Great location. Pool could open earlier than 10am! The motorcycles should have a separate parking area listening to 15 motorcycles at 7am was horrible other than that great

Clean and reasonably priced. We needed a bed, and this place delivered.

I don’t understand why people rate this hotel as being good. We usually stay at budget hotels when making last minute trips and this is far the worst we’ve stayed at. I feel like it should be a $49 special rather than the larger price we paid. It’s super small, which make maneuvering around 2 children very difficult. The rubber mattress pad makes for an interesting sleep. We always look forward to the hotel stays, but this one is just disappointing.

First time at this Baymont and a first time taking advantage of a pet friendly facility. Room was a king room and was very clean. Standard hotel room layout which is expected but the service was very friendly and every contact with any of the staff was great! I don’t know if all the rooms are pet friendly, but ours was right next to the end of the building where the dog walking area was located. We’ll definitely use this one again! So glad we switched over to the Wyndham app for our travel needs!

Friendly staff and convenient location but very noisy. First non smoking room smelled like smoke. Second room was hot (AC didn't work well), dirty, and the sheets hadn't been changed from the last guests (notably dirty fitted sheet) we slept on top of towels. We will never stay there again.

I would never stay there again outdated stinky room hard bed pillows weren't nice the only thing good about the place was the staff was very Friendly. The bathroom was tiny the room smelled like somebody had been smoking in and even though we requested non smoking the indoor pool was very cloudy. Never going back

It was exactly what you pay for. Nothing special but nothing terrible either. I liked the super 8 a lot better

We ended up at Baymont because 2 other "pet friendly " places we had already booked didn't work out- at the very last minute. Stopped at a sister company, Super 8, where we previously stayed at, but didn't have a room for the 2 nights we needed. They recommended we call Baymont, they were able to accommodate us at 10:30 pm on a Friday night , with other family members that were staying with us, not too far behind.
All we can say is THANK YOU BAYMONT! Not only did you save the weekend, but was a nice, clean place to stay.

Very nice hotel. Good water pressure and friendly staff. I liked that it was easy getting in and out even though it is on a busy road. Lots of food options within walking distance.

Absolutely beautiful and very beautiful. Excellent service from the office to breakfast. Very staff. Beautiful views from balcony of river sitting on it listening to the river. Great location close to everything. We will definitely be back. I give ten stars. Clean rooms just Loved everything!!!!!

Great hotel only downside is they stop breakfast at 9. Great location right across from the island in pigeon forge.

The room was clean and comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the indoor pool and the bear waffles at breakfast.The hotel is just off the strip making getting out easier.

We had a wonderful stay at Baymont Inn and Suites in Pigeon Forge. The staff were all very friendly, the rooms were spacious and fresh, and the breakfast was hot and delicious. The pool was also warm, clean and fun! The hotel is in a perfect spot and centralized to all of the great attractions Pigeon Forge has to offer. We will definitely be back to stay here in the future!!

We were very disappointed on this particular visit to the Baymont at this location. Not the cleanest that we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in several on many different occasions on several locations beginning with one several years ago in the Brentwood Tennessee location which was exceptional in every way. Of all the locations we have stayed at over the last 15 yrs or so this was by far the worst. Not much help from the auditors at the front desk either.

The room was clean and in good repair, and the front desk people were very nice and helpful. The price was quite decent compared to other options in the area. Breakfast was good, though the woman working there, while very friendly, was a bit annoying when trying to enjoy a quiet breakfast. Overall, there was nothing remarkable about the motel.

Good location. Slow internet. Comfortable beds with fluffy pillows. Okay breakfast. Two pools, one indoor and one outdoor.

We were fortunate enough to get the last room available!! The night turned into a black ice, dangerous to be on the road evening and our condo was at the top of the Gatlinburg bypass so we were stuck. The staff was so friendly and helpful when you consider it was New Year's Eve and many were seeking a room. They offered some free snacks, toiletries and blankets. We will definitely return for that reason alone. Then the room, it was clean and spacious enough for the four in my family. The room heater could barely keep up with the temps, but that's the only negative that I can see. We will return for sure!!!

This place was great. I'm not a hotel snob, but I've always said I won't stay in a hotel where the room doors are on the outside. I wouldn't have picked this hotel, but it was provided for me so I decided to give it a try. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great. The breakfast was better than average. The staff was great. I will stay here again.

The Baymont has the two most important things for our family: Clean & Pet Friendly. We love seeing all the other animals around here & enjoy the nice staff. We have been a customer here for the past 5 yrs.

Not to bad & affordable... if you don't want to spend thousands and want to be comfortable I recommend this location, I was scared after I read a review about bed bugs... but not bed bugs here 😅 we staying 4 nights not a problem, except for the hair dryer that burned out but got it replaced in less than 10 min

It was a very nice stay and within walking distance to eat and attractions. It could use an update on the breakfast room, and bedrooms. The price was reasonable. If you get a no smoking room and people smoke on the porch your airconditioner will suck the smoke in.

Located right off of Light #3 in Pigeon Forge, this hotel has been amazing. Very nice staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds! We had 2 small dogs with us this visit, so it was nice to have a "dog spot" with complimentary "doo doo bags" right at the front with a trash can to dispose them in so I didnt have to use mine and bring them back to my room. Rooms are small compared to the pictures online, but other than that I loved it. Also, the indoor pool was great too!

Great location. One star off because the room smelled musty---the whirlpool tub is in the actual bedroom. Fireplace was cool.

