Very bad service dirty jacuzzi and bad staff ordered water to my room 3 times and still had to wait for 3 hours, told the reception to order me and my family a taxi and they forgot, they also brought my luggage’s very late even though I stayed in lux my service was very bad, and slow internet.

Cheap price, slightly tired but friendly. Great place for a short stay. Massages good. Staff great in all areas.

The hotel was absolutely majestic and beautiful! Inside and out. Our room was very luxurious and very nice. The bed and pillows was so comfortable! Also we had an amazing view by the sea, which was very pleasant. I also liked the fact that we can go to the pool and gym. It was so relaxing! The only thing that I did not like was the area. It was very away from the center and the transports were not so good. I definitely recommend you to have a car or to call a taxi if you want to stay there.

Excellent reception. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is above the average. Swimming Pool and surroundings are clear. I recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff and location. Hotel breakfast is served amazingly. Reception staff are the best. Security is high in the hotel. Smiles are always on their faces. Kids playground available. Kids friendly pool and areas.

Hotel location is perfect, a quite and nice area.
Staff is extremely nice lovely and helpful and welcoming.
Food is nice however i wish the breakfast and dinner meals included more turkish dishes, most of the available options are international dishes.
But overall, we could not ask for a better experience, everything was perfect.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife on May 2018 for four day, I enjoyed a lot the provided service I got, Rooms are really comfortable and huge with a lovely view.
Customer service at the hotel is brilliant with great helping tips on where to go in the city.

The spa is amazing, I met Mr sonny who is the manager of the spa who provided us with the best best masamasand Turkish bath ever, Thank you sonny, his team are very nice, very helpful with great experience in Thier field.I would definitely recommend the hotel and it's spa to all my friends who visit Antalya every year to relax and enjoy the best service.

Awesome internet and staff. Nice hotel spa and pool. The beach is a pebble one, but they have a nice private beach.

Excellent five star accommodation and breakfasts served at a very special price which will not be beaten easily. The property are kept amaculately clean. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. A special word of thanks to the operational staff who were so helpful with our luggage, arranging taxis and providing directions to places worth visiting. We will recommend Crowne Plaza to all our acquanteces. Well done and keep up the excellent service provided.

Me and wife booked this hotel for our honeymoon trip. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is right next to the beach. Also there were plenty of halal restaurants nearby. Nearby there is also a bus stop from which a bus goes directly to the historical town centre. I loved every bit of my stay. Thanks guys!!!

Not good! As per my last two stay in Crown Plaza chain one in Amsterdam and the other in Antalya, I realized I mis-understood this hotel. Its stuff are not helpful but insist their rules as a customs officer no matter you are right or not! Not stay in it anymore!

Great hotel located on the Mediterranean coast...close to old town, local markets, local places to eat traditional food... has all the features you would expect from a 5 star hotel...

Hotel is fine - wouldn't rate it 5 star though. Location is dead. Nothing around. I would say it's probably a place/hotel if you don't mind not doing much and just happy to go for a walk on the beach or swim. There are a few restaurants but you do have to walk quite a bit to get to them. The food at hotel is quite bad as I expected but I guess the food is standard and same at most hotels in Turkey (buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner) I was half board - one plus is they give a large bottle of water wen eating each time for either breakfast lunch or dinner. Staff at hotel are friendly. Overall I'd rate my stay at this hotel and location a 2 out of 10. Ok or bearable hotel in wrong location.

Standard "5 star" experience in Turkey. Rooms need TLC especially bathrooms. Prices ridiculously high at 350 Euro per night. Service satisfactory at best.

Good place to stay. Staff and friendly. Gave us advice on how to go to tourist attractions with public transport.

Food is okay. It's a buffet but it lacks proper traditional Turkish food. There should be a Turkish food corner, because that is why you came to Turkey to explore different cuisine.

Bus infrastructure is good. We went to waterfalls, cable car and bazaar etc. 2 journey bus ticket is 7.50 liras.

The location is all the way on the other side of antalya. So going to touristy spots just took extra time.

Would i stay again? Probably not. I rather stay at cheaper place and have my dinner outside and enjoy local community. This place is good if you are too lazy to put any effort and just want a nice hotel holiday.

First of all I would like to thank the guest relation representative Mrs.Reem for supporting us throughout our stay. All the staff was helpful and cheerful. Regarding the hotel, it is so relaxing and the food was diverse. The pool is awesome and the water is clear .However, the hotel did not have any entertainment live shows and songs just a lady playing the piano during the evening.

This nice hotel has an outstanding central hall with all the floors and rooms built around it. The staff is polite and the sea view highly recommend as it is breakfast that meets a wide range of tastes. The rooms are clean enough and the hotel surroundings in general are quiet. The only thing that I definitely didn't like was the smell coming up from the toilet. The bathroom was pretty clean though, probably I have just been unlucky, but that means 3 stars out of 5 for me.

Great location on the beach, friendly staff, beautiful view and nice rooms, 15 minutes on taxi to old city, bus stop is nearby at 5 minutes walk but frequency of buses is low. overall fantastic place to stay.

My experience checking in was very pleased. The attentive night staff made me feel very welcome. The upgraded room was very comfortable. However even if most of the staff where trying their best to attend to the guests needs. Other members of the staff was acting in a shockingly manner. Such a same for such a beautiful hotel.

Very bad security staff. I went last week to this hotel to check the fitness center and I liked it and its membership prices. Today I came to buy a membership and start exercising. Unfortunately the security staff at the gate didn't let me get into the hotel. They said the fitness center is closed. I called the hotel phone number and asked the fitness center employee he said it is open and you can come in now. I told him about the issue and asked him for help. He tried. But the security guys didn't let him get me in. Am I having a gun with me? what is wrong? the receptionist promise to speak with the hotel manager who was busy in a meeting in that moment. I am now waiting for them to solve this bad experince ever.

Update.
I was able to reach the hotel manager via LinkedIn. And he solved the problem. It is there mistake.
I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars

Beautiful lobby, private beach entrance underground, sometimes the outdoor pool was closed and the indoor pool is tiny. Breakfast and dinner buffet offered many options but you have to pay for water and drinks you order.

Helpful crew and good breakfast. Rooms for this price could be a bit more satisfying but there is no major problems.

For a hotel at this price range it is highly disappointing... The room had major deficiencies, the ventilation in the bathroom and the shower head didn't work. The staff couldn't arrange alternative room to fix this issue. The rooms were also small and stuffy.

Most weird of all, the hotel beach was closed to access(gate was locked) in the mornings. When asked, the staff told us to walk outside the hotel and around the building and go to the public beach a km away. Never heard such a ridiculous thing for a hotel that claims to have a beach... To tell the customers to go out for a morning swim is insulting when paying to stay in a hotel with a beach..

Top notch facilities, easy access to the beach and very friendly staff. The staff's command of English is very challenging though.

Very clean, good food, super friendly staff. I had dental surgery and they blended food 3 times a day for me. They even went and got soy milk for me as I cannot have dairy products.

Stayed here for a week. Excellent hotel. Do not understand the poor reviews, perhaps people do not understand the Turkish culture. Good service, great food and location.
