After reading some reviews I was a little nervous about staying here, however I had an excellent experience, The staff was friendly my room was clean and comfortable as well as the overall look of the property, and the price was absolutely affordable, I think people need to take care when posting bad reviews that are obviously exaggerated when you give a business a bad review it affects employees and it also affects business owners if a bad review is due that’s fine but I found absolutely nothing wrong with this place especially for the price I would definitely stay there again and recommend it

The rooms were updated and the front desk was being remodeled. The staff was helpful and friendly. Very easy access to downtown, shopping and the freeway yet quiet. Just out of the way enough to feel safe even amidst the upheavals of the summer of 2020.

When I walked in I was greeted by the front desk lady Amber with a smile and she made me feel very welcomed to be checking in and as a guest in Georgia. We talked and she explained the best way to get to my room and the room was spotless, i was very comfortable, had a great night rest. Will be back!

I come here almost every week for work, grate staff. Jennifer always has a smile and very cordial any time of day. Cristal never has a No at beakfast time. The rooms are comfortable and the shower is my best time of day after a long day.

It wasn't a bad place to stay for an overnight trip. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall and the breakfast was not up to part. But the people were nice and the area was quiet.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was typical, waffles, bacon, etc. The location is easy on off freeway. We did try to get two adjacent rooms but were not able to on short notice instead 3 floors apart. The surrounding area has nothing in walking distance so plan to uber or rent a car.

Wonderful, comfortable beds and a great swimming pool. Also loved the breakfast. But the open buffet doesn't have much options and is for breakfast only. Plus there is a weird odor in the rooms. But i still love it, wonderful!

This hotel is great. Awesome breakfast, specially for the price. Jennifer, at front desk, was very cordial and accommodating. She helped me check in with 2 hyper toddlers without an issue and was quick.

Room was comfortable. Experience was ok but to be honest I wouldn't rebook there. The reason why I chose the hotel was for the very low price

Very clean hotel, workers are super friendly and helpful. The only downside was the bed. It was super hard and I woke with a terrible backache. Other than that, my stay was great!

Rooms are nice. Staff is a bit weird. Had a service dog along and one of the pm staffers was stalking my daughter through the stairwell and hall ways apparently hoping to "bust" someone breaking no pets rule, lol. Freaked my daughter out a bit. Dont use the safes, they dont work right and staff has NO idea what procedures are to get them open. Had to bust mine open with a prybar smh

Good service at the front desk. Had a nice happy hour as well. The only problem was they cane to clean our room in the morning and never finished. They took our towels and shampoo and emptied our garbage but never replaced anything. It was almost like they started cleaning up and left to get something and never returned. So that was a bit ridiculous

The staff was nice except the woman who knocked all morning while I was trying to prepare for checkout. She knocked on the door every time she passed. Even afterbeing told I was checking out she would continue to knock every time she passed the room. Otherwise the hotel was OK. There was only one working elevator (which wasn't the one close to my room). I didn't try to breakfast but I would stay here again for the price for a quick getaway to visit family like I did this time.

Staff is really nice and helpful. Building has an odd smell. The rooms are little outdated needs a bit of a makeover or really good scrub down. The staff is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

The room was really nice but the mini fridge wasn't working and leaked melted water from the freezer section. Also the breakfast selection is very weak. Otherwise we enjoyed it.

The room was nice. the elevators looked run down. Their were some guys walking around the parking lot during the night. The farthest part of the parking lot had a light out and it looked like homeless people may live in the wooded area there.

After staying at a couple of locally owned hotels, we decided to try this one after snagging a good rate online ($45/night non-smoking king). It was nice to be in a place with a more modern decor, full hot continental breakfast, indoor room entry and fitness center.

Another reviewer mentioned that the hotel isn't secure- and it isn't! We were at the end room and the doors leading from the pool to inside the hotel never closed all the way overnight. Twice, housekeeping walked in on my husband while he was in the restroom without knocking first. Between our room being located by the elevator, back entrance and our neighbors, it was a noisy stay. And, though I like my eggs thick and chunky, these eggs literally were green, just big blocks, and tasteless. The drinks are awkwardly right under and nearby the tv. I don't know what was up with the computer, as it seemed like the monitor didn't work.

The bed was comfy, sheets, comforter, and towels clean; cute, effective toiletries, the room well maintained and in good repair, and the vending machines take debit/credit cards. On the last day of our stay, a really nice housecleaner let us come back into the room to check for something we thought we left behind. There were about 3 front desk personnel during our stay that ranged from very accommodating to polite, but not pleasant.

I am part of a group whom stayed this past weekend for a rowing regatta in Augusta. We had an excellent weekend. I enjoyed the hotel and even had a nice gift bag in my room upon arrival. Elizabeth left the bags, she also booked the rooms for the entire group.

