We stayed at this hotel for 7 night's and 8 day's. We got the penthouse that was amazing room! Great view of the city.
We walked into our room and it was a welcome champagne from the staff.
Every day that the staff came to clean up the room, they left us a nice small treats when you got back to the room after long day of exploring the city.
On our last night, again we got goodbye champagne left at our room. Really, WOW .
You guys made our stay in Barcelona better. Thank you again and definitely will be back in next visit to the city

I knew I'd be staying in Barcelona, Spain for 6 days so I aggressively perused traveladvisor for a hotel that would meet all of my needs: affordable, free Wi-Fi, close to all of the tourist sites & close proximity to the city's center, 24 hour room service, easy access to public transportation etc. These were my absolute must haves, so I searched pretty intensely because I am a firm believer that a hotel can make or break your vacation or at least dampen it a bit (if you have a bad experience that is). When I stumbled upon Europark Hotel it was 1 amongst many contenders. When researching hotels, I generally review the poorest reviews first. This might sound strange but this method usually gives me insight on the hotels worst qualities. I found the Europark Hotels bad reviews weren't so aggregious as the others that I had seen and their good reviews covered all of my must haves so I booked my stay for May 31st and gave it a go. Well I must say this place far exceeded my expectations. The staff was ALWAYS extremely friendly, accomodating, personable and last but not least available! And did I mention that they're knowledgeable as well. I felt confident that if i had a question or needed travel advice the Europark staff would be able to assist me. (Shout out to Ophelia and Lucia!!

Also, the hotel was very clean. I'm not just talking about my room, which was cleaned daily, the front desk area, the bathroom in the lobby and other communal areas in the hotel were also well kept. Another plus was that the hotel is situated just walking distance from many of Barcelona's most famous tourist spots. And if you're unable to do a lot of walking then there's public transportation via TRAM, subways, bus or taxi just steps away from the hotel.

All-in-all I had a stellar experience! This hotel gets 2 thumbs up. Will definitely stay here again when returning to the beautiful Barcelona.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, nice comfy rooms, friendly staff and a decent selection at breakfast. We arrived a few hours before check-in and they had already made our room up. Location is good and there is a metro station 5 minutes down the road.

Hotel is within walking distance to quite a few must-sees in Barcelona. Casa Batllo is 10min away, Sagrada Familia is 10-15min. Room is spacious and staffs are friendly. Very nice area for breakfast with a wide variety of choices.

A very good hotel. My stay there was very good, it is a very central hotel, well connected, the room was big and very nice and the best is breakfast. I emphasize the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room.

Room's are a great size and very modern. For the price I was extremely satisfied with my accommodations here. I arrived really early around 6am and they allowed me to check in early. Friendly staff, good location, and clean cool rooms. Would highly recommend this place!

Room was comfortable and very nice for all sorts. Cleaning service was a bit sloppy tho. They changed the sheets, but didnt collect any of the dishes until i placed them in the carbage bin. Nice pool area in the roof. The water was freesing. The gym was good too.

Check-in service was top notch. They assisted in purchasing tickets to nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious and varies from day to day. Would definitely recommend Hotel Europark

Small but beautiful in the heart of tourist area for Barcelona. Walking distance from major monuments, plazas, museums, cathedrals, etc. Beach is 3 miles away. Rooftop pool with servers. Great breakfast. 24hr fitness center. All the workers know English which made things so much more comfortable for me and my terrible Spanish skills. This hotel helped me in seeing everything I wanted. I would absolutely come back

Me and a close friend stayed here for a week mid March - quick city break. Overall it was just what we were looking for! The food wasn't the best but it was cheap and you get what you pay for.

Friendly staff, nice room. Wifi capped at 5 mbit. Bad location, away from everything. We ordered room service last night, two pizzas. Had a few bites of the ham pizza, out of this world gross, toxic. We managed to stomach half the cheese pizza before we could take no more. Its been 24 hours since eating that pizza and we still have not recovered. Incredibly bad, toxic.

love our stay here absolutely amazing it's in the middle of Barcelona walking distance to anywhere. The hotel is amazingly clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. make sure to get breakfast included so much variety in am.

