Nice hotel for a good price, free breakfast, free complimentary drinks from 5:30-7:30. All suites, nice and comfy. They are doing renovations right now, so you have the bar and the breakfast/restaurant relocated to one of their conference/ball rooms. Other than that its a nice place.

Common areas were under renovation. My room look very dated and carpet had stains and dirt. I think they waited too long to start renovating. Kitchen personnel were kind and nice. Food were so so. However the person how received me at the front desk never smiled. I think personnel at this hotel have a lot of room for improvement and they have so much to learn about the hospitality business.

So far, this has been one of the, if not the worst Hilton I've stayed in. Filthy air filters, dusty televisions, coffee stirrers on the floor, piece of chocolate on the floor and urine stains on the toilet. Service at the restaurant was slow (me and another guest had to go to front desk to ask how do we get service) and the complimentary reception area was nasty in the evenings. Chef making breakfast was extremely slow making 2 orders at a time on a stove that could easily make 4. Only reason for 3 stars is because the staff was very nice. Instead of renovating the atrium, management should have started in the rooms. I do NOT fault the employees, but management/owners because this is a reflection of them and not the nice people working there and their poor judgement.

I attended an event there. The wallpaper in the meeting space was peeling off. The meeting room was extremely hot and the building smelled funny. We ate there and I was served a burger that had mold on the bun. They replaced the bun. I've worked at a resort hotels in the past. We would have comped that. They just apologized. Staff however was incredibly nice and very professional. They are going through renovations. Perhaps it will be better once they are done.

Stayed for a friend's wedding. Rooms were definitely clean, and the continental breakfast is one of the best I've had in a long time. However, it seemed like none of the bartenders really had experience behind the bar.

Stayed here fathers day weekend, had a good time.Garrius at the front desk was very outgoing, nice, and professional!..Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with the cook to order omelettes.Free Happy Hr always a plus! Enjoyed the pool. Only downside was the hot tub not working. Other than that our stay was 2 thumbs up!

My boyfriend and I spent two nights here for his birthday. We had a blast, the staff are friendly, the complimentary breakfast oh my god, they had pancakes, bacon, eggs, toast, fruit, cereal, breakfast sausages, etc! There is a gym and pool and the rooms are super comfy. Our room had a microwave and a mini fridge and a nice size T.V. I would totally stay here again for three nights! Maybe a week! No, but seriously is a great hotel.

Overall the hotel is pretty good. Employees seemed nice and amicable and the complimentary breakfast was good. For the most part, the hotel is pretty clean. Only giving 4 stars because of a few issues in the room such as holes in the wall that were poorly repaired, the iron that was in the closet had a broken plug, and parking area seemed the most unclean/poorly maintained area. Again, they were all minor issues that hardly affected our stay here and there were no overwhelming problems with the facility. Would come back again for future stays.

Great hotel. Plenty of free parking, rooms are a bit dated but nice and spacious. Right on the freeway, which may bother some people, but you don't get much noise and it's close to the offices in the area that I was visiting.

Good place to stay. We were there for a volley all tournament and all of us parents took advantage of the compilmentary drinks every night. Delicious breakfast and rooms were very clean....zero issues. An update in renovation is possibly necessary, but the staff was very hospitable. We will be back!

The beds were very comfortable. The stay was great. They had free buffet style breakfast in the morning. Everyday it was something different like pancakes or biscuits. They also had happy hour which was free drinks and snacks. We will definatly be coming back here in the future.

Arrived on time and took the time to explain what was wrong with the old opener. Gave us options on what to do and explained all of them in detail. Had all the parts needed and done in under an hour. Great and friendly service. Veteran friendly and operated company. Will be a return customer.

This was a fantastic Hotel. Sure some things were dated, and the free drinks were almost all ice. But for the price it couldn't be beat. It had a full bar other than they "free" drinks. The breakfast was so amazing!!!! and almost never ending!!

The hotel was right off US 75 and situated near many good places to eat. The breakfast buffet is always good. The happy hour in Houston has better food but free drinks are free drinks. Picked a room in the corner so it was insulated from some of the courtyard noise from all the kids there but always love staying at these properties.

I absolutely love the layout of the hotel. The inside has rooms around the perimeter with a hole in the middle of the building...revealing all floors. The ground floor consists, almost entirely, of the bar, restaurant, lounge. The ceiling is glass which allows the natural light to filter through. The staff was courteous and professional.

