This Baymont was above average for the price, and it seemed to be recently renovated. The room could have used a couple more pillows. The 24-hour pool was nice. The bathroom was tiny and the lack of elevator was a little annoying for staying on the 3rd floor. Still, I'd stay again.

In the same parking lot as a super 8, use to be a super 8 admin building. It has been renovated.. rooms are a little small but nice. Worth 80-85 bucks.

We actually stayed at the Super 8, the sister hotel across the parking lot, owned by the same person. Here's another hotel I said I wouldn't consider from my poor experience in Atlanta years ago. This time I was impressed at first, then, getting in bed, we had them come change the sheets, they didn't look very clean. Had to ask for more towels and washcloths, tissues and toilet paper (found out they had housekeeping staff quit that day so they were shorthanded, just our luck.) The room was clean otherwise. The shower was a little scary. They had a poorly done overlay, the bottom was uneven. Once you figured it out, you rolled with it.

Had a little trouble with the online booking when we arrived but staff was super helpful. Kiddo liked the pool and hot tub. Clean nice rooms and really good breakfast. Managed to get the room for 68 after tax, which was a GREAT DEAL!

The place has a 2.5 star rating online and that is accurate. The room is acceptable, but needs to be cleaner. The sink is clogged and leaking like crazy underneath. The carpet in the stairwell is filthy! The good points are: room has a mini fridge and microwave, and although is right next to the freeway it seems to be pretty quiet. The room is somewhat updated and hotel is all non-smoking! And the rates are low.

Clean. Updated. But VERY small. Dhares a parking lot with Dennis and Super 8 motel. So not real desirable location. Walls were very thin and you can hear conversations from the hallway as well as the room doors and hallway doors opening all night long. Staff could care less. Don't address you or make eye contact. Breakfast was ok. Eggs were cold. Gross sausage. Or bagels/toast/cereal. Waffles if course were delish

The hotel is in a good location and was very clean and modern. The breakfast could be better, but it shouldn't be a deal breaker.

Clean and straight forward. Nothing fancy but a decent place to stay.

Nice staff. 24 hr pool and kids are not allwed after 11pm which is nice. Website claims warm cookies in the evening but not true the 2 nights I was there. Also the room has a info page that says breakfast is until 10am on weekends but it was wrong as well. Rooms were clean. Even with the little discrepancies overall still a good place. I would go back I think.

I won't be going back here. Not because it was a bad experience per say, it just definitely wasn't a good experience. I feel very blah about this place. It's floorplan is weird, the door locations are functionally inconvenient, the lack of elevator is fun with a roller bag, and the continental breakfast leaves something to be desired. I give it a "meh" overall.

This place is excellent clean and my wife would go out for the day room was cleaned right away the pool and hot tube was on of best i have seen in a motel

Great place to stay. Kid friendly. Pool, hot tub, board games, free breakfast and Wi-Fi. My kids and I had fun. Was very clean.

We had an excellent experience, the room was clean and the pool was amazing. Hosting a kids birthday party, the kids had a blast, and there was a hostess room that we used for the cake and presents. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Clean, roomy and plenty of hot water! Check-in was easy and efficient.

I was just delivering pizza there. The staff was courteous and asked me if I need help finding the room I was delivering to the first moment I looked confused. If I needed a place to stay I would surely stay here.

The rooms have been recently renovated & are somewhat new/modern. The shower looked like that glued panels over moldy walls & the mold was trying to creep out of the corners that weren't sealed well enough or at all. The hallways have not been renovated and are dirty/musty. Those problems didn't bother me, what bothered me was that the door was so thin that it sounded like there was no door. You could hear people talking clearly as the walked through the halls, it almost sounded like their voices were amplified.

Very great place to stay the bed was super comfortable the price was very reasonable and right across from the hotel literally 20 foot walk was a dennys where they had some of the best service that I've ever had really nice employees that work there and if you want to take a short walk just right around the corner is McDonald's Burger King Taco Bell she's in a great location and I'm very happy with the place and I would definitely stay there again

We arrived on a Monday afternoon in the middle of the Spokane Spook Convention. That is, there were a lot of invisible people staying at the hotel. The front desk apologized for having to put us on the 3rd floor. Yes, Martha, this is a No Elevator motel. There were 5 cars in the entire parking lot. Everyone was on the 3rd floor! You used to have to book a room with a view. Here you have to request "First Floor, please." The room was okay. If you're 14% of the population like me who like to sleep with their feet exposed, you'll need to get 3 people to help you lift the mattress because the Maid-on-Steroids tucks the sheets in an extra four feet. Not that I'm nitpicking. There are about 19 different places to eat about a mattress toss away, so even if the Baymont had a restaurant with Gloria Child on staff, it would probably still be empty. I gave 3 stars because the desk failed to mention the Spook Convention, any deaths and subsequent hauntings or Idaho-bound remnants of Hurricane Harvey. Distance from downtown and price are at equilibrium.

Nice clean room. Decent price. Great location for easy I90 access. Oh includes nice breakfast. Will stay again.

We stayed here a couple of nights while visiting from Canada and we were happy with our stay. The location is great and it is close to everything. The staff was friendly and our room was updated and clean. My only recommendation is new beds and pillows!

Nice and old rooms. Included breakfast and the pool is nice. No five stars because it's not the biggest motel and we had to get new keys because they didn't work.

Descent place right off the interstate next to a Denny's. It's an older place but the room are well kept. No elevator, but there's hot breakfast in the morning. Perfect place for a single night on the road.

We stayed over night and they had a good pool and a great breakfast. If you are hungry for anything else dennys right next door.

Got a room at a good price. Very clean, cool, and quiet. Plus all the amenities and more for this price. Good WiFi, wreck room with snacks, breakfast was great, hottub was awesome.

The indoor pool is a major plus, having a microwave and refrigerater is even better. I needed more pillows and the house keeping were more then happy to provide me with what I needed. The Wi-Fi works great. I added another night and they were then happy to let me stay in the same room. 24 hour pool for adults is also a plus. Time away from the kids. It should be 16 and up, but ya. Great stay. I also think considering Danny's is here there should be a discount for guests there. I'm sure it would bring in more buisness

Rooms were clean and nice, quieter than expected with the proximity to I-90. Typical breakfast, nice pool area. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

They are conveniently located and the property layout is real nice. The rooms are clean with good decor. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and having the pool open late was fun as well.

They had very nice rooms, bathrooms were very small, but located right off i-90 next to super 8,24hr pool for adults, kids till 11pm.

After getting stuck in Spokane due to a storm I was happy with my time here. The room was clean, there was a big pool, a hot hot tub and waffles at breakfast.

Room was very nicely remodeled and a great rate. Staff was nice and helpful. Front entrance was hard to find and beds were on the harder side.

It was a nice room but the continental breakfast was in a very cramped room with not a lot of options for food and there was a big line since the room was so small.

My two person room was small, but sufficient. The person at the front indicated they are a four month old property, but I wonder if it's actually a remodel because of a few old-timey things that seem out of place for a brand new place. The hotel was clean. No problems.

There is no elevator for the three floors, but there are entrances to floors 1 & 1.5.

Decent place to stay, nicely located beside the interstate and lots of food options. Very busy but had a nice sleep.
