Wonderful place to stay. Had a great experience. Unique combination of old and new architectural style of building. All routine amenities like car park, swimming pool are there. Breakfast is amazing too.

Honestly the reason for the three star is because we had to sleep on their beds for 2 months with back pain. Also, there was bugs in the bedroom and fungus in the carpet and bathroom floors. I do not recommend this hotel for a long stay of over 1 night. The beer garden, food and customer service from the staff at the restaurant is amazing. The front desk when I stayed was terrible. I went back later and the gentlemen at the front desk were much nicer, more amicable. We love going to the beer garden even though we live in the area because it’s the only place I have found a playground and ping pong table available near the eating area. I love the fact I can watch my children play outside after they finish their meal. The hotel also has an indoor playroom for children and there is a scheduled activity log but it’s available for use when the person is not inside as well.

This resort offered quite a luxury to our stay.

We had a very comfortable apartment with stunning views on the mountains. Staff was very very friendly and our kids had a fantastic time with the playground conveniently located right next to the Biergarten restaurant.

A place where you will find a traditional atmosphere beginning from the entrance passing through their restaurant menu and finishing in your room. They also have a SPA center with swimming pool and a sauna, that is only for nudists, where you can relax after long walking days. It is place to turn back!

For a family of 5, the 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was fresh and plentiful and the coffee was lovely! Staff extremely helpful and pleasant.
I would recommend this hotel, especially if you have a family as it has a nice garden for the children to play in, and you can walk into town for a meal (it's a bit steep on the way back though).

Very nice location with beautiful views from the bedroom. Rooms are big and spacious and unreasonably priced too. Breakfast is good but didnt try the resturant for lunch or dinner. Humidity can make the bedroom quite uncomfortable, rooms very clean. First day there, staff member left a ticket in the room wasnt quite sure what it was for, turns out its a complimentary bus ticket that can be used during your stay to travel around Garmisch....good touch.

Great place.. fantastic surroundings!! Super spa and fitness studio 5 star!! Also fantastic tennis school..EDGAR EULING TENNIS.. one of the best in all Germany. Hotel is very good but needs a serious face lift!! Definitely worth trying...

It was unbelievably nice place to stay at. I highly recommend it for active and passive leisure time. Especially for families with small children. The stuff is very friendly and ready to provide all the help needed. It is accessible by public transport too. Prices are more towards upper range. Spa is clean and very enjoyable. The rooms have also self cooking option.

We found this hotel by accident and very glad that we did. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had fantastic mountain views. The hotel had a wonderful restaurant, a pool, spa, fitness center, and a bier garten where guests could just hang out and relax. The location, slightly away from the center of town,was also wonderful. Outside the hotel property, were many hiking trails leading up to the mountains or to the town. Overall, great hotel experience.

Great hotel with large rooms. Half-pension was a phenomenal deal. My family and I loved the Bavarian breakfast offerings. Bottom line is that we'll be back.

Very nice hotel. Large rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast included. Would also recommend the Bavarian buffet. Except location for skiing at Garmisch-Partenkirchen!

Unweit des Skigebiets. Man muss nicht nach draußen und kann dennoch alle Angebote des weitläufigen Geländes erreichen, da es unterirdische Wege gibt. Die Restaurants sind sehr gut. Wenn auch ein paar Euro teurer als normal. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Fachpersonal ist sehr freundlich und trotz fehlenden Deutschkenntnissen im Restaurant gibt es keine Kommunikationsschwirigkeiten. Das Hotel im gesamten wirkt sehr urig und hat mit seinem Kamin im Barbereich einen warmen Charme. Wellnessbereich ist sehr angenehm und das Personal dort wirkt kompetent.

Klassiker in Garmisch! Die Lage ist etwas ab vom Schuss, dafür hat man tollen Blick auf die Skisprungschanze. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Zimmer sind Groß und schön. Von aussen wirkt alles ein bisschen Alt. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Und der Service ist zufriedenstellend.

Gutes Hotel,sehr guter Fitnessbereich,tolles Schwimmbad und Sauna, Standardzimmer. Die Lage ist im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels vorteilhaft.Auch das Parkhaus ist sehr praktisch(7€/Tag ist ok).Nur der Verkehr auf der Haupstrasse im Ort ist nicht so schön.Kreisel oderZebrastreifen gibt es nicht.Ansonsten alles ok

Lovely rooms, great beer-garden with decent prices, massive breakfasts, and service that, on the whole, was lovely (including delivery of a big birthday cake to my partner, completely unbidden). A fifteen minute walk into town, mind you: be aware. Two English channels on the telly: CNN and AlJazeera English. Cleverly constructed and family friendly. Impressed.
