Just arrived and was very much impressed how nice this place is. A big plus, is the very friendly and helpful staff.

Only stayed there a morning for a business event, but they were working on some improvements while we were there

El spa la verdad es que estaba muy bien pero no funcionaban algunas de las piscinas. El personal fue muy atento y la sensación final fue buena

Beautiful location in the mountains. Smart lodge-style rooms, decent restaurant on site. Spa facilities, but these weren't open the days I was there

Room had a discount but wasn't finished.
Shower was missing a door etc.

I love This place. I can only talk about the bar and terrace. Have not been nor at the hotel or the restaurant. To me, the view from the bar terrace is worth the visit. When I am tired of the heat in the city in summer, having a beer there with 5-6 *C less then in Madrid is valueless

Mi pareja y yo habíamos ido cuando se denominaba "El Bosque" y sí que es verdad que ha perdido algo con el cambio. Eso sí, el lugar sigue siendo precioso.
En primer lugar tuvimos problemas con la llave para entrar en la habitación y tuvimos que ir varias veces a recepción para que nos la activaran de nuevo, anécdota que queda como graciosa. La habitación estaba bien, tampoco esperábamos nada del otro mundo, sí que tenía parte de la mampara desprendida del carril, algo que avisamos en recepción para que lo repararan.
El spa sí que estaba un poco dejado: las camas de agua no funcionaban, las duchas de contrastes sólo echaban agua fría y la ducha escocesa estaba averiada.
Teníamos cena incluida en el programa y la verdad es que fue muy buena, nada que reprochar. Lo mismo con el desayuno, abundante y variado.
Ponemos tres estrellas por el spa, a ver si lo mejoran un poco.

He ido a ultimar detalles de un grupo que irá próximamente. A raíz de los malos comentarios he ido a comprobar si aclaraba dudas. El director a estado muy atento me ha mostrado todas las instalaciones, hay nueva gente en el equipo que quiere hacerlo lo mejor posible. Hoy la atención inmejorable, ya contaré el día que vayamos.

Es un lugar maravilloso. Tranquilidad, aromas que despiertan los sentidos y un clima privilegiado... pero lo está abandonando el nuevo gestor. Una pena. No atienden al teléfono, no mantienen el hotel y en mi opinión no hay una cabeza con criterio al mando.

Buenas instalaciones, buen restaurante con música en directo. El SPA es para relajarse a tope! Muy cerca de Madrid, ideal para escapada romántica!

Sensacional, hemos estado estupendamente para desconectar y relajarnos, sobre todo el miércoles y el jueves ya que el fin de semana se llenó hasta arriba y lógicamente la percepción cambia. La relación calidad-precio es inmejorable y conocemos varios Hoteles-Balneario; en otros establecimientos similares, el mismo programa de 4 días cuesta más de 900 euros por pareja y aquí nos ha costado menos de la mitad. Repetiremos seguro.

Hotel was nice, I spent one night with my girlfriend. There was a special offer at their website which includes one night with breakfast plus entrance to their spa. It was such a really good place to rest and disconnect from everything

We went to visita the Spa and stay a night in the suite. It is placed in a wondeeful location, with great views of "La Pedriza" all the hotel is full of an amazing enviroment. The room was a big and charming wood house with a hall, a room and a big bathroom. The Service was also charming and polite. A great experience.
