For an older hotel it was pretty clean and kept up. Another older child sized toilet. Restaurant was OK, with breaky burritos. Good coffee and friendly staff. Very convenient to rental car return. Quiet room aside from the typical in room ac which worked very well.

No free breakfast. They have a small "Bistro" that serves bar food and has a full bar. 8 beers on tap and has a long list of local wines. You have to pass the bar to go to the laundry. Basic hotel with a friendly staff and clean quiet rooms.

Rooms are small and dated. No fridge or microwave in the room. With its proximity to the airport, the room was actually pretty quiet. The location was a good spot to stay to catch an early flight out of SeaTac. Our room was definitely not wheelchair friendly though.

My room was decent. The bed was very clean and comfortable but the toilet hadn't been flushed when I arrived. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel very convenient to airport and light rail. Relatively inexpensive. We used several rooms for our large family, but there were snags. In one room, the air conditioner didn't work. Part of the hotel had WiFi issues. One shower was missing a curtain. They did their best to resolve these issues, though.

Front desk was exceptionally accommodating to us and allowed us an early check in after our cruise. Only slip up came with the room AC, which was promptly dealt with. Would stay again.

The hotel is a short walk from the airport, which is great before or after a long trip. Comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. Service is o.k. I have stayed here many times with no or very minor complaints. It also has reasonable cost long-term parking.

The location is super convenient for getting to 13 coins and the Airport. The beds seemed to be clean. The decor was a little dated. I felt like the chairs and furniture are from the 70's. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I parked my vehicle in their lot during vacation. When I returned my vehicle was still safe and unharmed.
I will prob stay there again if I am leaving from sea-tac airport.

This hotel is in A perfect spot. You can walk from the airport to the hotel. Just follow the light rail signs. Walk to the light rail and the attached walkway brings you right across the street. . The light rail also takes you right into downtown Seattle. It is a little outdated and could use a refresher . There is a small restaurant on site with beers and wine. Along with a little store area. I never felt unsafe in the walk from the light rail to the hotel. A hilton is right next door so if you want a more upscale place go there it's just as convenient . However the clarion was perfect for my over night stay using my choice awards. I had no problems

Honestly not my first choice but I will say it was clean and great WiFi . Was provided by work but still much much better than the motel 6 down the road .

This place has awesome two person jet tubs and the price is pretty unbelievable for the kind of rooms you can get. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are good. The staff are always friendly and willing to accommodate. The reservations are over seas and are a pain in the butt, however if you aren't pleased with what you get when you arrive they are ready to make things right, hassle-free. We have stayed here three times in the past week. Awesome food right down the road- we highly recommend Sharps roast house. The airport is literally right across the street. This is our home away from home. I would give it 5 stars if the rooms were a little more moderb/fixed up. They have some wear and tear but it's a great place to stay. We come here to relax and enjoy the two person jet tubs.

Amazing front desk...Deidre and Tyshawna and they both were amazing help. They both took extra time to make sure my reservations were done correctly. Excellent place to stay.

Hotel was nice, clean & friendly staff. My room key didn't work, so 3rd trip (our room at end of building - block walk to office), security came with, got me in, said would be back with keys. Returned almost 2 hours later when we were already in bed - which got us up, phone didn't work, lots of little stuff that distrupted our experience to justify the cost.

Went to a class on motorcycle safety here. Okay venue, really wish there had been more food options. The cafe shut down at 10, leaving just vending machines. I'd driven a long way to attend and could have really used coffee. Staff were friendly and happy to point attendees in the right direction.

Clean rooms! Very accommodating staff; driver took my daughter and me to Denny's and picked us up at 1 in the morning. Also they have the best pillows ever.

My stay here was fine. It is definitely convenient to the airport and the link station, which is what was important to me. I was able to walk less than a block from the link station to get here, with luggage in tow. The room was only ok for the price, which seemed high for the quality of the room. Everything seemed well-worn. That being said, the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

This place is located conveniently next to the airport and train/light rail, which makes people stay only for the convenience. The train is super easy to navigate by the way. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. We killed 1 bug each night during our stay; 2 spiders and 2 other insects with multiple legs. Let's just say I'm not a fan of insects and I won't be stay here again. The room and bathroom appeared clean and the a/c worked great.

I guess the only thing I didn't really like was that there was no free breakfast. They have a bar in the lobby and they serve food too but you have to pay for it. I drove to a Safeway that was close and grabbed some food for breakfast so it worked out. Other then that I had no problem with anything else!! They have a pool and workout room, witch was nice!!:)

Great hotel stay. Employees were friendly, room was clean, restaurant food was actually very affordable and good. Hotel has an indoor pool that was very well maintained. 24 hour complimentary shuttle also included. Was worried that the airport noise would be bothersome (you can literally see SeaTac out the window) but rooms were quiet. Would recommend this hotel!

