Amazing place to enjoy a few days in the Alps. The hotel interior is completely new and in a modern style. The hotel rooms are big have modern bathroom and a beautiful interior and the terrace with a astonishing view to the mountains. The spa area gives you a diverse selection to find some peace and relaxing space incl. 3 different sauna areas, inside and outside pool plus jacuzzi. I never relaxed so fast like in this hotel and location. The hotel complex, rooms, spa and fitness area is very clean! The Samo Card (only 10 €) is highly recommended. We enjoyed the E-Bikes, Scouter, Twizy and JetFly for free during our stay in the hotel - only show your Samo Card. The lift is free and you get an amazing view on the mountains from the spot “Auszeit”. We extremely enjoyed our stay in the hotel and Werfenweng area. The employees in the hotel are all very kind and the little things made a big difference like a small drink after checkin or a bottle of water after checkout for the way back home. The breakfast was very good with a lot of different choices especially for vegetarians. The only thing we missed for dinner is a bigger selection related to salads and healthy food options. We try to stay away from too much fast food.😉 In conclusion, we loved the place!🏔 🥰😁👍🏻 We will come back and will book the hotel in the future again.

Lovely rooms especially if you have a view of the mountains. The staff for the most are friendly and happy to assist. Breakfast is ok nothing to brag about.

Just came back from our weekend stay at Travel Charme and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Large balcony with a beautiful mountain view, clean, luxurious spa downstairs, champagne welcome, excellent breakfast and service all around. We could not have enjoyed our stay more. A++++++

We are overwhelmed. The hotel itself is very beautiful, very clean and people are very very kind. Especially our hostess Martina. She was so kind to us; she knows the best places where to go and what to do. Also the spa in Hotel is perfect. At Travel Charme Bergresort You have everything you need for perfect holiday. Werferweng is like heaven on earth. ❤️

Very nice resort. Worth spending your time there. Has a very nice swimming pool area where someone can really relax. Small gym, nice spa area. The best of the hotel is the breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean and all have nice views. Also the area of the bar is very nice to have a drink.

Beautiful resort with beautiful view

The hotel looks great, the area is super great for hiking, the views from the rooms, the terrace and from the Spa are breathtaking, the food (if everything works out) is super great. The wellness area is really nice and planned in a perfectly relaxing way, the outside pool is great for a decent swim. The rooms are modern, big enough and cosy. But be aware: they have a new team (at least in the kitchen) since 2 weeks, so not every process runs smoothly. Also, I would expect the service team to be able to properly speak German, but it seems some of them really have a hard time answering questions or understanding requests (Spa and restaurant). Just waving and saying „nein nein, nicht haben das“ is really not what I expect from a hotel in this price range. Also a training concerning the meals and drinks on the menu would be great. Generally the service staff was always totally stressed out and running around nervously in the evenings. I would definitely come again because the positive things outweigh the negative parts, bur I hope they get things right asap.

It is a wonderful hotel. Everything is very modern and clean. The room and bathrooms are big, the bedroom has big windows. The view is fantastic, several mountains around! The pools are nice, but not very warm. Especially the Jacuzzi could be warmer. The sauna area is amazing. There are four different sauna, each with different heat. Super nice and relaxing!! Book massages at least two days in advance, if you don't stay at the hotel for long!

Awesome Resort. Neat and tidy..

Totally love this resort. They have all the amenities you can ask for. Swimming pool, sauna, spa, gym, fitness room etc. The emergency response team is also very responsive. My friend accidentally pressed the emergency button when we were in the sauna room, within 2 minutes, the staff at the reception hurried in. Good job! The breakfast has great varieties as well. I will definitely recommend my friends to come to this resort if they are going to visit Salzburg.

Fantastic resort with friendly staff and great facilties! The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning and was literally the most beautiful place I think I have ever been. Food at the restaurant also top notch and the breakfast buffet was just amazing. We will definitely be visiting again.

Good food, lovely outdoor heated pool and plenty to do for everyone - sledging, skiing, hiking, sauna, jacuzzi .. , very relaxing :)

Schönes Hotel. Gut angelegt. Essen gut. Eigentlich passt alles bis aufs Service Personal . Ein paar waren Unfreundlich. Sehr unflexibel und extrem unaufmerksam.

7 Tage vor Ort um den Alltag mal auszublenden. Super freundliches Personal. Allerdings der Poolbereich für App. Gäste nicht ohne Gebühr zugänglich. Das eine klares minus. Ansonsten sehr hochwertige Anlage und idelaer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Erlebnistouren

Schöne großzügige Hotelzimmer bzw Apartments. Riesiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr netter Service. Ruhige Lage. Sehr gut zum Mountain bikeing wandern und Wintersport. Super Spa und Wellnessbereich. Mehrere Saunen. Gerne wieder.

Schönes und komfortabeles Hotel. Ideal für den Aufenthalt und die Landschaft rund um Werfenweng zu genießen.

Sehr schönes Hotel, tolle Lage in einem sehr ruhigen Ort der sehr viel Wert auf Elektromobilität legt. Frühstücksbuffet mit regionalen Bioprodukten und ein sehr schöner großer Spabereich. Sehr zu empfehlen :-)

Super modern eingerichtet, gutes Essen, keine versteckten Kosten (sogar unbegrenztes WLAN inklusive, wenn man schnell was googlen möchte)

Alles wirkt sehr neu, die Küche scheint noch nicht in Vollbetireb zu sein, viel Geflügel und Fisch, wer dies möchte ist gut beraten! Zimmer tadellos, sauber und gepflegt, freundliche Reception, es gab nichta auszusetzen. Der Aufguss in der Sauna hat uns begeistert, der Giessmeister machte mehrere Zugaben, hoffentlich kann das Niveau gehalten werden!
