This hotel was really nice and the service was exceptional. The food was fabulous as well!

Located just 2km away from the magnificent Taj Mahal, Radisson is of the finest hotel of Agra. It offers a terrace restaurant overlooking Taj, a rooftop outdoor pool, an all-day dining multi-cuisine restaurant, a pretty good spa and fitness centre in addition to their elegantly designed rooms and suites.
The room in which i stayed was very spacious and provided a beautiful view of Taj from it's window. The interior were simple but elegant. There were all the required amenities in the room and the room service was also fast and satisfying.
I had my breakfast at their multi-cuisine restaurant Oasis. The breakfast buffet had a lot of varieties. Good thing was that there were a lot of options of healthy food as well.

Had a great stay here. The room was perfect. The bar had great prices and happy hour. The shops even were reasonably priced. Was able to find two outfits for the price of one.

Nice property, rooms are big. One hotel in Agra wherein I have found housekeeping staff absolutely bang on. Roof top restaurant and barbecue is really an experience... Food was great. Hospitality is good. Furniture and finishing of the rooms could have been better but hotel staff makes for the make

It's an outstanding hotel in Agra, with spacious rooms, great food and not very expensive. Offers 5Star facilities for a 4Star price. Provides all modern amenities. Very courteous and helpful staff. Situated not very far away from the famous Taj Mahal. This is a relatively new property and exudes the freshness in the ambiance. Would definitely recommend this place in Agra, without a doubt.

The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because of it’s brand name, cleanliness and services.

What I don’t like about this place. ?

Staff isn’t good enough with you. (They require training)
Stupid pool rules, to make you buy the clothes they’re selling you.
Restaurant managers are rude.

All I want to say that there are better hotels in private less than this one.

Great location if you want to check out the Taj Mahal - you can see it from the rooftop pool. Helpful and friendly staff and the breakfast buffet is most excellent. Would recommend this place to others.

Fantastic hotel. The staff is incredibly courteous. Rooms were very comfortable. Food in the restaurant was plentiful and delicious. Breakfast buffet was very elaborate. Our kids enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool while we enjoyed a drink listening to ghazals. The only negative is the hotel location itself. Just not a pretty locale. We had a room with a view of the Taj. The actual view is nothing like the picture on their website. You do see the Tak clearly but the view isn't very pretty. But very satisfied with the hotel overall.

Clean rooms and washrooms. Very courteous staff.
Breakfast was wide spread. Dinner was tasty but lil limited like only one starter in veg and non veg.
Swimming pool on terrace was good and so was the view from terrace.
Check in and check out both was smooth and quick.
In the evening on terrace live gazals were being played.
Will definitely recommend.

Visited the hotel in July 2018. Completely happy with the overall experience of the hotel. The rooms as well as the bathrooms were spacious, clean, and pretty much up to date. The TV in the room was big enough, the bed was ultra comfy and the ac worked on point. We opted for the city view room. The Taj view rooms are good, but the newly built OYO hotel kind of gets in the way and is an eyesore. One can visit the rooftop for the view of the Taj though.
The breakfast has an amazing spread. Please do not miss out on the breakfast if you're staying here!!

Good location. Look out for some awesome weekend deals. Their taj view rooms on 5th floor is awesome. Rooms are big and well appointed. Breakfast spread was also good.

4points is amongst the grade b/c 5star property. While it offers all the facilities of a 5star, it doesn't give a plus feel. It had more of a business/conference hotel feel to it. The rooms are new and spacious and are pretty good as well. The terrace has an open air lounge which over sees the Taj Mahal and is a nice place to chill in the evening. However, the view from the terrace of the surrounding areas spoils the feel as it isn't kept well. Overall a good budget 5 star hotel to stay if you are visiting Agra for exploring the city or some other work but don't stay here if you wish to enjoy the hotel.

