Very nice hotel with great beds and an exceptional staff. The downside is that it is attached to a mall and apartment complex that is mainly full of young adults. The area is not quiet, VERY BUSY and LOUD. However, it has great local bars and a convenience store you can visit without stepping outside (they are located in the attached mall). The shuttle service is a nice feature except it doesn't run on weekends. Overall not a bad stay and I would stay here again.

My father and I just returned from a Cleveland Browns game in early January. It was extremely cold, but the hotel was amazing. Our suite was very clean and spacious. It had HD cable and high speed which was nice. Also, the reception from 5:30 to 7:30 featuring free drinks and refreshments was an added bonus. The restaurants food was really good too. The hotel's shuttle service took us right to the stadium even though it's only like 6 blocks away. The valet parking was superb too. I would certainly recommend this hotel to a friend or colleague.

We are currently staying at the hotalfor 2 nights.(Room 1129). This place is awesome.The staff are helpful and friendly. The suites are huge, clean and cozy. The managers reception and the free (hot) buffet breakfast makes this hotel a perfect deal. We will certainly recommend this to our friends and family coming to Cleveland to visit.
