Great location. The breakfast can be really good or average. Sometimes there is biscuits and gravy, but most times its just eggs and sausage (the sausage normally tastes strange). Other than that it is a great place.

I don't think the breakfast situation was very good. There was fake scrambled eggs and turkey sausage and froot loops. Thank goodness there was a meat tray and I could at least make a sandwich. I haven't had a sandwich for breakfast since I went camping in the woods. Even Holiday Inn has biscuits and gravy and bacon and fresh pancakes.
I agree with others the toilet in a separate room that the shower is weird. The room the toilet is in has this big sliding, wooden door. It's like an outhouse.
Outside of that; it is a very clean, comfortable facility and the staff is very nice and it's in a good location to get around downtown

Located just a block from the convention center, adjoins several hotels that lead to a Skywalk directly into the convention center. Makes for fast and air conditioned travel. Our room was small, but accommodating. I spent the night in a pullout twin trundle. Not the most comfortable, but suited it's purpose. Bell hops, house keeping, and front desk were friendly and very proficient.

Clean room big enough to fit 5 people. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is nice as well. Bathroom should have a vent

The hotel is adjacent to the Marriott event facility where we are attending a social function. The room is nice, the elevators are reasonably quick, parking a car here is really expensive. Otherwise a very nice hotel

Great breakfast and good coffee. Bathroom situation is unusual as there is a bathroom with a toilet and a sink and a bathroom with a sink and a shower/tub. Free WiFi works well. Rooms are neat and clean. Friendly front desk personnel. Microwave in the room with plates and silverware. Glad we chose to stay here

Very nice rooms, very clean. Front desk staff were helpful and polite. A little more local knowledge about the restaurants would have been nice, but all and all a great experience.

The hotel is connected to the Conference Center and is right around the corner from the Lucas Oil Stadium, which is super convenient. The room is nice! Two queen beds and a pullout couch, mini fridge, and a microwave. I haven't tried the breakfast yet, but I'm excited to. And the woman at the check-in desk was very nice and accommodating. I'm here for three more days and I'll see if it stays this nice!

Beautiful hotel with kind staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There's a Starbucks available with many breakfast options. I felt it was rather pricey but served it's purpose. This hotel is within walking distance of Circle Center mall, the conference center, baseball stadium and all others in the area.

Brilliant place to stay, bathroom was a little cramped but what can you expect from a hotel in downtown Indy? Everything was clean and the front desk staff, while polite and helpful, were also not pushy like some other hotels. Carpet on the guest floors with the weird colors through me off though.

Room was clean and as expected. We had a hotel block for our wedding guests and stayed here as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. The valet attendants were all very courteous and friendly as well as staff at the desk. We needed more towels at 3am and they brought them to our room in less than 5 minutes.

My only negative was that the breakfast on Sunday was barren 15 minutes before the end of breakfast time. They stopped restocking food. No more eggs or sausage.

We had a wonderful two weeks there. Very helpful and friendly staff. Only concern I had was having the same breakfast every morning for 14 days. I will return definitely. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

This place was marvelous. We had to stay here for a conference at the NCAA Hall of Champions. The proximity to the rest of downtown is great. The White River Park is just across the street, and at the end of the park is an entrance to the Indianapolis Zoo. The layout of the room was a little different. Restroom and Bathroom are separate. But stay was great. Continental Breakfast is wonderful and they keep hot coffee in the lobby on the regular.

Clean hotel with nice amenities and convenient location. We requested a late check-out for 1pm which we were very happy about but a cleaning attendant still came by at 11:30 in the morning and woke us up. Also we explained to the front desk how we and the other couple staying with us wanted to split the cost of the room when checking in but the card used to the reserve the room was automatically ran at noon, before we checked out. Overall it was a pleasant stay but the staff and servcie leaves some room for improvement when it comes to communication.

