Best economy Marriott hotel in Denver no more. On return visit very disappointed with the Amenities remodeling. They remove hot tub and all ice makers. So your stuck with sore muscles and having to beg for bag ice at the front desk. When I went down for ice found front desk attendant had spilled ice all over the table. I had to wait for him to scoop it into a picture, but that is not the bad part. After picking up ice that was dirty tried to put that ice in my ice bucket, but I stopped him. The only reason not rating 2 stars is room remodels are nice with big LG TVs. That saves this place from complete disaster and older lady at front desk is always helpful and friendly as well.

Excellent experience. Helpful employee at desk. Impressive no hassle check in with iPhone app and they pulled the correct amount from credit card. Some places put a hold on way too much.

Stayed at this hotel location for 4 days/3 nights for my niece’s graduation weekend and my husband and I were pleasantly satisfied. Our three children (12, 5, and 14-month-old) were with us, which we had a king size bed and the pull out sofa. The older kids shared the pull out sofa, which they claimed it was okay to sleep on; the king size bed was comfy (although I missed my Sleep Number bed back at home).

The bathroom was a decent size and really appreciated having a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. We had two televisions in the room, which helped at times when the kids had downtime to watch a show in the separate room areas, this minimized a bit of fighting (parents out there know what I mean!)

Complimentary breakfast is great to have. The food was decent and my family were shocked that there were some vegetarian meat options, our family does not eat pork, but just know that it isn’t offered daily. Also bottles water is complimentary, it is nice to have that option.

Pro: From desk staff we’re friendly, helpful, and professional. Housecleaning staff cleaned the rooms well and stocked the rooms as needed.

Con: The construction did make the hotel seem a bit off, but everything is clearly marked to communicate this to hotel customers. That can be overlooked, by could be an eye sore for others.

Overall Experience: My husband and I were satisfied and felt ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4 stars) was well worth it due to the professionalism shown by the staff.

Our stay was wonderful! Yes, there is some construction going on but improvements have to happen and Denver is such an amazing city, it just encouraged us to get out and enjoy the sites that much more. Heather at the Front Desk was so friendly and helpful and Chris, the manager that was there, was also very kind and made us feel very welcome. We overheard another guest being very rude and unkind to the staff at the hotel which is so sad and I hope they didn't take what he was saying to heart because they are very good at what they do and really make you feel welcome. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Colorado!

We looked at several hotels online, specifically looking for one that had a pool for our little boys. Nowhere on their site does it mention that the pool and majority of the main floor of the hotel are under construction and thus unusable. We drove 14 hours and had stir crazy boys with no activities available in the hotel; no open pool, games room, movie or board game rentals. No staff members gave us any information about things to do in the surrounding areas. The room was too small for 4 people. The fitness room is tiny with no room to use the provided free weights.

The positives? Close freeway access, restaurants and shops. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with lots of great options.

Breakfast was great room was okay but tiny unfortunately the Pool was down due to construction we should have called and checked before hand because we knew the weather was going to be bad it snowed

Chad is very professional and efficient. I was in lobby waiting for my family and watched as he helped several people during a rush. He showed no signs of stress or frustration. He accomdated them as well as us. We loved our room and enjoyed your hotel. Thank you so much. And great job, chad.

Very clean and very accommodating. We were looking for a hotel with indoor pool which they had but it was under renovation so they accommodate us by letting us use the pool at one of their sister hotel plus gave us a discount.

Great clean room . Staff polite and attentive. Pice was reasonable location is awesome there is something for everyone. 4-5am the traffic starts and the Noise begins if your looking to sleep in get a room in the middle of the building but then you have the elevators to bring another type of traffic. Pools great parking plenty Breakfast was Satisfying.

Good room, being remodeled right now

The place is clean and comfortable. But we didn't know that it was under construction and the pool and hot tub were out of service. It couldn't be that hard to put a note online when people book.

