Breakfast is good, service is excellent, and rooms are clean. Could hear a lot of noise from room next door. They weren't obnoxious just not very good sound barrier between adjoining rooms.

My family has been staying at this Country Inn and Suites since I was in college, and any time we visit Springfield this is where we stay! Always friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Fresh cookies at check in are a great touch. The water pressure in the shower has always been reasonable.

Great. This is a really nice place. Staff is nice, it’s clean, there’s a great breakfast, which includes waffles, eggs and bacon, fruit and yogurt and other foods, and there’s a set of good, new books in the library in the lobby that you can borrow or if you don’t finish one, keep and maybe return to a different hotel in the chain later. My whole family stayed here and liked the hotel.

The service was great, everyone was super nice and helpful, and the room was great. Just nit-picking, the bed mattress was a little lumpy, and it was difficult to dial-in a good room temperature. The building is in a strange location, it appears like it doesn't have it's own driveway, you have to drive through a restaurant parking lot that's in front of the building, and that lot is pretty beat up. Kind of weird because it's a nice looking hotel and it should have it's own entrance. Makes it hard to get in and out.

My family of 23 stayed at the Country Inn and Suites in Springfield, Ohio a few days ago (July 6th - 9th).

I to have to say in all of my 76 yeas of staying in hotels this was absolutely the #1 best place ever! The hotel was not any different than most hotels BUT the staff MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD! Everyone of the staff members at the hotel made us feel like we were at home. I can not express enough at how accommodating they were to all of us.
BUT the one that stands out the most for me was HEATHER at the front desk. She is an absolutely dream of an employee and made a big impression on all of us.

I am looking forwards to my next trip to Springfield and I will stay at this hotel because of the awesome way we were treated this time.

Great staff, beautiful, modern property. Good price. Clean, comfy bed, soft towels, pool. This was my first stay at a Country Inn & Suites. I will be back in the future.

All I can say is wow!! The staff is amazing, especially Stella! Rooms are great, very clean, good restaurants nearby. This may be my first time staying here, but won’t be my last!! Keep up the GREAT work!

This is my 2nd stay at this particular Country Inn and Suites in Springfield, Oh. I love it just as much as the first time. This is my 2nd time being greeted by Stella as well. She is a delight! So kind. So professional. Just a great person to encounter when you have had a very long day! Clean rooms. Decent breakfast ( oh and it's free). They have cookies and coffee and hot water for tea or cocoa when you first come in which is that "extra" that is greatly appreciated after a long day. The rooms have a mini fridge, microwave, And coffee pot. Decent pool too. Restaurants nearby so once you are here you don't have to drive far to eat (you can even walk). Purposely picked this hotel for all the positives I enjoyed last time . So glad to be greeted by Stella again too. You hire great staff here folks who provide good service at a great price!

The staff was polite and the room were beautiful. Modern but homey. The best attendant who checked us in was a gem.

The good; clean rooms
The bad. Got to hotel about 130pm and asked about being able to check in. We were told that our room that we reserved was not ready yet. A couple that we were traveling with got to the hotel about 2pm and asked to check in and was able to switch their room from third floor to second floor and able to check in. So we tried again and were told that our room was still not ready.

Skip to next morning. Me and my wife took most of our stuff to our vehicle so we wouldn't have to take everything in one trip. We were in no hurry since check out isn't until 11. Seeing as it was only 930am we figured we had time and stopped to smoke before returning to our room. While we were smoking my wife got a phone call saying that she forgot her purse in the room. We hadn't even checked out yet!

We didn't get an apology or anything from the staff and the lady at the counter (same one who wouldn't check us in the previous day) had a poor attitude.
No apology and was acting like it was a hassle to even speak to us about our experience.

Would have to say I will never stay in that hotel again and will never recommend it to any of the other bowlers that are in the area for finals.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! We had an issue, beyond their control, and we were accommodated quickly. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff members that assisted us were Michelle and Stella. Their customer service was top notch. The neighborhood had several restaurants, supermarkets and stores. We enjoyed our stay and I will be staying here again.

Excellent! The rooms are clean and decorated nicely and the breakfast was wonderful with so many nice extras like salsa for the eggs, fresh fruit, etc. The front desk staff were very friendly.

Very nice place but we initially couldn't find it. The N is hidden behind a out of business restaurant. There's some potholes in the parking lot so watch out for those for the restaurant. There is close parking to the hotel though. Very nice entryway has a fireplace breakfast area off to the right for all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. Serves the usual Hotel breakfast. Rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The room has a bag on a shelf that if you're allergic to down pillows you can change them for the synthetic pillows in the bag. There is also an extra light blanket in the bag if you need it. My room was a handicap accessible room had a seatbelt to the end of the tub grab bars very nice.