From check in this place was spot on! Room was upgraded, card and gift for the birthday girl, smooth check in. Room was beautiful, view of the canal, higher floor. Within walking distance to circle center and any other downtown activities you would like to attend. Will definitely be back!

Everything was good. This is the second time I have been here. This time the iron was missing and some of the lights didn't work. Overall, it is still a fantastic place to stay.

The front desk girl toni is so very sweet she made our entire stay. we were there for 4 days and we went by the front desk she remembered me and my mother and just made for a great conversationalist she always made us laugh and is a perfect touch to a great stay. we opped for the no cleaning in our room but they were very clean rooms when we went in and since i've worked in hotels i checked everywhere i could think of and that was a top notch place. also the pull out couch is more than amazing i couldn't believe it was so comfortable i was expecting one you unfold the mattress not actually just pull that was a pleasant surprise. and breakfast was amazing with meat, eggs, juices milk cereal bagels fruit and much more.

The location is very convenient by the beautiful canal, museums and businesses, the room was very clean and comfortable (the matress was awesome), in the bathroom the small lotion cream provided was already used. The science networking session was held in the building next to the hotel, which was internally connected. The bad thing about the service was that the reservation was made for a group of 40 people in double rooms very ahead of time, and when we arrive the keys to get in were not ready which took us a lot of time, plus they mistakenly didn't prepare reservation for 2 people, who almost lost their spot in the hotel.

Super clean and nice. Also right next to the river walk and canal walk. Not far at all from the downtown bars and restaurants. Grab one of the pacers bike share bikes and you get pretty much anywhere from here.

Great hotel. Being connected to two other Marriott means more amenities! We were walking distance to the canal area and the zoo. Both of which we enjoyed.

So far the stay has been very comfortable and convenient. I haven't yet used any of the amenities, but the rooms are comfortable and I'd stay here again. Parking is absolutely horrible, however. Find a free place to park if at all possible

Always a clean and pleasant experience. The staff are very helpful and nice. They newly renovated their lobby and put in new carpeting everywhere along with a new gym and it's beautiful. Beds are comfortable, bathroom/shower split are clean and perfectly fine. The new pullout sofas aren't the best to sleep on. I highly recommend staying here.

When staying for business or pleasure I always look for a Springhill Suits hotel. They are very nice, great rooms and very good prices. When staying for business they are very accommodating in government rates and restrictions. Huge plus is the free hot breakfast.

Room was spacious and well furnished. The breakfast was expansive but now very hot. There were rate hikes on the room and parking pass without prior alert.

The hotel was very nice and convenient for our purposes. We waited a bit to check in, but not too long. The room was comfortable, modern, and incredibly clean. The only issue was that we couldn't find the information about breakfast hours or other info in the room, nor was there a direct line to the front desk that we could tell, so that was a minor inconvenience. There was also a family next to us with kids that we could hear through the walls, but there isn't much to be done about that. Breakfast was decent, and checkout was simple and pleasant. I would definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in downtown Indy for a great hotel that won't break the bank.

The hotel was BEAUTIFUL with a lovely free breakfast bar and a really nice gym. The hotel room had a nice layout but seemed like it could have been cleaned a little better.

WAY overpriced. Location is only good for convention center, no bars or restaurants near. Breakfast is normal roadside hotel grub (OK).
Front desk was regularly backed up and non-existent.
Elevators were constantly waiting.

Everything was great at the stay. Nice staff and good breakfast. Room seemed clean. I rate it two stars because a few days into my stay I realized I had a rash that reminded me of poison ivy on my ankles and neck. Yesterday when I got home I was feeling itchy all over and my wife told me my back was covered in bites. Come to find out I had been sleeping in a bed with bed bugs all week. Spent some time on the phone today trying to get through to the operator to transfer me to a manager to inform them of the situation and had no luck. Because of this experience I rate two stars.

The staff are great, the rooms are immaculately clean, and the building is attached to the convention center via a sky walk. If you're here for a convention or conference this place is a great choice (and generally more affordable than some of the other hotels in the area).

