Our stay was excellent. The hotel was a little off the expressway, but well worth it since it's surrounded by a beautiful country landscape. It's near a three or four fast food restaurants and a Walmart, which was awesome. Oh and there is a fuel station right out front. Not sure what else one may need. The amenities were great; they have a decent sized pool (my kids had it all to themselves), ample space in our 2 queen room and the breakfast was great and complimentary. We had our dog with us and it was great there is a small parking lot in the back with plenty of grass for him to do his thing. We will definitely stay again during our next trip back home to the midwest.

Friendly staff but the room I reserved was not the room I got. They didn’t have any rooms for me to move to. The lady at the desk gave me a discount.
I asked for pillows for the pullout but she never came.
“Fitness center” had washer and dryer in the same room and smelt musty. Very small. Treadmill didn’t work.
The room was pretty much clean except there was food and beer left in fridge.

I was stranded in Seward and stayed at the Cobblestone for 3 days while my car was being repaired after a nasty tire blow on Route 80. The staff there could not have been more accommodating and sympathetic. My room was comfortable, the coffee was good and I was able to walk to Walmart to buy food for my dietary needs.

Unfortunately, we were looking to stay here for a weekend. I booked the room to be a Friday and Saturday night. The lady on the phone said that she had the room booked but that the system was being glitchy and she would have to have her manager fix the reservation. She guaranteed though that we were down for both nights. I call a few more times to see if it has been fixed and it was not. That was the only hotel still available in town for the weekend. Well it was never fixed and now we have to find a different hotel in a town another 30 miles away. The customer service wasn't there and no one ever did call back after I asked for her to let me know when the reservation was fixed. The hotel may be nice, but I will never know.

A beautiful Place to stay while visiting the Seward-Lincoln area. Large Size Rooms with the comforts you would expect... Clean and detail oriented throughout... Convenient location for that business trip, with easy Interstate Accessibility. I enjoyed the breakfasts, and the useful in house Convenience Mart... Enjoy your stay and the great Customer Service Staff.

We have stayed here a few times and it's always been a pleasant clean stay. Staff is always friendly. The rooms could be a tad bit bigger bc we have a baby and our baby has a lot of things. Just felt crammed in the room.

The room was clean and comfortable but did not have a working wifi/internet-based television. The staff person who was courteous did not have any authority to try to make changes And could not reach a person who did. It also needed some repairs in the bathroom. At checkout I asked about a discount and again no one with authority nor a manager could be reached.

This is a nice, quiet, and clean place to stay while in Seward. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. I would have given this place 5 stars but they don't have an elevator and the breakfast is not allergy-friendly. Coffee is good. I will definitely be back.

Nice cozy beds, the employees treat you like family! Would recommend to a family member coming to stay in town! The pool was wet and worm! They do use a little too much clorieen tho!

Reserved room with debit card over the phone, paid for my stay with credit card on advice from motel staff, and dam if they didn't put it on debit card. Wife signed authorization form 2 different times for credit card transaction. Hold was put on my debit card as I knew they would, but staff still used my debit card after discussing this with them. Breakfast was substandard compared to other Cobblestones we have stayed at, but beds and pillows were great.........Key cards never did work for the group that stayed there......

Location just off the main road, plenty of parking and good customer service. The only issue was the room bathroom to lift broke on my final day. Not a big deal, but maybe some of their equipment nerds updating.

I was looking to stay a night while traveling and the hotel was 4-5 miles of the highway which was a little farther than I like when traveling. The hotel was smaller than I thought it would be but it was clean and the personnel very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was small but kept clean and food was fresh and good.

Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom sink and tub drains slow to drain, beds feel a bit old but we slept really well. Small hotel, quiet. Will come back

This hotel was okay to say the least. The staff were very accommodating but this hotel does have its flaws. The room that we stayed in, 114, had very poor wifi service despite being close to the office. This hotel does need to rethink their networking services. The shower that we had in our room also did not drain fast enough while in it so the water would just pool up. The beds were very comfortable but the outside lights illuminated the room at night even with the blinds fully closed.

Gave us a room short notice. Was nothing short of wonderful.

This hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was very basic but very good for the price. There wasn't a ton of food options nearby, just a McDonald's and a gas station.

Held daughter's birthday party at hotel. Used pool and meeting room. All attendees had a great time and facilities were clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous.
