Luxuriöses Hotel in Nähe der Fußgängerzone von Kitzbühel. Personal: Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden! Kommen sehr gerne wieder!! Parkplatz: Das Hotel verfügt über eine eigene Tiefgarage. Ist für so gut wie alle Autos geeignet, es wird allerdings eine gewisse Bodenfreiheit benötigt, da die Zufahrt zum Teil etwas Steil ist. Sollte aber in den meisten Fällen kein Problem sein. Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind sehr nett eingerichtet, und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Von der Minibar bis zum Haarfön ist alles vorhanden. In unserem Fall war sogar der Alkoholfreie Inhalt der Minibar kostenlos (ich kann nicht sagen ob dies immer der Fall ist?). Wellnessbereich: Pool, Dampfsauna und verschiedene Saunen laden zum Entspannen ein. Ein eigener Ruhebereich mit Wasserbetten rundet das Gesamtpaket ab. Restaurant: War gut besucht, wurde aber von uns nicht getestet, wir haben uns ein nettes Restaurant in der Fußgängerzone gesucht. Zum Frühstück haben wir uns aber vom Kaiserhof verwöhnen lassen. Hier fehlte es an nichts. Das Personal war wieder sehr freundlich. Alles in Allem ein Top-Hotel!

as well as to gondola to skiing.

Our favorite place to stay in Kitzbuhel. Right under the gondola. The hotel is also perfect for families. Pool, kids room, and spa.

Super Service

The Kaiserhof hotel was such a good hotel! Even though it has four stars, it should be a five star hotel. There is a pool, gym, cinema room ( used as a cinema on some days), ski room and a play room for kids with a TV and plenty of toys. The staff are very good and the rooms are very clean and modern, but still have a skiing atmosphere, there's even a radio built into the wall in the bathroom! Even though it is a ski in, ski out hotel, it feels very cosy on the inside. This is such an amazing hotel! Enjoy it!

This hotel is one of the best hotels which we have visited for long time. It has excellence in service, gourmet breakfast with sparkling rose and ala carte dinner which is very decent price. I recommend this hotel for small families up to older people. There is very easy access to Hahnenkaam slopes and during the summer excellence with hiking etc. Hotel staff are absolutely great offering all services and hotel has also parking lot beside and You can easily load Your luggages or bikes.

Definitely worth the price. More than that, I found this hotel very competitive in terms of price/performance. My room with a € 115 price tag is rather comfortable with excellent panoramic view, and the Seilbahn which passes by you in a very close distance (see the picture) doesn't bother you since it's extremely quite! Breakfast is good, parking lot is decent, if you are lucky there are a couple of free places.. Internet is very good, Wi-Fi runs all over the place and once you signed in with just a simple password it will remember it for all you smartphones..

Perfect location and helpful, friendly staff. Rooms offer everything needed, food was excellent. We will come back.
