Family of 4 and mother in law stayed over night while traveling. King suite room, with roll away and sofa bed. King bed very comfy, roll away was fine but the sofa bed was awful. Pool was small. Front desk was very helpful with holding oxygen for mother in law. Location was perfect for overnight stay just outside of Richmond. Many food choices for dinner in the area.

Good service, clean. Some deferred maintenance evident. "Restaurant" attendant was a wonderful.

The hotel is nothing special, but the staff here are beyond nice and attentive. Everyone had greeted us with a smile and made our stay enjoyable.

The service staff was very courteous for a late night check in. We booked a king room through a third party and all they had was 2 queens when we got there so the comped us breakfast. The breakfast is incredible and the rooms were clean and updated and comfortable.

Awesome experience here, WiFi was great, rooms were very nice and appeared to be very clean. Beds are cozy. Very nice! Didn’t try breakfast so I’m not sure how that is.

Was in large meeting room. Comfortable chairs, clean glasses and pitchers of water. Staff gave pleasant greeting when we arrived.

Stayed for a week, very friendly staff. The lady in the cafe remembered how I liked my coffee after the first day. Front desk called me by name each day. Super sweet, breakfast with a smile 😁. Room were nice

The rooms are nice, the facilities are clean and well equipped, and the staff are courteous. I do wish there was a bit more going on for breakfast, but the breakfast cafe is by no means bad.

Modern decor , clean , quiet area near shopping mall, target , fast food , close to Interstate 95 easy commute, electric car plug/ spaces , lots of parking, nice friendly staff. Did not rate higher due to lack of free breakfast , no microwave in room , small fridge no freezer and ice maker on 3 Rd floor out of service. The bistro in lobby sells Starbucks and food items but limited items. Small bottle of water $2.50.

Very quiet room, had a great night sleep and the evening/morning staff the weekend of February 16th/17th were very friendly, helpful and professional. Some of the best customer service I have had experienced. Would highly recommend this location. Very clean and just across the street from a shopping center for necessities (Starbucks in the grocery store was a plus!).

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. They have a nice gym, swimming pool, and a Jacuzzi which is great for relaxing after a long day at work. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience.

It was centrally located, with a lot of business and reataurants nearby, the hotel itself was clean and efficiently run, the rooms themselves were really neat and felt luxurious. Enjoyed our stay.

Can't bring items to your room. Decent sized rooms. Nice breakfast. Only worth staying if Marriott Short Pump is full.

I have stayed at several hotels in this price range and I think this hotel is one of the nicer ones. The room was spacious and clean. The "bistro" had pretty good food and drinks. I would stay here again the next time I am in Glen Allen.

I'll start off with the good: It was clean. That's all I ask from a hotel. Now, the bad. First, The Bistro. We pay to stay in a hotel and then we pay for some crappy breakfast? *All* breakfast should be free at a hotel you pay $200+ a night to stay in. Second, when my room was cleaned, my body wash bar was taken and not replaced. Kind of annoyed that was overlooked. It was fine other than that. I'd stay here again, but definitely wouldn't get breakfast here!

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and fancier than I expected. The staff was friendly. The lobby was welcoming.

We had to deal with front desk to drop somethings off for someone staying at the hotel. The Night Time Auditor was very nice along with the Manager!!! Very nice people and I would definitely stay there if I was in town!!!. They were very helpful and had a great conversation with them......... I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in town!!!

The lobby is very inviting. The decor is very business oriented and at the same time comfortable. The front desk staff were sincerely friendly and helpful. Our room was was clean, clean, clean. I sleep best when the room is dark and those blackout curtains helped made for a very restful night. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommended this hotel.

I was with my daughters and everything was perfect. Room, service, bathroom, food. I loved it!

Pretty good hotel however somehow I received no maid service so I went to the front desk to get more coffee and towels not overly upset about it at all and the desk person did not even apologize acting like it was no big deal. That added insult to injury so I went from feeling like no big deal it was just an oversight to clearly they just don't care about service . I will admit the staff the next day had a much more professional attitude so I would still recommend

Hotel Lobby is fancy. They have a nice bar. At the morning you can get breakfast sandwiches, cereals & Starbucks coffee & Tea for an extra charge in the bar/bistro. They bring you everything to your table.
The rooms are new and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. We had a great stay here!

The room was great, got a couple of burgers to go from the "Bistro" they were ok, nothing special. I felt bad for the poor bastard up front dealing with 2 weddings and a family reunion while checking people in and kids ransacking the snacks, soda and ice cream

Stayed first floor rooms were clean and staff friendly, check out time is nice as well. Only concern, the floor in the bathroom got super slick when wet after a shower.

We stopped by to have a drink or two because we were getting tires installed at tire place across the street. Overall, nice, but beer was way overpriced($5 4 a bottle of beer) and it was cold in there. Minor stuff to prevent a 5 rating but that's my call.

The room was nice and the service overall was good. The main problem was a couple that argued for over 4 hours startin around 1 am. The hotel staff was unable to stop them and I believe the correct solution would have been to get the police involved after repeated attempts failed to diffuse the situation.

The stay was fine except for a fire alarm going off at 7am. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating for our wedding party. The bar closed early and was lacking some mixers like sprite though. Rooms were very comfortable and more than large enough. Overall I was very comfortable and would recommend this location to family and friends.

We stayed for a wedding that was held elsewhere. The staff was friendly and the hotel is clean. We love the modern and plentiful furniture in the lobby and courtyard area.
Note that the sofa bed in the suites is a single, not a double but the room is big enough for a cot to be added.

I used Marriott rewards to stay a night here on a road trip with the family. We had two rooms with a connecting door. One room had a king bed, while the other had two queen beds. Both rooms were very clean. The hotel looks fairly new. The decor and amenities are modern and up to date. The beds were comfortable. We had plenty of room, even with the hotel's provided portable cribs for our two young girls. We would gladly stay here again.

Aside from the spotless and well maintained rooms and facility Gloria made our stay here even more of a pleasure. She was so kind and accommodating. I had some motorcycles in the back of my truck and was a bit concerned about parking out in the dark parking lot for fear of possible theft. She suggested that I park right in front of the well lit main hotel entrance so she could personally keep an eye on them all night from her front desk position. This gave me great peace of mind and a good nights sleep! Also left home in a bit of a rush and forgot my toothbrush... Again Gloria to the rescue with a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste! I'll be back and highly recommend thia establishment. Thanks again Gloria!

Attended a board meeting at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The amenities were top notch and just like other Marriott properties, it didn't disappoint.

The staff is alway courteous and helpful. I was here on business for quite some time and it was well worth the money.

Great rooms for the price. Also great location... plenty of restaurants and shops around. I got two rooms, because I had my nephew and nieces with us. We went to Kings Dominion (which was about 15-20 mins from the hotel) and had a good time. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Great for the money!

I should start by saying that I always stay at Marriott hotels when traveling so I've become accustomed to their nicer facilities. This facility was right in line with typical Marriott hotels in terms of cleanliness and friendliness. I docked this particular hotel a few stars for a few reasons. The dinner menu at the bar was pretty lousy but not the main reason that I lowered my normal rating. The main reason is the heater in the room was awful. Granted it was rather cold outside but the heater didn't really put out a lot of heat so it had to run constantly thru the night just to keep the temperature. It was drying and uncomfortable. Had I not had to sleep with it for 4 nights straight, I would have really enjoyed my stay. The rest of the place was a definite 5 star...especially considering the low price/night.