A hotel experience is what you make it, it is a room to stay in and a bed to sleep in. Vacation or work related, we personally didnt intend on spenxing much time in the room. We enjoyed going out and exploring anf coming back to the room to relax. This hotel has friendly staff, fair prices for a busy season, a hot shower and beds are comfortable. I would recommend it.

Central for my stay in the area.Close to most every thing. Not crowded. Traffic was heavy in the area; however no problem, that's just Pigeon Forge. Room was fine, roomy, nice amenities. Ground floor just what I ordered, close to breakfast area and our vehicle. We would stay here again.

I have had a wonderful experience staying at the baymont. My only suggestion would be to extend the pool hours. The staff has been absolutely amazing and the hotel is in very good condition.

It was a decent location considering where it's at but the TV sucked and the room was not all a great the air conditioning was loud. Staff were nice though and breakfast was decent.

Was going to stay, but found a better deal at a different provider. Wasn't that much of a fan of the indoor pool, was in a greenhouse and that makes it very warm/humid to enjoy the pool. Other than that, right off the river, very serene atmosphere, within walking distance to the strip, and provides great amenities such as a gym and breakfast. Perhaps would come there in the future and stay.

Breakfast is decent. Room is ok a little old. Employees are friendly. So if they freshen things up with some new decor it would be fine.

Very dated. But clean and comfortable. Very dim lights in room. Very noisy. Window is kindle invasive. Breakfast is horrible, but edible. But $89 a night is hard to beat. Id stay again to save $

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and indoor pool a plus. I did wish the breakfast cuttoff time was pushed a little later but the attendant was very nice and I did not feel rushed at all. Room was well kept, the outside could use a little attention, but that did not impact our stay. Would definitely recommend when in the area.

Great service, the breakfast was well stocked with a super attendent, the room was clean n very comfortable! Staff was very cooperative and courteous. Pool was clean n heated!

Lodgings are somewhat run down, but not horrible. Bottom weatherstripping of the door came completely off the second time we closed it. Bed is fairly comfortable. Staff seems helpful, but accomodations aren't very impressive. Overall not too bad, but also not great.

Good Motel. Dog friendly. Inside pool and outside pool with hot tub. Good rates. All around decent place.

Clean rooms. This was a last minute book usually we stay in a condo but orbitz had a cheaper price then the hotel offered so we took it. It was good for a over night stay. If we decide just to stay a night again we will probably stay here again.

Booked it online was suppose to Be for 3 adults and 2 kids showed pictures of rooms that were larger but when we got there the room was really small when I called the desk they offered me a roll away bed for extra charge when I told her several times I paid for a room that would fit 5 she told me she would go ahead and give me a roll away no charge that was the first issue it took some squeezing to fit in such a small room dont be fooled by the pictures making it look bigger, They do have an indoor pool but u have to go outside to get to the pool not a good idea when its cold outside. There is only one way to describe this hotel its just like a road side super 8 with a better name however the staff here are really nice and friendly.

Dec 23 to Dec 26, 2016 Room 217. We had a nice stay. Check in was excellent. Staff has been very nice.

Easy check in and check out. Nice pool area. Breakfast was ready at 6am. Clean room. Minimal amenities but at the price its fair. Microwave, Mini fridge in room. Good location. During lunch and dinner traffic is very hectic, but this hotel is right across the street from a multi-event entertainment spot (i.e. go carts, arcade, ect). There is a Kroger to the west on a road with little traffic and there are two gas stations right next to this location. Bennett's BBQ is very close by and accessible with streets off the main strip.

The Beaumont Inn was located at a really good place. We were close to all the things we wanted to do at Pigeon Forge. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the motel was clean and very nice.

We stay in this motel 6 years ago when it was under a different name. a much pleasant expierience this time linens and room was clean bed was comfortable inside pool was nice and clean. Great full breakfast selection
only complaint the food could have been hotter gravy was the only thing smoking hot the first day the second day everything could have been hotter.
Yes we would stay again. This was not our first choice hotel but the one we thought was reserved did not find our reservation.

Girls at front desk were nice and helpful. Room was clean,breakfast was good. Close to many attractions, street not to loud. Housekeeping was very pleasant also. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

I usually never take the time to give a review. But after traveling a lot more than usual I have had many bad experiences with run down hotels. I must admit this place is clean, updated furniture, great location, staff was great. I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will stay there again.

For the price and location it was a very nice hotel. The ppl who wk there also very nice. Don't know why ppl want to bash the breakfast they provide you. It is well maintained & not just coffee & donuts.
On that note....we were there July 22nd - July 25th. The first night we were so tired we just didn't care. The next morning we went down to grab a bite. On the way back up the elevator doors open & shut a few times. For the most part the room was nice. As an ex housekeeper from there I did notice a few things that can be taken care of but it wasn't something to hinder the vacation.
Yesterday just before we left the electricity in our room went out after this loud boom which shook the bathroom area. We were next to a hall area but we did have to be moved. They moved us to the front side, which I asked for, abd we left to go do stuff. When we got back I went into the bathroom & saw a roach in the upper bathtub area. Husband killed it after snapping a pic. After we rested up we went to The Island and when we came back there was two of them. This morning a total of 4 was running around as we were leaving.
Hubby told the front desk & they said they have someone come in twice a week & will fix it. I would hope with such a name & rep it would be taken better care of. On a side note....bring your own toilet paper because it no fun having to pick it out of hairs.