The embassy suites is a beautifully designed, decorated, and aesthetically pleasing hotel. The restaurant/bar offers wonderful selection of will prepared dishes and a comfortable atmosphere in which to dine and converse. The staff is a whole different thing, however. Every member of the staff that I interacted with acted very snobby, uptight, judgemental, and rude. The manager that I crossed tracks with was anything but friendly and efficient. I will never visit this location again, which is a pity. With the right employees, this girl has 5 start potential and then some!

Very beautiful place. And somehow they missed up on completing that we were even staying there. And the maid was trying to get into our Room make sure it was prepared for another couple. We just had our company Christmas Party here, and they did an incredible job! From the time we started planning the party back in May, to the day of the party, Erin was delightful and incredibly helpful! (She went above and beyond, making a trip to the store to purchase disposable Christmas plates for a game that I had forgotten at home). The food was delicious, the hot chocolate bar and desserts were very popular. Nydia (sp) was in charge of the service for the evening, and she was so pleasant and readily available throughout the evening. Overall it was an amazing experience and we definitely will be back next year. Thanks again Erin and staff - you guys know how to do things right!

the hotel was nice. Quiet. & clean enough... there were previous guest's risks underneath the counter in the bathroom that looked like they'd been there a while. smelled as such, too. The good news about that was that once removed, the mysterious stale STAAANK that hovered the bathroom removed with it. otherwise, no complaints. parking was aplenty, breakfast was good ---but could stand to last longer than 9am, & the staff was nice as well ---in that we saw ONE employee at check-in exclusively.

Nice hotel, great hot breakfast with omelette or eggs to order. It was a little tricky to get to when traveling northbound and could use better signage for when to turn into their lot. Parking was very limited in the lot and the underground parking garage was a bit narrow and claustrophobic but probably typical for city living.

Parking was very difficult because there were almost no spots available, and the parking garage has a very steep decline. The elevators are pretty slow, but other than that everything was great. Very nice/clean. Very lax security for those who are staying overnight however.

I came to the hotel for a surprise birthday party for a friend. The atmosphere is great inside and it is very fun to look around in. Pretty fancy. However, the parking in the back was very tiny for the Toyota Sequoia I was in. The underground parking had a steep drop off and only allowed 6'6" vehicles to pass. So we didn't want to test our luck. There was trash drifting everywhere too. The interior seemed a little dim. Some of the couches and furniture seemed old and stained. The last thing that caught my eye was a trail of ants that was going up and down a pillar on the 6th floor. Overall, everything was good, just not great.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Park Central Embassy Suites in Dallas. The interior atrium of the building is a pleasant environment to be in, the staff that I interacted with were courteous and professional. The happy hour was a pleasant way to wind down after the day, and the included breakfast was excellent, especially as far as hotel food goes. It is conveniently located next to a major freeway. The rooms were clean and styling was up-to-date. All combined, my stay was pleasant and I would stay there again.

Average hotel. Love the spacious rooms. The service at the restaurant was extremely slow for mediocre food. The free drink Happy hour is a good value if you drink which I don't. One of the elevators wasn't working. Phone in room didn't work except on speaker phone and safe in room didn't work. Very limited handicap parking spots. Underground parking was intimidating in trying to navigate the pillars.

This place was conveniently located by the highway and priced affordably. Loved the complimentary breakfast and evening happy hour. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The toilet didn't flush very well and the half shower wall with no curtain or door was odd. We had no issues with noise from the hallway or surrounding rooms. Everything was kept very clean with the exception of the pool - I don't think the filter was working very well. We would stay here again with hopes that the small issues we had were resolved.

Entrance into the hotel and the lobby/dinning area was nice. We got the suite, and I wasn't impressed. It was mediocre, but for the price we paid, it sufficed. Breakfast was pretty good. They also had an omelet station, so that was a nice bonus! Overall stay 4 stars or 8.5 out of 10 rating.

This is a dated hotel that has done a solid job staying clean and relatively current on the basics. The restaurant was fine albeit with weak service. The folks at the front desk did a great job. Very good service. I give it three stars because it's fine, but not great. Nothing special to recommend it, but a safe choice.

