Enjoyed my one night stay. The front desk staff were very nice, they helped me with places to order delivery. There is also a pizza place in the parking lot if you need something to walk to for dinner. The only thing this hotel needs to do is heat the pool, it was freezing! But there is a hot tub that helps with that.

New construction so you it's still clean and we'll maintained, no wear and tear at all. The staff is the best part of the hotel they're very friendly and helpful, always a smile and hello. I had to take a star away for two reasons one because I requested a service and never got it or a call back to say they couldn't help. The other reason was the cleanliness of the elevators, everyone uses them but they were both in need of a vacuum. Other than these two minor things I was happy with our stay and will be back around Christmas.

Nice hotel. Rooms with separate sofa bed part and second TV. Very suitable for families. Friendly desk employees. Always greeting and little chat when leaving and coming. Breakfast is also fine. Has everything. Dinning facilities nearby, also mall not far. Clean and well maintained.

Definitely a newer location; all general areas were very clean and spacious. The room and bathroom were immaculate and nicely decorated. We appreciated the pump shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower opposed to the sample bottles typically at hotels.

We were greeted by a very friendly guest service gentleman, Spencer. He acknowledged we had a few special requests for our room and they were in our room as we had requested. During our stay we had trouble connecting to the WiFi, Spencer was great and apologized for this as well as assisted me in signing in with an access code.

Great breakfast; lots of options.

Maybe it was just the day I was there, but this fairly new property has some electrical issues. We lost power several times on July 17. I was on an upper floor, and I was concerned about using the elevator. When the lights go out while showering, it certainly creates an interesting experience.

Otherwise, this is a nice, clean hotel. The room was large, with a very good work space. The exercise room is bigger than those in comparable hotels, with good cardio and free weight equipment.

I don't plan to be book this Fairfield again, since there are other good choices in the area.

A neat, clean place with an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I had to ask a number of questions about the area when I was there. The staff, particularly Sabrina and Rainbow, went out of their way to provide answers and assistance. They could not have been nicer folks, and I am glad we chose to stay there.

This a great hotel. It's located in a prime location. Within the parking lot is Oregano's and a gas station. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was great! We checked in at 0400 after deciding we needed a break on our road trip. It has 24 hour coffee and tea, Indoor pool, gym, and free breakfast that is delicious. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.**** Netflix and Hulu were complimentary with an existing account!!!*** more than worth the price you will pay 😀

I have been on the road for about two weeks staying at hotels and campgrounds while touring the Grand Canyon area. For the price, this is by far the nicest hotel I have stayed at during the trip. The room was cleaned immaculately, the beds were comfortable, and all needed amenities were available. The only recommendation I can make is, if you are a light sleeper, do not stay in room 111. They have a complimentary breakfast from 6-9 (not positive when breakfast ends) which was better than most hotel breakfasts. Unfortunately, their pantry is right next to room 111, and I could hear pans and cooking utensils banging around at 5am. Fortunately for me, I am an early riser, so it was a non issue, but just in case you like to sleep in, you probably do not want to stay in room 111.

Brand new in Oct 2017.. Nice rooms, quiet, and Staff is wonderful! I had one small issue with water pressure but they are working to improve that. They listened and satisfied me promptly. Also the free breakfast every morning is great. Not just Continental but full Breakfast. And the girl who runs it is cheery and great.
I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again! Prices are great too! Senior Rate under $100 during week..

New modern hotel. Location not good for going to downtown Flagstaff, but fine for driving to the canyon and other local national parks. Economical. Disappointed that they did not recycle, said they were still working with city for recycling permit.

I was traveling and needed a convenient, clean, comfortable hotel room, and the FI fit that. Easy to find, predictable room layout, and a comfortable bed.

I arrived late, and they had my room paperwork all ready. 5 min after arriving I was in my room, 15 min after that I was asleep.

Easy check out, helpful with directions in the morning, and I was on my way.

Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic hotel and Staff! Extremely clean, great breakfast every day, comfy bed, gym had everything I needed. Very comfortable 5 week stay for work and got to know all of the staff. Thank you Anna, Rachel, Kelsey, Spencer, Jake and everyone that made my home away from home so great.

The hotel was super nice! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The front desk guy Jake was super helpful and went out of his way to make our stay a good one.

The staff were very responsive and helpful, and they had a good complimentary breakfast. I liked that it went until 10am rather than ending early like a lot of other hotels. It is a good location too! 10-15 minutes from downtown Flagstaff and close to a few good parks/hiking trails.

The hotel is new and quite beautiful. My family was enjoying our stay very much until the end with the continental breakfast. I and my young family showed up for the continental breakfast at 8:00 AM. The dining hall was packed and with no where to sit, we returned an hour later. At 9:00 AM we once again found things busy and crowded, but luckily found a small table. Little did we know that seating was the least of our worries. We struggled to find any food to feed our children. They were out of milk. They were out of cereal. They were out of waffles and syrup. They were out of cranberry juice. They were out of butter. They were out of fruit and yogurt. The only thing that we could find to eat was toast and even then, there was a long line for it because that’s the only thing that you had in stock. It was almost comical when another hotel guest, who had finished dining, offered us her opened but leftover milk. I was hoping that we had just showed up at a temporary reprieve and you would be refilling items, but we were there for another half an hour and little was restocked. We ended up having to leave the hotel without breakfast for my young family which was one of the primary reasons that we picked this hotel. This was by far the worst continental breakfast we have ever had. It really was a shame to have such a beautiful hotel and leave with such an unfortunate experience. The service that we received was not consistent with what we expect from the Marriott brand.

I’m writing this review as our first night is ending, so maybe I’m jumping the gun, but...
This Marriott property is fairly new & in every good way, it shows. Tastefully decorated, thought has clearly been given to its visitors. Convenient phone plugs on both sides of the bed, at least two sturdy towel hooks in the bathroom, Twinings tea for the morning, extra pillows appearing quickly following our request, and everything is immaculate! I’m already looking forward to tomorrow’s morning breakfast! After working out in the 24/7 gym & maybe swimming in the lovely pool.
A wonderful stop on our trip through Arizona.

Great staff. We got in late and they only had suites available, so they upgraded us for the normal room price. Suite was great and the facility is very clean.

My wife and I stayed two nights at the Fairfield Inn Flagstaff. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The hotel rate was reasonable. I did not give 5 stars was because the fitness room equipment was extremely basic (a few cardio machines and a small dumbell rack) and that is important to me. Also, I was under the impression that ski lift tickets would be included as a bonus; when I arrived I was told that I would've needed to purchase a special package ahead of time to receive lift tickets and that all the lift tickets were gone.

Overall, our stay was great. The customer service was perfect. However we had cool/cold showers (night and morning.) The rooms were beautiful, decore was very nice. We appreciated the pool and hot tub, they are small but nice to have. Love having Oregano's right there. Ski and stay package got us there but we would definitely stay again.

After days at the local hospital we enjoyed our stay with my family, got our much needed rest at this establishment, they provide excellent services beyond my expectations. Check-out is usually at 11am, but I asked what’s the latest they granted us 12pm. I highly recommend this Fairfield Inn location.

Room was very clean, nice bathroom, towels and bedding. Customer service was also great. If you are planning on staying in Flagstaff I would definitely recommend checking out the rates.

Location was good, not too far from downtown. Room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was meh but it was free so I can't complain much.

This is a beautiful brand new hotel. It is conveniently located near the interstate, close to gas stations and restaurants, easy to find. The breakfast was excellent. The room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was great. I enjoyed my stay there.

Nice brand new hotel. Nicest Fairfield I've ever been to. Has a pool and gym I didn't use. Breakfast was good, but my girls didn't like the veggie breakfast sausage.

Kinda hard to spot the turn for the parking lot when going south towards the hotel... And the first driveway that looks like it goes to the hotel is a deadend to the gas station next door.