This was a decent place to stay, staff was friendly and helpful. Quite and restful.. Breakfast was included (food needs an upgrade) and the spa (which I would have used) wasn't working. The room was clean and comfortable.. Week days were a bit high priced due to the hotel catering to local businesses.

Service was great, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast bar. Even though I was parked under a light, my vehicle was broken into. When I reported it to hotel staff, he called the GM who said there was nothing they could/would do about it and to file a police report because the hotel wasn't liable.

Was told had a roll in shower and did not receiveone also if you are in a wheelchair beds are too high for transfer otherwise clean and freindly

Nice hotel I gave it 4 star because no microwave in the room but do have refrigerate.

An older hotel with a dedicated staff. The rooms are on the small size but have a comfortable need and decent sized desk. Shower was small with low mounted shower head

I stayed here for work reasons. This place is so peaceful and nice. The guest services over exceed expectations. I asked for ice at the front desk and the clerk went and got it for me since I was talking on my cell. He didn't have to do that. He also told me how to get to it next time I needed it. I was tired. The rooms were so neat and tidy that I fell right to sleep for a couple hours before waking up to go get food. No disturbances and no noise.

I was impressed with this Marriott, nice, clean, quiet, and the breakfast was better than most others.
It's not quite in DTC, but it's close enough. When in the area, I will stay again.

Clean room, great service, meh breakfast.

We were driving across the country from California to Wisconsin. This was the 2nd hotel we stayed in. We reserved 2 rooms & requested Late Check-In. We arrived there around 9pm, and checked in. We only received one room because they didn't have two available. However, they provided a fold up bed free of charge. The room was amazing and very roomy & after a long day of driving ( approximately 12-hours ) all 5 of us were very tired and just wanted to rest and take a shower.
The staff was awesometastic & they later refunded us the money for the 2nd room that we didn't get.

We were extremely pleased with this hotel and highly recommend it to any one that's in the area.

Very Friendly and helpful staff. We were even given a printout of suggested places to check out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great place to stay.

Excellent staff. Nice rooms. I was at the business center printing something out and overheard a conversation about the pool smelling bad. The front desk worker made sure to take care of the issue with the guests thoroughly. Not every hotel would do that.

Everything is nice and clean. Spacious rooms and great customer service at all Marriott locations. Really enjoy these hotels!

I was here a couple weeks ago for a work trip. The hotel was under construction although I didn't hear much going on (I was gone for most of the day). I was randomly locked out of room one day, and the front desk gave me new key cards. The next day I had a note on my door instructing me to go to the front desk. The staff told me in a non customer service and very blunt, that I had to change rooms. They were doing construction on my floor and needed to move me. I was very upset by this because I was here for 8 nights (they told me on my 6th night) and you would think they would put me in a room where I didn't have to change... they did offer to upgrade my new room but then didn't have any available. The new room was nicer because it was just remodeled.. but I was still disappointed with how the situation was handled by the staff.

We stayed in one of the refurbished third floor rooms which was quite nice. VERY quite. The only things I would fault the room was that the sink/vanity area really could ONLY be used by one person at a time, and the water would suddenly go cold or hot when it seemed like someone used water elsewhere. Their free breakfast in the morning had both hot entrées, waffles, cereals, breads, eggs... and several offerings of fruits. Good coffee. When we checked in, we were given a delicious hot chocolate cookie!. The front desk staff was very curteous, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this as a pleasant and nice place to stay.

The place is great to meet with other people to talk about business. It has a beautiful rooms to look at.

Rooms were quiet and in a good location for shopping and entertainment.

No Like... I don't care for this property. Low budget and short notice OK sure thing but I stayed to avoid a long drive that time so I slept and took off after energized.

Best night/sleep, and amazing first thing you see in the morning, cheerful enthusiastic employees.

We stayed at FairField Inn in Highlands Ranch Colorado. On March 24rth during their worst snow storm. They made us feel at home. with the bad weather. Very clean. Very Friendly People. The kids loved the Joining room.
We wanted all to know it was a great experience & would stay there again.
