I like how they where open at 100 am for check in. The ppl at the front desk where also very friendly and welcoming towards us (with kids).

Great staff. All friendly. Super restaurant here. Our room even had a little balcony. Unfortunately they are closing and a big casino/hotel is going in it's place

I stayed there for two days, pretty satisfied. Very helpful staff. I usually stay at two or three stars hotels, I saw many two star hotels not maintained well. This hotel looks old, but pretty well maintained. Location is okay, accessible to downtown with 1/2 hour. It was closed to hwy, but I did not hear any noise from highway. Fan is not working for bathroom is the only con. I would like to stay there again.

It was a beautiful hotel back in the 1960s when it was built and probably for decades after but now it has been neglected for a long time and is slated for demolition this fall to make room for a casino. A shame as even in its present state it is still a nice place to stay. Rooms are perfectly clean. Beds are comfortable. Ventilation and plumbing are fine. Price is the lowest we could find in Vancouver. Pool is closed and grounds not perfectly maintained, but the restaurant is open and the food is good. Overall a pleasant stay. You have to drive in the side as the front entrance is fenced off.

Go while you still can..it'll be gone within the next year or so..while it's still small and friendly feeling.. Food's good, reasonably priced..people who work there very accommodating...another Casino replacing it.

Difficult to access the Inn from the highway, either northbound or southbound. No elevator to go up second floor -- need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Otherwise it's nice and clean.

Chose this place because it was cheaper than anything in Richmond, but it was still over $100 for one night.
When we made the reservation over the phone we were given a confirmation number, but were told that they don't email a receipt or anything. So when we arrived and told them our name the man said we were not in the system. After much assurance that we were in the right place and were not lost, he finally found us under a different name. How does that happen? Also while he was dealing with us the phone rang and he talked to the person on the phone for a long time before realizing that he should finish dealing with the person in front of him first.

It's a very old building which meant that there was a lot of noise coming from the rooms beside us. There was no mini fridge in the room. The balcony was nice except there was no handle on the outside, so if you're out there and the door closes you are stranded! Very strange.

No breakfast. And the outdoor pool was closed.

The woman at the desk when we checked out was very pleasant, which was a nice change from the first employee.

Was just here for a meeting. The lunch was good and comfortable meeting space. Starting to show it's age but we'll kept up. The entrance has been moved to the side road which is safer but a little inditect. Old GPS maps won't have the right enterance (April 2018)

It's a 3.5 star hotel. The place is older but everything seems clean. Price is decent for what you get.

Was there for a seminar so I'm not sure about the rooms or other amenities, but the grounds are well kept with beautiful scenery in most directions. Interior is clean and inviting with a pleasing atmosphere upon entry. Seminar was catered by the hotel, just sandwiches and finger foods at this event, and was quite tasty.

Had a strange cat litter smell in the hallways and it was a bit dated. The room was spacious and quiet, the bed was comfy and I liked that there was a balcony with a nice view of the yard.

There is no continental breakfast included. We went to the attached restaurant where the food was good and generously sized and the waitress was very friendly.

I'm changing my rating to three stars from two. It's not a bad hotel. It's clean and the service is OK. I'm leaving my original review below because it still stands. I was mad when I wrote it and that's not a good time to be doing a review.

The two stars is mostly because it's so hard to find the way in to the parking lot. The sign on the off ramp that says the name of the hotel with an arrow is just pointing at the hotel not the way to get to the parking lot. It was night time so I thought I just missed a poorly lit driveway. It than takes you back on to the highway with almost a 20 minute trip back. The third time in a row that I missed it I stopped on the off ramp in front of the hotel and phoned the front desk. The girl that answered the phone said it's a little hard to find you have to turn at the road before the hotel and get to the parking lot from behind the building. I wasn't very happy having it take me over an hour to find the way in to the parking lot at night. I won't be back.

The way into the building may seem confusing but it is clearly marked by 2 big signs. We were there for the buffet. The food is good, lots of coffee refills in circulation but you'll have to ask for more hot water for your tea.

Perfectly fine motel. Selling points for me are proximity to Ferries and generous parking. Lots of room for a boat trailer ....

Our ferry was cancelled, it was late at night. Front staff was very friendly. She helped us find a restaurant that was still opened and printed directions for us. The room was clean and most importantly the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again.

Wi-Fi doesn't work and we had issues checking in cause they required a $1000 deposit and wouldn't use the company card they had on file. Took numerous phone calls to resolve. Everything else was good. Basic, but good. Id give Restaurant 6/10. Nice staff.

We stayed here for two nights and had a great visit. The beds were very comfortable and clean. There is no elevator so if you need to carry a heavy bag up to the second floor this could be an issue. Overall a decent place to stay.

I was here for wedding, and it was awesome. The food was great. The chicken wasn't over cooked the corn on the cob was a bit over cooked but still great. The drinks were over priced but it was understandable. Great service and decent food!! Would plan another event at this venue.

Went here for a wedding and spent the night in the hotel. Great, friendly staff. Rooms aren't amazing, but are what you would expect for the price and met all of my expectations.

I got the bike shuttle through the tunnel here so regardless of what the place is like that's good karma or something. Also it looked decent enough that I would consider staying there had the shuttle never come.

I attended a conference here and was quite pleased by the staff and grounds. We had some delicious snacks, they kept the coffee coming and then a simple lunch of sandwiches and soup that were good.

Location is not really close to anything in particular and not within walking distance to any stores. Cable TV kept cutting out. Food in the hotel restaurant was average at best. If you're looking for something that's other the way from the main city this is the place for you. Has a great view of the mountains.

I liked the hotel but our large group clearly stated we would need the restaurant services and the poor woman working the restaurant was working solo during lunch and dinner. Not her fault as she was run off her feet but maybe management could consider properly staffing the restaurant so their staff doesn't get so overworked and stressed. She was a trooper but we had several tables of 10 and more.

I was there for a wedding and the staff were very professional and helpful. The dinning hall was spacious and very clean and the food was excellent. Only issue was that the location is not easily accessible.