Pretty nice hotel, elevators are a bit worn out, parking can be difficult when it’s full but no big complaints. Hallways had an odd smell but not in room. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom is very nice, lovely tub. Close to tons of shopping and dining, Augusta Exchange, Augusta Mall, Walmart, Target, Bi-Lo, chili’s, Ocharleys, Cheddars, Starbucks.

My fiance, 18 month old son, and myself stayed for 6 nights. First room was nice, minus the busted sink. Told front desk, said "okay". Two days later we get locked out our room because of said sink. We had to be moved, cool. Second room was nice, minus KY jelly my son found. We were on the 5TH floor, and for some reason, every night we had to get our room key reprogrammed. Staff was friendly, but customer service sucked.

Easy to find location; visible from Interstate 20. The room was clean; white bed sheets and bath towels. The pool was clean. The fitness room had a universal machine, two free standing adjustable benches, and a treadmill; there was a dumbbell rack but no dumbbells. The free breakfast is okay; waffles (make your own), eggs, bagels, toast, cold cereal, milk, and apple juice.

Stayed here on my trip to watch the eclipse. Location next to the highway made getting back on the road in the morning easy. And several food options close by. Room was nice and very clean. The fridge in the room was nice. The ac worked great and the beds comfy. The rate to stay was about the same as the super 8 near here but this place is much nicer. The down sides they ran out of some of the breakfast items by 8:30 which is open til 9am. And 1 of the 2 elevators was broken. But for the price the rooms were great.

5

It was ok. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the coffee maker didn't work and the ac could have been colder. It was pretty crowded when we were there, a tournament I think. The front desk ladies were nice and the one that worked the morning shift let us have a late check out with no issues.

It was ok. Not amazing but not totally crappy. It was like they are trying to make it nice but haven't figured it out yet. Customer service needs work. And front desk had excuses to simple things. Showed a lack of communication. Between departments.

4

Very poor costumer service. Every time we went to the front desk the lady looked very annoyed. Our room didnt have a phone or a remote control. The hallways had a stinky smell and the elevator needs some updating. We payed almost 200 dollars for our whole stay and honestly for the poor costumer service was not worth it.

I had a litte problem with some young kids running up and down the halls, making lots of noise, yelling racial slurs to the guest from the rooftop, speaking vulgar language, and asking inappropriate questions to female guest. I did go to the front desk and spoke with the 2nd shift clerk. It was handle very quickly. Other then that I really enjoyed my stay, the bed was extremely comfortable and the tub was amazing I really wish they would fix the Jets in the tub so they can turn it back into a Jacuzzi.. Very clean and very organized I will be making plans to come and stay again. Thanks for your amazing hospitality

6

Very comfortable bed (almost over slept) I enjoyed the room and could easily recommend this motel. My only problem was with the breakfast...

they had a galon of milk sitting on a tray of water that curled up totally disgusting. Please watch what you eat and drink from here!!! One last thing... don't put on your breakfast sign that there is biscuits and gravy if you are out of gravy... because then I'm the person looking everywhere for something that is not there.

Stay for the room not the breakfast...

First night was ok, did have issue with no light bulbs in lamps and tv not working. By the next night I had to be moved as their were bed bugs and they bit my arms. Without those issues it was a decent place and relatively clean

Extremely accommodating. The employees here definitely do above and beyond anything that they are required to do in order to make sure that their customers are happy. I am extremely impressed and very happy with every stay that I have with them.

Not a bad inexpensive hotel. Our biggest problem was that for a king bed there were four throw pillows (20x20 at the most), not regular bed pillows. Make sure you bring your own pillows if you want comfort!

It's near the highway, it's close to everything. A short drive is all it takes. The room is very nice for the price. (They are remodeling too)

It was a OK experience. It needs repairs and upgrades. The room had paint on the curtain, the chair was worn out with tears. Didn't want to honor state discount. Pictures on the wall had black mildew. Our first room had stains on bottom sheet, odor in room. We then switched, which she did happily. Breakfast bar was nice.

The rooms were nice and clean. The elevator was dirty. Trash on the floor. Only one elevator was working. Getting clean towels seem to be a hard thing to do. Could have a better breakfast. But it was okay for the cheap price. I will stay again. Oh and tell your workers that customer service is everything..

You get what you pay for! I would most likely not have stayed here had I not already prepaid online with Orbitz. For $59 per night you will have enormous stains on the carpet in the hallways, a bathroom fan that runs continously and can't be silenced, and air conditioning that will wake you every time the compressor kicks on, because it is so loud. The cleaning staff did not empty the trash during my stay, nor did they leave clean towels when taking away the dirty towels. When I asked for a TV remote at the front desk because the room lacked one, I was given a working remote immediately. The breakfast provided was actually quite good.

Liked the hotel - quick access to major highways. Nice breakfast assortment. Not fond of housekeeping. Either forgot to replenish coffee supplies or toilet paper or Kleenex...something every day. They won't make up your bed if anything personal is on the bed. Would stay there again, but would be more vocal about housekeeping shortcomings.
