Great service all around. Good food, very attentive staff, I stayed there several times, this is the only place I will stay when I am in town in the future.

Crowne plaza is located close to old Town making it a perfect location to stay so that you can enjoy the restaurants in old Town. It is also close enough to places you need to get to.

Solid business hotel in the centre of Bratislava. Convenient location for visit to old town, plenty of seminar/conference facilities, well maintained and clean. Wi-fi coverage is great, connection speeds also. Food is plentiful and without surprises (in good and bad sense). Air-conditioning is set to too low temperature for my taste (it is not healthy and also not environment friendly). My room was well equipped (iron and ironing board, safe), beds a touch too soft for me, bathroom well lit and spacious, view to Hodzovo Namestie and Presidential Palace. Sounds from the street are very well dampened by the window.

Location is perfect and the staff is fantastiic. The staff was able to answer any questions that we had and very helpful with where to go. Any assistance we needed, they were there. We greatly appreciated everything they did.

This is not 5 star hotel, buy they have everything to offer that a 5 star hotel would have. The only thing they need to improve is the customer service during the breakfast buffet.

Business class hotel with excellent facilities and service. The hotel staff speak Slovak, English, German and probably other languages at all. I was greeted by name when I called the service desk to order a meal. Enjoyed a great night's sleep on a very comfortable bed.

The stay was enjoyable. Rooms offer lots of amenities which may the stay comfortable. I appreciated an iron in the room so that I could make my clothes look neat after travelling without the need to wait and to pay. The breakfast was standard with reasonable variety of possibilities. I enjoyed and appreciated freshly squeezed orange juice, however coffee could have been better. The air-con worked well and I was able to adjust it easily. The staff was friendly.

Location is great. Close to old Town and offices. Service is good, just the carpets in the floors need some cleaning.

Great, clean rooms with impecable furniture. Sauna and pool facilities are great, as well as reception staff. Beds are amazing and I loved the bathtub in the bathrooms. Breakfast was very nice as well. Cleaning staff was rude, however, and kind of ran in the room. Great views from the rooms.

Good value for money. Have stayed there ca 20 times over last two years. Big and clean rooms. Great Indian restaurant downstairs and superb breakfast choice with salomon option. Best in town unless you can afford Riverside (ex. Kempinski)

Excellent services, great food. The only two things that can be improved are: air-conditioning seemed quite weak and swimming stream in the pool was out of order.

Great hotel. Great location. Comfortable rooms. A great Indian food restaurant in the basement. One problem: the showers are hard to get in an out of if you are short. It feels a little nerve-wracking! And water gets everywhere. But it's a very nice hotel.

The hotel has a good location on the edge of the old town, but while some staff are good, many are more interested in playing with their phones than serving customers.

This is my preferred accommodation when I am on business trip in Bratislava. Has gym, indoor pool, great breakfast buffet and is well located.... hast a few min by food to city centre.

Comfortable all-in-one venue for a small to medium sized conference. Staff professional and helpful, catering good. Location is convenient to Bratislava's old and new towns. Close enough to the river for a nice walk in warm weather.

Location and rooms are spacious and well furnished. Breakfast is mainly based on a buffet, however special things like omelettes and waffles can be ordered directly. Quality of food is good and the service is professional.

Decent business hotel in the centre of Bratislava. Good location for sight seeing in the city, or heading out for food and drink in the old town. Inside it looks like any other Crowne Plaza, but at least you know what to expect. Decent breakfast, friendly staff. Would stay again next time I'm here.

The room is OK, staff very friendly. Showers way to small for me, waterpressure very low. Breakfast has only a small number of peaces to choose from, nothing veggie or vegan. Breakfast room is warm and seems to have no air conditioning. The air conditioning in the room had 21° Celsius as lowest setting.
