Certifications
ISO 14001
ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:
• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products
• Use sustainable forestry certified paper
ISO 50001
ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.
ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

The Embassy Suites that we stayed at was in the process of converting to a different hotel and there were several amenities that the hotel did not offer after the conversion. Overall the room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was huge, it was the size of a resort pool and kept very clean.

This hotel is crappy nothing like a Embassy Suites I've ever stayed.. The door was broken had to lift and play with it to close.. Around 3am in the morning it sounded line someone was trying to break into the rooms.. Calling the front is a waste of time I'm was put on hold every time I called the front desk.. Breakfast was awesome. I've been a Hilton Honors member a very long time and this is the first subpar hotel I've stayed..

Breakfast is great and the lobby is nice. Hot tub was just warm, room was big but dated. Old uncomfortable furniture, broken lamps and ceiling fixtures, cheap beds, pillows and linens. The beds are full size not queen as was advertised. Appalling rooms but the pool is nice and so is the bar. Breakfast was really nice though. Walk in shower with an ugly rubber shower curtain, no tub. No wall art, just sterile and antiquatmed and this room was "renovated". I can feel the springs in the mattress... They are planning to turn this place into a retirement home so that explains the "renovations". Still, shouldn't call it an Embassy Suites with this low standard.

I was fortunate to have a friendly hello; that was the best part of the stay. No thank you for your loyalty.
No signs to see building numbers. Old worn out rooms. Bedding is from many years ago. Noises in room. No outlets by nightstand. Old carpet.
Needs a major update!!!!
Will stay here after hotel is renovated.

Free breakfast, happy hour drinks, big pool great atmosphere. Child and family friendly. The place is in need of some cosmetic repairs. Rooms were nice and clean. Front desk was prompt with any request. The location worked well for spring training baseball parks.

I've stayed at the embassy suites once with my boyfriend, the staff was friendly, our room was very nice, and located close to the pool. I've also had family stay there and thier room was not as nice as ours, it was located on the side closest to the I17. Even with traffic coming from the freeway the room still remained fairly quiet. The tables and chairs were a little wobbly and they had some problems with the key and the door locks. But overall very clean and nice. I would stay again.

Despite other reviews, this place is nice. It's very spacious, rooms are big for the price, very clean and one amazing complimentary happy hour! Front desk was accommodating for me and gave me a ground floor room that I asked for at the last minute

It was a nice hotel. Definitely not the nicest Embassy Suites property I've ever stayed at, but they did a good enough job to make it feel as comfortable as possible. The rooms were a little bit older but that is understandable as they are trying to remodel a good portion of the hotel. I also had breakfast and complimentary appetizers and drinks in the evening offered to me which is definitely a nice touch.

Our hotel experience was fair, but it did feel over priced. I guess maybe we expected a better experience, considering it looks like it would be much nicer than the La Quinta hotel across the street. I'm sure the experience would have been similar for almost half the price. The hotel is under construction, but we didn't expect noise so early in morning or random construction workers loitering by our car like if it was a lounging table. The beds are tiny for queen size beds, which I'm 99.9% sure they are full size beds, and this was very upsetting. They did have a very UNCOMFORTABLE sofa bed with a sheet and a flimsy blanket. We asked for blankets that nobody ever delivered and we were way too tired to keep bothering that we just all fell asleep... Uncomfortably. But the pillows were nice, just wish we would have had enough of them. The room was small for a suite, but the bathroom made up for it, it was moderately spacious, and when extra towels didn't arrive, we just walked all the way down to the pool for extra towels. We did enjoy the swimming pool, there was plenty of towels available to keep dry on our way back to the room. The option to have omelettes made to order for breakfast was nice, the rest of the breakfast food was bland average hotel buffet breakfast. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and accommodating. Management/front desk staff on the other hand were nonchalant almost rude since the day we checked in to the day we checked out, they seemed preoccupied which was weird because there wasn't much action like I've seen other hotels handle much better. We didn't even bring up that we felt like we were being over charged because we paid ahead with reservations for an x amount, and the rate was charged differently the day of check out, plus the gratitude expenses that were not mentioned at reservation, but we tried to keep our best faces so we can keep trying to have a hassle free trip. I think next time we'll pass on staying at an Embassy maybe try the Drury Inn.

We did a short weekend and were satisfied with our visit. The rooms are smaller than other Embassy Suites and our room was far away from the pool area. The round pool view is relaxing and worth the walk. This wasn't my favorite layout but their managers reception was fantastic. Their bartender was engaging and efficient and clearly is talented. The breakfast area is cute as it's set up in different stations.
A great spot to stay in the Phoenix area. Close to downtown and only a few minutes away from Scottsdale. As with all Embassy Suites, there is free breakfast in the morning. Complete with a cook who will make pancake, eggs, waffles, etc. The rooms are well appointed and the staff is friends. Great out door patio next to a pool.