Staff is sooo friendly and helpful. Rooms are newly renovated and clean. Great experience!

Surprisingly well appointed and had all he amenities that interest me. Well host many from our family during an upcoming wedding. It is located near stores that have gone out if business in he last couple years but is of surprising quality and near businesses which are successful and popular.

Stayed here over the weekend. Rooms were clean, and updated. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was amazing. All in all, it was a great stay.

I really enjoyed the cozy vibe of the breakfast area and general decor. The staff was nice and personable. However, the beds and seating in the hotel room were uncomfortable.

The hotel was nice and clean and of the standard you would expect for a Country Inn. The breakfast was fine but not anything special though adequate seating. The location is a block off the city street and the adjacent seafood restaurant appears closed but other walkable restaurants are nearby. Local, state and tourism taxes added 16% to our room cost which was a little high for the location. All staff were pleasant.

Pretty clean place, decent pool. Couldn't find an ice machine, quite expensive for a sort of out of the way place in Springfield OH.... good breakfast though.

Price was quite cheap. Hotel staff was hospitable and kind. Rooms are updated, but a few things (i.e. fans) didn't work.

The Country Inn is located off of State Hwy 68 at Troy Road. It's close in to shopping, has great access to dining. The hotel us currently being refurbished. It's quite nice. The room was spacious, clean and the staff friendly. The only "down side" is the lack of a clear entrance. The front entrance is located by turning into the parking lot of a now defunct seafood restaurant. There are not signs indicating the appropriate turn.

I recommend this hotel to all visitors. Quiet, remodeled and best rates.

Love, love, LOVE this hotel. We have family here in town so when we visit we used to stay at the Fairfield in but we stayed here last year and had the very best experience! This year they have remodeled and the rooms are beautiful!!! White down comforters...who does that? A nice touch. The room is beyond clean, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We will never stay anywhere else! If you are here on business or just passing thru, this is the place to stay!

Newly renovated and the rooms are great. There is breakfast in the morning which is really good go compared to most hotels.

Quiet location set back away from traffic. Nice and fast check-in services. Room is comfortable and home feeling. In the process of updating but not in the way and we'll closed off to the everyday flow.

Clean rooms. Safe location. No taxi or Uber available so getting around was a bit tough.

The Springfield, Ohio location was a good place to stopen for the night. Friendly staff, clean & comfortable rooms.

Some rooms don't have hot bath water. I've stayed in 3 different rooms before. 2 of them worked fine. But there's one (217) I stayed in where they have it so you cant turn the hot water all the way on. It only goes to the middle. I don't want to bathe in cold water. Please fix the damn thing

Nice place, friendly staff. We didn't have a microwave and the ice machine is on the first floor, which I didn't mind going down 3 floors for it, the hotel is 3 stories, and the perk is an indoor heated swimming pool. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Pretty quiet too.

Old hotel, carpet was stretched out having a rolling hills effect. Someone could fall and get severely injured Updates and remodeling are in order. Outside the hotel and parking lot was clean, tidy and cozy looking.

The room was nice, clean and had everything for a suite. Not much has change with the rooms/hotel over the last 3 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. We go to visit our college age student a few times a year and always stay here. It's close to wittenberg university. The breakfast is always well prepared with several choices. We will stay again.

Hotel was great. Quiet area even though close to many restaurants and roads. Also has a nice pool that is nof cold.

I have been a road warrior in recent months, and I've stayed at a wide variety of hotels, motels and everything in between: from the Red-Roof Inn to the Double-Tree.

The only phrase to describe this particular Country Inn is "home-like". It's the first hotel I've stayed in that's actually felt like someone's home. The breakfast area looks like a large size version of my friend's dining room - it actually looks like a HOME! I love it! Fireplace in waiting area (really, it's a living room with a fireplace!). Perhaps it is the fact that the fireplace was lit and it was only the 2nd snow day of the season, I don't know. But it looked and felt fantastic. I could ALMOST smell fresh-baked cookies in the air.

Neat rooms, nice beds, very clean bathroom (with white marble and tiles - so white, it's almost blinding - they take care of this place). Free wi-fi, of course. No-hassle check in.

There is an AppleBees right across from the hotel (walking distance) and a little restaurant called TumbleWeed (also within walking distance). Very nice.

Not only will I stay here again if I need a hotel in Springfield, I'd recommend it. I love it! And I don't often love hotels!
