A beautiful hotel in the perfect location for a relaxing break.

As soon as you enter the hotel foyer, you feel a sense of calm and relaxation; the view of the gardens and smell of the fresh flowers greets you immediately.

The garden’s are so beautiful and it’s so relaxing to wander through them, the private beach is also a great space to relax and unwind.

Finally, the spa is definitely worth visiting too.

A beautiful hotel with so many perks, I wish we could have stayed here for an extra few days to make the most of it.

Great hotel. Great location. One issue was the toilets had issues letting out a sewage smell which didnt contribute to any "royal hideaway" sentiments.

That beach is absolutely awesome! To lay on the beach, have a drink, enjoy the sea an the sand. Really nice place

Nice space with great views, beautiful flowers all around and a private beach.
Pool table and grand piano in the bar.
Cocktails were very sweet as lots of fruit syrups used instead of fresh fruit.

Wide but not deep beach, sea within a few meters, can be crowded but very beautiful hideaway

Sitio de calidad con un servicio impecable. Se paga con creces, está claro, pero el que quiera jamón, que lo pague. Me decepciona, cada vez más, esa gente que intenta comer sin camiseta y, ante la exigencia de ponérsela por parte del camarero, se plantan esas camisetas sin mangas horrorosas. Muy lamentable. Del tema de los tatuajes mejor no voy ni a hablar.

just be prepared to pay €55 per head to use the evening buffet and €40 to use a sunbed by the pool. both these are examples of ripping off people who have already paid for use of the hotel.

This place is absolutely stunning! The food was excellent we did not stay in the hotel unfortunately.

Beautiful views in an idyllic setting. Staff are great and the hotel is lovely. Some of the charges are a bit "hotel Mark up" which sours the taste a little bit I can't fault the setting.

Ehemalige Urlaubs Domizil von Whinston Churchill! A Royal Hideaway, set in very picturesque gardens with the most astonishing view from the bay of Formentor across to Port de Pollença. The Hotel Personal are professional and friendly. The Gastronomie is from a high quality, which does however reflect the Price. UNFORTUNATELY I have to remove one star due to the fact that this (5 star) house is really needs a refurbishment, from the basement up. I was here 4 years ago and things that needed repairing then still need repairing now , which is confusing as the hotel is closed for 5 months in winter, thus having enough time to repair and decorate. At this rate and if it not decorated this winter, I could imagine the hotel could be demoted to a 4* house, this would be very saddening.

This tranquil hotel has beautiful scenery, but food is not as good as expected. Besides, the beach is not good.

Oh dear been here for 5 hours. Starts with 4 reception staff servicing 1 party, while we waited to check in. 25 mins wait... Then longer while they typed our passport numbers into the computer which they subsequently kept ... another 10 mins!
Then welcome drink and towel offered ... Too late!
No water in coffee machine and Only decaf pods.

Lunch anyone? Told in no uncertain terms that we couldn't eat where we sat... 2 yards from restaurant. Patience!
Ask could we order here and move to the restaurant area.. OK reply.
No menus arrived.
Gave up. Moved to another restaurant on campus.
Asked for menus and a drink, told to wait! Tapas arrived 3/4 hour later after ordering, not good food, rubbish.

Shower head ( above the the bath not a separate ) has 2 positions. Hold onto for dear life or landing on your foot at terminal velocity.
Thermostatic mixer valve US. Water either V hot or cold.

I am the first to give praise where praise is due. Also the cost of your stay is a factor.
Given the room rate and frankly for similar cost around the world, 2 star given.