The hotel is typical to that of all Embassy Suites. I enjoy the Hot, complimentary breakfast and the happy hour (when I am able to attend). The rooms are adequate, but a bit out dated. The mattresses are hard, but again pretty typical for the hotel. The free below ground parker is nice.

Overall we've had a pleasant experience with the hotel. Rooms are pretty spacious, hotel is nice and clean, and it's in a good location. Staff has been friendly, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning is great (sausage, bacon, eggs, omelets, etc.) The first night we were here it was a mad house though, very busy and overcrowded. The price was decent for the room size, but we split the cost with some friends. My main issue was that the way the room was described online was that there would be a main room and then two separate bedrooms with two beds in each room. I admit that I may have misinterpreted the information, but I didn't feel it was worded as appropriately as it could have been online. The front desk worker even said that he has had several other customers express their same confusion with the website. Other than that I was satisfied with my stay.

We stayed at the Cooper for close to a week, checking out on December 4th. It was our anniversary trip. We were blown away! At initial pull up, it doesn't feel like a typical hotel and won't thrill those who love a first impression. However, give it a few minutes and you'll be majorly impacted. This place is an oasis and a recharge center all in one. The staff was beautiful, inside out. Helpful beyond anything, and just a joy to say hello to every day. They honored us in every way, and took the best of care for all our needs, which were few, given how supplied we were here. The rooms have been freshly redone and are beautiful, modern, warm, inviting, serene, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. We loved our welcome, and the touches of excellence through-out the way Cooper does what Cooper does. They don't miss a detail in quality! There are things waiting for you in the room that I don't want to give away. But it's unlike I've ever experienced a place to care for me, and it's unforgettable. Even the simplicity of a courtesy bottle of water upon entrance to your room is just a nice touch after a day of travel, or wherever you're coming from. Their facility is a dream. The park, fountains, and walking track amazing! Night tennis. Gourmet healthy cafe, access to whirlpool & steam baths, best exercise center I've seen. Friendly staff all around. We would in a heart beat stay here again and again. We likely will next time in Dallas. Cooper has left its imprint on us, excellent spot! By the way, their breakfasts are awesome too! (they even offered to loan us tennis rackets free of charge, or anything else we needed during our stay. Seriously, enjoy this place. Sink in. You'll leave so refreshed if you experience all that's here for you!

Our family is working through a move to Dallas from STL and have stayed here several times while doing so. The Adolphus Hotel and Staff couldn't have left a better impression upon us - a great indication as to what Dallas has to offer. The service was exceptional - the kindness, smiles and above and beyond accommodations ... from Moselle(?) (room cleaning) to Carlton (Bellman), Hannah & Diego (hotel services) and Dean (Bellman). We enjoyed both a wonderful breakfast buffet and dinner at the Rodeo Bar & Restaurant - with the same great quality in service. The renovations happening caused us no problems and are going to be magnificent. We look forward to recommending The Adolphus to our out of town guests, as well as our future "staycations"!

Good place to stay if you're doing anything in the north side of Dallas. Parking is underground, so your car is protected from the weather. Usual Embassy Suites breakfast - free and cooked to order. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Does attract groups with large numbers of children, however, and the rug rats were holding elevator races during our stay. Fun to watch, but created some delays in getting up and down. Convenient access to highways for getting around Dallas. Galleria is just down the street, Allen Premium Outlets north a few miles on 75 should you wish to go shopping.

I rate 4 stars for a 3 star experience simply because the brand. Normally a much better experience and Embassy Hotels around the country, however not 100 percent pleased with one staff member in the kitchen this particular visit. Another slight aggtavation is the limited turning space in the underground parking area. The room is adequate and the upgraded room keys are very convenient. Front desk response time and demeanor has been well above expected.

Recently my elderly parents from Oklahoma stayed in your hotel while my mother was getting some restorative dental work done. Because my mom was in so much pain, they remained in their room for most of the week. I want to say thank you to "Kyle Phillips" because my parents really appreciated everything he did to make their stay so enjoyable. They just couldn't get over how attentive and helpful he was. So I just really wanted to say thank you Kyle!

