Nice affordable room. Very spacious and generally comfortable. Could use some updates.

Great place to stay! Very clean. Rooms are so nice and big. Worth every penny you pay to stay here. Staff were all very friendly and nice.

Will give 5 stars if you switch to re-usable cafeteria style "china" plates or switch to compostable (industrial size composting, not backyard style), disposable paper plates. Here is what happens when you put the hot waffle on the disposable plastic / styrofoam style plates. Everything else is great including the rooms and service and friendly staff. Thank you for having cold cereal that is not too sweet. Some hotels only have super sweet cereal. The free drink x3 hour (or so) at night is nice after a stressful day. Probably not the best coping mechanism to stress related to travel, but healthy in moderation. I would advocate switching to a two drink limit per person for health reasons.

I was there cause my mom is in hospital for cancer did not know she had it. The Drury was very nice they gave us a 15% off cause of the situation and pet friendly. I was in room 227 and can't say enough how pleasant it was.

Kind of old and ready for a face lift. Helpful staff. They now have dinner as well as breakfast, but expect heavy on the carbs and not so much protein. Would stay here again should the opportunity arise.

The staff were all very friendly. I love to sink into the multitude of soft pillows on the bed. All of the food was good. Good pressure and temperature in the shower.

Surprise, surprise ! Excellent food! Drury Inn serves a daily pm meal. Thursday's menu = Chicken fingers w/sauces, baked potato w/toppings, pastas, nachos, Pepsi products -soda/pop, and 3 drink minimum, e.g. wine, beer, mixed drinks, etc. Just show your room key, an extra charge for visitors not staying in the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Of course, excellent staff the next morning. Fantastic hotel breakfast = Belgian waffles, assorted bread, scrambled eggs, juices, coffee, oatmeal, etc. All this included with the cost of the room. Oooh, the room~~ spacious, comfortable... Includes a refrigerator and microwave!!

No other way to go but Drury Inn! FREE breakfast FREE dinner and 3 FREE drinks everyday.... FREE soda and popcorn til 10, the room, the accommodations, everything was over satisfying! The only hotel I've ever stayed in without a single complaint not just one but 2 consecutive nights!

Man! The staff is amazing! So courteous and thoughtful. They just seem to have the right things to say, the right way to say it and the right time to interject when needed. This place would get 5 stars if there was maybe just one entrance to the hotel that didn't make you wade through a gauntlet of smoker-periphery to get inside. All in all, a great place to rest your weary traveler's aches.

From the moment of arrival we knew this was a nice hotel. Cleanliness is top priority when I travel. Drury Suites was clean with spacious rooms. Also they serve a free breakfast, free happy hour with 3 free alcoholic drinks, free dinner from 5:30-7 pm. Indoor hot tub and pool. Friendly staff that was amazing. I will use Drury Suites in the future.

I stayed for two days. Room was clean when I entered, everything was in its proper place. The room serviced promptly the next day and was looking just like when I first arrived. Food was decent for being a freebie. Beds were comfortable although I usually like mine very soft, but this was definitely acceptable. All the employees I had interesting with were pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommend this location

Hotel room was a tad dated but, very nice. The staff here, though, is 5 star! The front desk clerk went above and beyond to get us a shuttle to the casino, the night bartender was very friendly and the gals working the breakfast buffet were there to help in any way. Way more than I expected! The maids were all super friendly, too. Will definitely return!

Nice hotel. Lots of plugs in the room. Internet was decent. Standard breakfast and Drury staff and accommodations. My only observation is that the hotel is a little outdated. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Plenty of restaurants around. Evening happy hour nice way to unwind and socialize with other guests. Gym, hot tub and pool available year round.

The staff at Drury was outstanding. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable. The free drinks and appetizers plus complimentary breakfast make for dinner excellent stay.

One of the best middle class hotel second time at a Drury and probably wouldn't stay anywhere else. Lots of extras but the indoor pool was a little cold but after someone said something they turned the heat up. Staff was almost over friendly but after being on the road it would feel like you were home with family. Happy travels

Met some friends for breakfast that were staying at the hotel. The staff was amazing, They constantly offered to bring coffee, water or anything we wanted. Atmosphere is great.

This hotel was very good. No real issues to note. Although I didn't try it the fact that guests get food and drinks included in their stay is nice.