It was a decent hotel that was well maintained with friendly staff. Location was great - close walk to the metro and even a few top tourist sites such as Casa Batllo and La Pedrera. Service was great; however, I wasn't sure why they had to clean the rooms twice a day (several times when we returned to our room for the day). Our room was on the floor of the pool and Terrace which made for a busy traffic area at times but it was not that bad. One thing that annoyed me was the sound of doors slamming shut quite loudly every morning (as cleaning was being done or guests leaving their rooms) - was bit of a rude awakening each night. Guests-wise, at least some of the ones we encountered, weren't as friendly. They were a bit snooty - I guess the hotel caters to that type of crowd. Luckily, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

From booking (with special deal on their own web site), through checking-in and the entire stay, this was a perfect experience. I ordered flowers, cava and chocolate for the room and they were all in place on arrival. Red roses were gorgeous!

Courteous helpful staff. Stylish well-equipped surroundings. Comfortable quiet well-serviced room (although we were on 9th floor in a Top View room with excellent terrace). The pool terrace is pleasant but the pool is short and shallow, so is good to cool-off but not for working-out.

Breakfast was amongst the best. Cava(!), fresh juice, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, salads and tasty hot dishes. An extra special mention for the pastries which were absolutely exquisite. We already miss those croissant-shaped custard- or chocolate-filled doughnuts! The waiting staff were very attentive and kind also.

Really want to give it five stars but couldn't only because the pool is too small for swimming laps and the scrambled eggs were under seasoned and slightly over. Otherwise though, great location (in between Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Familia), stylish (monochromatic decor), clean and (King) beds SUPER comfortable - we slept so well! Highly recommended!

Hotel Europark was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Barcelona for business or vacation. Check in was a breeze, they also had the best wifi connection I had in all of Barcelona, whether I was in my room or the lobby. Reception was always helpful and extremely courteous.

The room itself was great and very modern, the bed was a little firmer than what I am used to but I actually slept fine on it. The housekeeping staff seemed to clean the room just about every day. At the end of February 2015 I paid about $120 a night for a superior room, it had a great balcony you could smoke on and a king sized bed. Don't get me wrong, this isn't the Mandarin Oriental but for the price this is for sure a 5 star establishment. An odd feature was that you could turn on the TV and sound from the restroom, I would have preferred something more traditional like ventilation.

The location is also very central to all the locations and transportation but is about 3 - 4 blocks off of some of the main strips so you get some peace and quiet here as well. Great coffee shop called Molika is also about 4 blocks away too.

My partner and I don't usually spend much time in the hotel when we're on holiday, but at the Europark we were happy to relax in our room most evenings. When we arrived we were immediately upgraded free of charge to a room with a terrace which made a big difference. The whole place is beautifully decorated, the mini bar was great value, the pool area was lovely, although too cold to swim this time of year. I used the fitness centre as well, which was very small but since we were visiting out of season this wasn't a problem. The hotel breakfast wasn't great, but I am vegan so it's not often I get to have a good hotel breakfast anyway. The location is such that you can walk a short distance to lots of shops, bars and restaurants, and to the metro station. We walked right into town a few times, it takes 20-30 minutes.

I forgot to bring my UK-EU plug adapter and the hotel thankfully had one to hand. Unfortunately we accidentally bought it home with us... sorry about that Hotel Europark! We will surely stay again, and I will bring it back!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was tidy and the bed was confortable. A big plus was that we could not hear any noise from the outside busy street in our room. We had a bit of trouble with the wifi dropping off alot but overall we had a great experience at this hotel.

We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and the service from the staff was excellent, they made everything easy for us. They have a great position to visit the fabulous sagrada familliar and all the other major sights.