BEWARE THE SHUTTLE - When we checked into the hotel I asked about getting a shuttle to the airport at 0500 the next morning. The desk clerk told me that the shuttle is a “first come – first served” basis and that I should be in the lobby 15 – 20 minutes before I wanted to leave. I arrived at the lobby the next morning at 0515 and there were 4 people there waiting for a ride. By the time the shuttle bus arrived there were 15 – 17 people waiting. I asked the clerk if there was a sign up sheet or a list of who arrived at what time and told her that there were obviously too many people there to get on the bus. She again said “first come – first served”. There was a mad rush to get on the shuttle and it was full by the time I attempted to board. The driver reiterated the “first come – first served” policy and said he would be back in about 15 minutes. By this time more people had arrived looking for a ride. The bus returned in about 15 minutes and there was a wild chaotic rush to board. One mother of a family of 4, including 2 young children, totally lost it and started SCREAMING at the driver that they were getting on the bus no matter what! With that one of her daughters started crying. Ultimately everyone got on the bus without further incident.

The shuttle to the airport is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The policy of “first come – first served” boarding is a recipe for hard feelings and possible violence among the passengers. A sign up sheet or some way to determine priority of passenger boarding is sorely needed. The driver was not at fault. He was following policy and tried to defuse the situation. The desk clerk should have recognized a potential problem and taken steps to prevent this from happening.

The hotel is old but clean; rooms were well stocked. The bathroom was small and items are not well positioned (toilet paper inconveniently placed, hair dryer was in the way and hanging on other items). Getting to the hotel was not clearly marked from the airport but was only a 10 minute walk. I would stay there again for the convenience and what seemed to be a more reasonable price than other places.

So, it's obvious that this is an older hotel. It has its issues with the building itself, but my four star rating is the reflection of that fact alone. So far, everything else has been pleasant. The rooms (and halls) are very spacious and clean. The staff is helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The bistro food is good and portions are generous. Shuttle service was great, and access to the airport and tram system are easy. Very affordable and reasonable pricing.

Nothing fancy, but we weren't in the room but for 8 hours or so. The room was clean and sufficient all though a little fridge would have been nice. Very close to light rail which was super handy. We will stay here again in the future.

It's a bit run down. Price was high for what you get. We had three in our party with two double beds. We ended up with only two in our party but they wouldn't downsize our room .. said no more rooms were left. When our door didn't work, they WERE able to find another but price was still the same. Staff was not very accommodating .. pretty much just handed out room keys. They did have an area where you could get snacks and coffee for purchase.

Pleasant room, clean and comfortable. I struggle with luggage because of where the room was. I wasn't expecting to pull it down and then back up 2 hills. The carpet making it like pulling through dirt. I'm older and partially disabled so it was a chore.
Your driver was very kind.

The people here make the difference. The other hotels in the area don't have the service.
They Bistro has a good menu and good prices. Better than the Ramada by far, on all counts.

I attended a seminar in the second floor conference room. It was clean enough, and everything looked fine. The conference room furniture was uncomfortable, but I can't say that's really their fault, it was seminar seating. I didn't get a high class vibe from any part of the hotel & and the bistro had a VERY limited selection, but everything was clean and serviceable and the staff was pretty friendly.
And there wasn't any creepy airport hotel smell!

Location: great, right across the street from the airport
Hotel: so-so, large pool the kids liked, pay bistro, funky smell in halls
Room: so-so, bare bones, no fridge, fuzzy tv, strange light situation for bathroom, cleanly remodeled bathroom, wouldn't like to stay there long.
Service: ok, frustrated that I was given wrong info about price for stay and park rates even though I called lobby prior to trip to confirm. However, after showing my phone records to prove it, they gave me the rate and were nice. I was very frustrated for those 20 minutes though.
Airport shuttle: not sure. We left at 3:45 am and saw the shuttle just leaving. Rather than wait we just walked across the transit platform and were there in 15 minutes (told you the location is great!).

We have stayed here several times and always been happy. We can stay the night before an early flight and leave our car for a week for less than airport parking without a night's stay. Shuttle to and from airport is very quick and always available, any time of the day or night. Comfortable beds and decent room with very friendly, helpful staff. Planning our next stay right now!

I would like for the world to know you have a great lady (Stacy) at the front desk....she did the impossible...when it seemed there was no way to find a room for us ...she worked her magic and she arranged for us to spend one more night in our room.
We will certainly stay in this hotel again.
We attended a couple Mariner's games and rode the Lite rail, that is so conveniently located at your front door.
Thanks again, Stacy, you are the best!!!!