Big rooms, nice amenities. HUGE mark done for elevators. I waited 15 minutes (timed it) to go down one floor. During breakfast, the elevators couldn't hold everyone waiting and it's about 10+ minutes for the elevator. Elevators can be full during breakfast so if you miss it, you have to wait again. One couple said they waited 30 minutes. No stair option either. Stairs were for emergencies only, and only exited in the parking garage. One emergency stairwell was also locked, according to another patron waiting for the elevator, which is a safety hazard.

The rooms were large. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. My room and bathroom were clean. Rooms needed updating. Bathroom didn't have much counter space and had an odd walk-in shower. Towels had holes and seemed very worn, comforter on the bed was worn down. Bed squared badly. Overall an average stay.

It was pretty nice. Cool looking hotel in the inside. Took part in a bachelorette party there. We were planning on going swimming, the main reason we got a hotel room, but it was closed when we arrived. We did get in late, so I choose to blame the person who booked the room for not checking on that important fact. Breakfast the following morning was nice, there were many options prepared in a buffet, as well as a counter where you could order some fresh made foods. We needed some extra blankets, and had no luck acquiring some, although it was around 3am. People in our group claim to have slept just fine. The hotel room was clean and spacious. Would recommend.

Appears to be an older hotel but it's kept in relatively good shape. No issues with anything and Erin had been wonderful in making sure our meeting room had what it needs

They were very hospitable and welcoming. the rooms were clean and put together well. I always enjoy going to Embassy because of the consistent good service.

This used to be my favorite hotel when I visited but it has just gotten so old and dated. The rooms are in desperate need of updating. The staff is always very friendly but the hotel is old. Be aware if they're busy, you might have a hard time finding parking. Don't park anywhere but the parking garage because it's near some rough areas.

Enjoyed it. The main lounge is great. Good breakfast, nice bar staff, front desk people are great, rooms were really nice. I'd give it a 5 if there was good free coffee downstairs like the Hampton has and if the PC room was working. Neither computer was up and running. The keyboards were disconnected and you had to access them in a locked room employee-only room to fix. Fortunately, Shay at the front desk was awesome and let me log into a spare computer for a few minutes so I could print some things out for my business trip. Overall though a good hotel. I suppose it was my own dumb fault for not bringing my laptop!

Pretty typical embassy suites. The breakfast was good. The evening reception was good. The location of this property is good, there underground parking was surprisingly convenient.

Would consider staying here again, but might try somewhere else too, nothing to make it a go to property for me.

Love the breakfast buffet. Love the free liquor every evening. Dont love the need for a key for every elevator trip. Wifi is pretty slow. Good experience with me. Really clean. Water is not warm in showers in evenings only mornings. I would go back. Sheryl the bar tender is super cool. Brooks not so much

I am only giving 3 stars not because is not nice but because I order a pizza after we got drinks from the bar and brought it to eat it at the Lobby but the front desk person and the guy from the bar both say u can't eat in here. I ask why and he say food safety and there is a sign there so I ask him to show me and he Walked through the entire lobby and couldn't find it. There wasn't one. but he say I could eat back to my room or outside. so when I started to walk out side with the food, the manager Bilal said how can I help u at that point I was so upset that didn't feel like talking to him. but he was so kind and asked tell me where u want to eat. I told him just trying to eat somewhere before we go to the pool. he find a table and made it comfortable for us and apologize several times for the inconvenience. He say my top priority is customers. I hope I spell his name right cuz he touched my heart the way he made me and my family feel...like real people. It was very rude for the front desk guy to tell us to go eat outside!!!!

I disliked our stay here because as an Embassy Suites, you come to expect a certain level of cleanliness and service. I have stayed at five different embassy suites and this one is far below par. There were many problems with the building that a little bit of renovation could fix. For example, there were many obvious chips in the paint and rot at the bottom of the bathroom door. There was also a sock in our room left by a previous guest. The front desk helpfulness was hit and miss and the setting was unprofessional. No one offered to assist us with our bags and we have a 6 week old. There were boxes and unwrapped packages all around the desk the whole time, and when I tried to check out, the lady behind the desk stayed on the phone for about 5 minuets and not even acknowledging me. Finally another associate showed up. Also, the building has a large barely tinted glass canopy as a ceiling over the center open area, so it was very difficult for the in-room AC to get our room comfortably cool with that much ambient heat. There were many helpful people working here and it was not a total loss, but we got a worse quality of stay than we have had at any given Holiday Inn.
