This is an interesting place. While the room had no deal breaking issues it felt as if it hadn't been used in months. The staff was virtually nonexistent as were any other guests. This is not a popular place.

Almost a surreal experience. It isn't horrible like some have suggested, but it does seems eerily abandoned. The check-in was great. Super kind! Room service on day one was non-existent, even after we asked.

They are in the process of renovation but the facilities are nice and the staff is wonderful and will work with you on any problems. When the water park is open it should be fantastic!!!

I only went for the Comic Expo. As far as the hotel goes, they could definitely have used more AC in the building given there were so many people there.

The hotel is located in a convenient part of town. The convention room my event was held in was a decent size for the event. On previous occasions I have seen the indoor water park which is very nice.

Broken air condition. Front desk won't answer phones (possibly understaffed). Had to walk down to see them, walk back to room to wait on maintenance, then walk back to front desk to get key for a different room. This whole process took more than an hour of our time. Warm and musty in hallways.

Rooms were acceptable and met my expectations for a hotel. Staff was extremely helpful. The switched our room when the AC didn't work and we're very friendly overall. Free breakfast left a bit to be desired however but the coffee was good

It's cheap through a booking site 60ish a night. Room was decent but the hot water didn't work all night or morning. The tv was new but they didn't have an he cable box so the channels were fuzzy. The room was old but it didn't bother me. The pool was nice but the hot tub was not hot enough for me definitely below 100 degrees probably related to the hot water issues. It's the kind of place you'd go if you had kids. There are better places but for the price there aren't many with a hot tub.

This place was great smelled like weed our whole stay and the only downside to the water park that I could see was that it wasn't open. But that gave my family more time to stay in the dirty moldy rooms with no hot water .