I very much enjoyed my stay. Form a appearance look on thing it looked amazing. The rooms where not as big as some i have been to but not small either. I had slept comfortable for the night as well and the morning breakfast was fairly good with many choices to choose from.

Clean, nice rooms with separate bedrooms and TV in each room. It sounded like people were trying to escape prison by climbing down the pipes whenever I took a shower. Laundry service was unavailable during my 10 day stay for work, so i had to use the in house machines that took forever to dry my clothes. Service was very good and all employees were very nice. Good location close to restaurants.

We had a king suite and it's so nice! Clean and spacious. Comfortable bed,2 t.v.s, and shower with shampoo dispenser. Hot breakfast evening,cocktails, and hot snacks. Indoor pool. Friendly staff!

Rooms smell like smoke. Workout facility is very nice, small but up to date. Food is nothing special but 3 drinks are free per night.

Very nice suite. Nice dinner and breakfast, didn't have to leave the hotel to get dinner. Ate and went back to our room. Free alcoholic beverages, Now, that's unexpected! Friendly staff. We were very happy with our visit. I forgot to mention dinner was complimentary also!

Service is always great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it's easily accessible to anything you might need while traveling. But the best part is the staff who make their hotel feel like home. Highly recommend!

I completely understand why they have such great reviews! Where do I start? Stanley our front desk representative was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the area, always in a wonderful mood and truly made our stay at the suites feel like home. Patti the Assistant GM was wonderful!! Very attentive, very sweet, very accomedating with our large group that was staying in the hotel. She took wonderful care of us and was able to help us out often and we appreciated it immensely! Thank you!! Karen was our wonderful bartender. Such a sweetheart and always cheery! I actually looked forward to the complimentary dinner and drinks every night to see her and chat for a minute or two. She's a character and a real treat to get to know. The pool was amazing and clean with always stocked towels. Same with the small gym they had. The house keepers did a wonderful job of keeping the whole hotel beautiful, clean and smelling great. This place is incrediable and the people who run it are wonderful and caring. They made my husband and I lifelong customers of Drury Inns and their sister company hotels for sure. Bravo 👏 Two thumbs way up!!

We stayed at drury inn for our anniversary. We love drury inn, it is always clean and friendly. The prices are reasonable and the breakfast and evening food are a great bonus for our family.

Stayed from Sunday, August 14, 2016 to Monday, August 15, 2016. Just a one night "staycation." I can't impress upon the Drury company enough how EVERYONE behaved in a perfectly professional manner. Often, the staff went above and beyond providing anything unexpected, doing things for us that we didn't even ask or think of. The bartender on Sunday night, whose name I forgot to catch, was an absolute doll. Rita, on Monday morning was as well. As business owners, we look for these qualites in our own staffand we do our best to treat our staff well. As business patrons, we return to businesses that value such treatment t and we recommend these same businesses to others. As former staff or the former Drury Lodge, we are so pleased to see that those in charge understand what customer service is really about.

Great place to stay. Room was spotless and very big. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend staying here when in Cape Girardeau.

The hotel was good overall. I did have some concernes. The cleanliness left some to be desired in the rooms and at the pool area. Around the air conditioners there was layers and layers of dirt and cobwebs. I had to pull the mini fridge out to adjust it because it was hot, and when I did there was alot of nasty under it. The pool was nice other than their were kids throwing nerf footballs and jumping around unsupervised (even tho signs said adults had to be present) and when standing in the deeper end you could feel the slime in the sides of the pool. Overall was a good stay but I expected cleaner conditions for a $200 a night room.

Staff is great! Very friendly. We have been here for 3 nights. Rooms are clean, food is great and the staff is amazing! The lady that gets breakfast ready is absolutely great! She goes above and beyond to make sure that guests are happy. Amazing place and would definitely recommend this place! :-) it is so worth the money you would pay. Every single staff member is great! Beds are comfortable and it has been a great stay for us!

The Drury suits in Cape was a very clean very well taken care of small town hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and quite helpful, always answering with a smile. When I do stay in hotels I always try and make it a Drury, for their prices you really can't get any better. I love their hotels.

The Drury Suites was a standard hotel. The rooms and lobby were clean. The room felt outdated though, and the bathroom was very small. If you are tall you will have problems with the height if the shower. My one real complaint was that they served the exact same thing for breakfast every single day. They should change it occasionally. Overall it wasn't bad but it also wasn't good.
