves, but if they don't then the hotel staff should have. I was only there an hour so this review certainly should should be taken with a grain of salt.

Hotel was rather dated and could use a fresh update, but overall an average spot. Nothing special... Would chose a different hotel if it was my choice.

My family and I are having a wonderful stay. I was hesitant to book rooms for our stay based on the reviews but it has been otherwise for us. We were greeted by friendly employees who have been quick and responsive to our family needs. My young children were welcomed in the club lounge for breakfast and the front desk people even gave candy treats from the pantry. The room is clean and comfortable.