Traveled with my husband & kids. Rooms were so clean & up to date. Great size for a family. MacKenzie at the front desk was everything hotel service should be. She was very professional & extremely nice. We asked for a blanket & extra towels the second night we stayed and they had it up to our room before we even got back up from the front desk. Loved the microwave & the fridge in the room. We were happy with breakfast. My kids loved the yogurt, fresh fruit & cereal. The fitness center was amazing! Parking was really easy. Definitely would stay here again!!

Stayed during a busy weekend in Indy and barely knew anyone else was there. When we checked in the lobby was full of teenagers and I thought for sure we were in for a loud night. Very glad to be wrong. We didn't hear anything that night. Comfortable beds, clean room and good breakfast.

People were nice and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is close to NCAA Headquarters and Sky Walk to downtown.

Expensive but worth every penny. We could have walked to the zoo but drove to have the car for other stops. They bring your car to you and park it- which is so great! The view is wonderful, rooms are modern and very clean, and close to lots of dining options too. Love it!

In the heart of downtown Indianapolis is the SpringHill Suits it's a awesome hotel connected with the Courtyard,Fairfield Inn & Suites, and the JW the lobby is really nice and colors just feel like you're at a warm and nice place. The Room is awesome because it's a suite so you have a couch in the back of the room then a divider which is the desk. And then the most important the bed is soft a comfortable, The bathroom is nice because it's two (2) pocket doors on for a sink and toilet and in the other door is the shower and another ink. The next time I'm in Indianapolis I will be staying at the SpringHill Suites.

Room was nice and clean and we enjoyed staying close to downtown. However, called the front desk twice for some additional items for our room and they never came.

Room was beautiful. Lobby was lively. Very friendly staff. Renovating the lobby of Courtyard next door caused a little confusion with hallways being closed off.

Incredible value. A little out of the way, but well worth it with Wi-Fi and hot breakfast included. The kids enjoyed the pool while the adults unwound at the little bar. Tammie took great care of us!

This hotel is great for business travel, and offers the best of downtown Indy. It's walking distance from Circle Center and all the great restaurants and shops.

The hotel itself is a good value. Much better than the surrounding hotels. It has all the essentials for business travel: free WiFi, free breakfast, comfortable clean room. The rooms are very stylish and contemporary. I felt very comfortable in my room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job helping explain the surrounding area, restaurants and shops.

I definitely recommend this hotel for the business traveler, or for vacationing on a budget.

Good value compared to prices of other hotels in immediate area. Room and facilities were clean and well-kept. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about, but overall experience was great. Will likely stay here again.

The hotel was located right next to the canals at the White river state park. The room was great and the beds were comfy. Service was exceptional. My only complaint was the lackluster breakfast.

We stayed 2 nights in a standard 2 queen bed suite. The room was fine and fit the 5 of us well enough and the view of White River park was very nice. I would highly recommend walking or biking the White River park trail! Only downside to the room was the numerous stains in the carpet.

I have always enjoyed my stays with SpringHill Suites. This hotel is nice for downtown walks and having easy access to many interesting sites for Indianapolis. I don't see the need for charging guests to park their personal vehicles in the underground garage. That and no breakfast options will have me searching for other accommodations. Other than that it is a nice place to rest your head.

The rooms seem a bit small with just a shower in the bathroom (I prefer a tub). Other than that the staff are nice, the rooms are clean and quiet, and the location is great. Plenty of tourist activities and eateries/bars in the area.

PS avoid the TGI Fridays attached. The food isn't great.

Had a great stay here! The hotel is within walking distance to a couple great museums and a beautiful park. Good places to eat abound!

The room itself was cozy with a nice feel. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was pleasant.

The only issue was that the coffee maker had been taken out of the room and it wasn't put back. So we didn't have in room coffee in the morning. No biggie.

This hotel is amazing and the pictures r practically perfect
