Quite an extensive shop for all sporting goods, equipment, clothing, etc..... prices are good, especially if you take advantage of their specials.

The best thing about it was the location. Walking distance to many famous places. We enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby. The best free coffee we had at any hotel we stayed in.
We'd definitely recommend to our friends and family and most definitely book it again if we come to Paris.

Impeccable location but also a bit old for our taste. The showers and the door can be finicky. Some of the staff are good and friendly. The lobby is very comfy with a coffee machine.

Room types are pretty weirdly categorized though, as in 1 Bedroom > Classic studio > Deluxe studio

Good position and friendly and helpful staff. Room was ok but water pressure and water temperature in bathroom wasn’t great, especially in the mornings. And the small kitchen was good enough for simple meals although there wasn’t really anywhere to sit to eat. Renovation work was noisy during the day but there is a warning about that and we were never in much. It was very central to everything with Les Halles station right there. We left a day early to avoid the rail strike that might have left us stranded as it is anticipated to become more widespread.

Pleasant enough apart-hotel. Chose it as friends had already booked to stay here. The location is excellent if you want to shop at Les Halles, or walk to most central galleries and museums. The shared lounge and children’s play area was also great. Rooms size quite large for Paris.
On the downside, the beds are very firm verging on hard. I have back pain after only two nights. Also, the decor in the rooms is very tired. Kitchenettes and bathrooms definitely do not look as pictured (those must have been updated compared to the rooms we stayed in). The first room my friends had smelled very bad, perhaps from a prior leak or sink/drain problem. The staff did resolve it and move them to another room, but they did have to request that twice. The cleaning could be of a higher standard also. There were stains on the bed linen and the porcelain of the kitchenette sinks was stained. The bathroom floor tiles were clearly dirty too as the white bathmat ended up dirty grey after being dragged across the damp floor. For the same money - I would stay elsewhere next time.

Rooms are decent but small compared to US. Only thing I didn't like is that room cleaning is not default, u have to pay 28 euro per day to get it cleaned. Plus on site laundry is additional charge, as is breakfast. I would prefer a one charge thst takes care of everything.

Great hotel in the middle of the busy area. The rooms have great views overlook the central courtyard and the management were more than friendly.

We arrived late and the service desk was superb we didn't feel like there was anything wrong although we did apologise.

There are many places to eat around the hotel and there are also halaal options for those that require it.

The windows are double glazed so the noise from outside is insulated.

Appartment style hotel might need a little update but overall amazing place to stay. In the heart of Paris, lots of little bistros around, a supermarket next door, gym, laundromat and business corner with printer. Walking distance to the Louvre and the Tuilerie gardens. Absolutely perfect for my business trip in Paris.

The location is great the staff was nice but there was something that really bothered me that I left a very important item in Citadines hotel room and after we checked out we immediately called the Hotel to inform them that and went back the other day to ask again unfortunately the item was gone and never got it back so if you visit this hotel make sure you don't forget anything because probably you won't ever get it back.

Perfect location, lots of shopping and nice restaurant. It’s work like residence, not hotel so they will clean your room every 2-3 days depend on your stays. Easy to access train. Only one thing to improve is so noisy in the nighttime (some night). And great wifi

Great place to stay - good location with plenty of restaurants, shopping centre and public transport. Love the atmosphere of this whole area.
Room was nice and spacious, plenty of TV channels and great wifi available.
Staff were helpful and dealt with an issue we had quickly and efficiently. We would definitely stay here again.

5

This is an apartment type hotel. I would say it's comparable to a 2.5 to 3 star hotel you would find in Canada or the state's. The location is good as it's close to the metro which makes it easy to get around. The gym only has 2 treadmill, 1 bike, a bench and up to 10kg dumb bells. So if your into working out and don't want to do cardio, it is very limited.

We are a family of four and stayed for 1 week in Paris. We adored the neighborhood....had breakfast every morning at the fountain just outside the hotel. The proximity to the Metro and RER at Chatlet/Les Halles cannot be beat. We found the hotel staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and we had a wonderful stay there.

Great access to the RER and other Metro. Top tourist attractions are fifteen minutes walk away - Seine, Pont Neuf, Notre Dame, the Marais, George Pompidou, the Tulieries and the Louvre. Good foodies five minutes outside the door.

The hotel is situated in the very nice location, among the shopping mall, good restaurants and right at the center of the train station where many lines stop here. The hotel is kitchenette so we can cook simple meal. There are groceries available around the area. The small one is right next to the hotel entrance.

The bedroom is a bit small.

Great place to stay. Right across the from several cafes with out door dinning. Convenient store right next door. A shopping mall right behind it gives access to the metro lines. The Fountain Innocent becomes a lively place of people hanging out, playing music, eating, chatting, shopping.

The check in process was lengthy and service was mediocre. The rooms are clean. The showers are poorly designed, causing the floors to get soaked in water. The tub drains poorly. The internet access is spotty. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Paris.

7

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, central location. Cleaning service once weekly, which puzzled me at first, as we were running out of soap and the like. Breakfast not included though available at extra charge - but visit the Maison Rouge just across the street and you can have a breakfast that's both better and a bit cheaper. All in all a very nice place though.

Nice hotel and centrally located. Stay away, though, from the small food store next door; their sky high prices go higher at the payment counter so stay alert to the posted price of each item you plan to purchase.

Me and my parents stayed in Citadines Paris Les Halles in May 2014.

+
The best location which can be.
We was really impressed of big size of our room. We had separate living room, bedroom, kitchen, big entrance corridor, toilet and bathroom.
Kitchen was fully packed( big knifes, katleries, plates, pans, caps and tea bags).
Living room has plasma (plus second in bedroom ), huge sofa for two with pillows and duvets.
Need to tell about real friendly and helpful staff. Specially girls on receptions and Russian speaker gentlemen.
Citades new builded apartment hotel which situated in first zone Charles Les Halles (10 min walk to Norte dam de Paris). Great connection to airports.

We stayed for two night and between this our apartment was cleaned and tided by professional cleaners staff.
For IT gigs people need to say it's have high speed WIFI, 3! iMac's in reception hall with access to printer, at reception you can find plasma with interactive weather forecast and free umbrellas, which really safes us in 3 rainy days during our stay.

Really great place to stay with family members, company of your friends or quite and relax trip with your spouse. Very impressed and value worth the price.

Deffinetly will up to stay next visit one of Europe Citades. Thank you

Best regards,
Igor.
