This is a fantastic hotel. I stayed only one night, the room was clean, organized, comfortable, modern, and met all expectations.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr sauber und freundlich. Das Restaurant, das sie vor Ort haben, ist immer flexibel bei Ihren Wünschen. Am meisten habe ich die Gastfreundschaft genossen! Fühlte mich sehr wohl hier für meine 3 Wochen und so weiter während eines Besuchs in Süddeutschland. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen, der in dieser Gegend bleiben möchte, besonders weil es so nahe an den historischen Teilen Deutschlands liegt. Sehr gute Lage!

Most of all I enjoyed the hospitality! Felt very comfortable staying here for my 3 weeks off and on while visiting southern Germany. I would recommend his to any one wanting to stay in this area, especially since it's so close to the historic parts of Germany. The best hotel in Esslingen. Nice rooms, great breakfast, excellent service, good restaurant... just not a single reason to complain... well maybe one: their pressure-reduction piece they put in the shower water line, resulting in a very low water pressure. Showering can be quite a pain, just to cover for their ill-designed bathtub side covering... a plastic curtain would be way more customer friendly and still save cleaning time.

Perfect experiency for Esslingen city. Close to all you need. Excellent service and food.

I've been here on a two nights on a business trip. The hotel has a good location, near the city center with spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast with great variety of products. Nice staff. The hotel restaurant is also good.

The rooms were very comfortable, and there were plenty of lounges and meeting spaces for myself and my colleagues. The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre and several restaurants. Great convention location, given the adjacent Neckar Forum. The food was slightly overpriced, but the staff was quite welcoming and kind.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist genau richtig. Trotz dessen, dass sie sich neben einer Hauptstraße befindet habe ich Nachts davon überhaupt nichts mitbekommen. War während dem Mittelalter- Weihnachtsmarkt dort. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war mehr als gerechtfertigt. Frühstück ebenfalls frisch und einfallsreich.

Most of receptionists were kind but some employees in breakfast restaurant were not kind.

Top Hotel, sowohl die Übernachtung als auch das Frühstück. Auch die Restaurantküche ist empfehlenswert. Personal war aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich: o.k. .

Best hotel in Esslingen for the past 10 years.

Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Parking underground. Face towards a busy cross street. Breakfast was expensive in relationship to the poor quality.

Ein Premier Best Western. Dies haben wir bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht gespürt. Weder an der Rezeption noch beim Frühstück. Personal war nett aber nicht aufmerksam. Alles von Kaffee bis Eierspeisen kam nur nachdem wir dem Personal nachgegangen sind und geordert haben. Ausnahme bildet der Kellner an der abendlichen Bar. Dieser war höflich, aufmerksam und auf Service ausgerichtet. Preise für Zimmer, Speisen und Parken sind unseres Erachtens unangemessen. Für den Preis können wir 5 Sterne in Stuttgart haben. Alles in Allem eine Enttäuschung.

Ein schönes Hotel. Der Service ist vorbildlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Wünsche wurden alle erfüllt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, ruhig und funktionell eingerichtet. Es gibt Internet mit guter Bandbreite, gute Betten und ein schönes sauberes Bad.
Sehr schön wenn das Fenster dann noch eine tolle Aussicht auf die beleuchtete Burg bietet.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und bietet eine große Auswahl.
Was mir jedoch nicht so sehr gefällt ist, dass statt einer Dusche eine Badewanne mit Duschabtrennung vorhanden ist.
Zusätzlich dauert es teilweise sehr lang (5min) bis warmes bzw. heißes Wasser aus dem Duschkopf kommt. Zudem ändert sich häufiger mal die Mischung zwischen warmen und kaltem Wasser. Ich war in den letzten Wochen mehrmals hier und konnte das in verschiedenen Zimmern feststellen.
Trotzdem komme ich jederzeit gerne wieder und empfehle das Hotel gerne weiter.

Zimmer, Service und Frühstück ohne Tadel. Hervorzuheben ist der Wellness- / Fitnessbereich der sich nicht wie in vielen Hotels irgendwo im Keller befindet sondern im obersten Stockwerk untergebracht ist. Durch raumhohe Panoramascheiben lässt sich so nach einem anstrengenden Messetag die Stadt beim Laufen von oben genießen.
