Хорошее расположение.В центр можно ходить пешком,замок Бельведер совсем рядом. Кормят очень хорошо. Гарячая вода периодически пропадает, к сети Wi-fi на некоторых телефонах проблемы с подключением

Achtung: Vorsicht vor dem Artis Restaurant - katastrophales Essen!!! haben das auf der Webseite beworbene "romantische Candle Light Dinner" mit "romantischer Musik" gebucht - unglaubliche Dreistheit welche wir noch nie erlebt haben - falls jemand ein romantisches Essen planen möchte ja nicht dort reservieren aber falls jemand etwas zum Lachen haben möchte dort einmal ein Candle Light Dinner machen - sowas katastrophales erlebt man nicht oft - ist schon so extrem schlecht das es schon wieder lustig ist! ;-)

Vi havde en rigtig god oplevelse med at bo på Hotel Artis am Rennweg i Wien.
Personalet var yderst hjælpsomme og meget søde. De smilte og pjattede med børnene og var behjælpelige med alt fra et stykke brød sent på aftnen til at finde den rigtige sporvogn. Der var god (aflåst) opbevaring af bagage efter udtjekning og hotellet ligger centralt for mange af de gode museums og shoppe oplevelser.
Eget badekar og fin minibar (til 2- 3 € pr drink). Hvis man vil se TV, koster det ekstra 16 € pr. dag, ligesom, der ikke var mange stikkontakter. Til gengæld gratis Wi-fi og inkluderet morgenmad. Morgenmaden var ok. Især de morgener, hvor der var en tomat- eller mozzarella salat. Og der var rigeligt af den. God service. Fine, rene værelser med eget pengeskab. Restauranten havde ikke aftenåben mens vi var der, hvilket vi synes var lidt ærgeligt.