Hotel is situated in Taj Nagari Nearby Basai Police Station, Hotel is 4 star hotel there are so many lodges and big lobbies. Hotel Services are great and it's secure place too. So as whole great place for stay.

Incredible location in crowded Agra. We got here by 5 in the evening and were happy to be greeted and checked in warmly. The swimming pool on roof is really refreshing in the heat. Food is very well made and service outstanding as a 5 star. Very good option for the price in Agra .

Terrace gym is small but good however do not expect a full fledged set up. 2 treadmill s, one exercycle and weights that it. However yoga on terrace is a good idea..

It is a good hotel to stay in. But not a splendid one though. The ambience is good. The Food is just OK ok type. The staff are courteous. There are two views ie one is Taj view and the other is city view. There is no safe provided in the room. The morning breakfast will be almost same whenever you visit. You will still find wanting of hospitality when compared to other competitors. However this is one of the best options available in AGRA.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Very good service. Food at the oasis restaurant has to be upgraded as their is not much variety of non veg dishes as compared to the rate per person charged on buffet.

The staff at the reception was welcoming.... The property is nice but the only thing missing is an open area like a lawn or garden.... The rooms are very good and neat and clean.... The bathroom size is not very big but decent enough.... There are no hairdryer.... Altogether it was a good experience in the hotel.... The best thing was the close proximity to the Eastern gate of Taj Mahal.... Just a km or so... Easy to find cabs and auto rickshaws right outside the gate....

The hotel management is the best so far ! I happened to deal with Mr. Vivek there who is remarkably polite and helpful. Totally recommend this place. The view from the room was as promised. We could see the Taj. Also the rooms were well maintained and up to the mark. Since it was our anniversary, the Chef went out of the way and celebrated the occasion with decoration on the roof top restaurant and complimentary dessert. They also gave a complimentary cake and decorated our room !! I dont think there is anything that can go wrong here :) Kudos to the management again !!!

Excellent... Very close to Taj, from roof top you can get a view of Taj.
Also at poolside they have a swimming pool, bar, dinner area.
Entrance of the Hotel is big and one gets an impressive view.
Rooms are very nicely kept and clean you can even get a view of Taj from the rooms.
Small artifacts shops are also there at receptions, bit expensive but comes handy in urgency.

A very busy place during the tourist season. Good was not good. They only serve chicken and fish and thier spread is not lavish. Good part is that you can tell this to the chef and he can cook up something for you.

We enjoyed our stay here. However, on the last day, we were stopped by the concierge on duty for having opened a can of nuts (worth INR 125) in the room's minibar. We have stayed in five star hotels throughout our tour and our kids are well aware and educated about items in the rooms. They clearly had not opened this can. What we feel is that perhaps room service had neglected to inspect the items in the room thoroughly before designating it to us. This experience was quite unpleasant and embarrassing especially as it happened in front of other hotel guests.

Having said that, we would like to thank Mr. Amit Kesri for being professional and highly courteous.

Well located in terms of travel. However surrounding areas are not very aesthetically pleasing. The taj view room was a slight let down due to fog during this season.

Great pool area (by the way the music at the bar was really cool) and generally nice...We stayed there for one week and our experiences were amazing and unforgettable..!!First let's talk about the place..the hotel is located in a really quiet area but not too far...Booked a last minute deal to this hotel all inclusive. The hotel was clean and well kept staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

I did not stay there, i went there because my travel agent original ly booked this hotel, but later changed it as it was overbooked. I wasn't aware of the change. The reception desk was very helpful and went above and beyond to try to find my reservation, even though we didn't have one there.

Not quite a 4-star hotel, compared to its European counterparts. However, the food was delicious and the waiters very professional. A good option for staying in Agra, if your budget allows it.

Nice place and Worth of the money spent. The price of food is exorbitant. Check in is a tedious exercise because of their faulty room keys. I changed my keys thrice before I could enter my room. The interior of the room is good. Comfy beds , a very clean room and in a close proximity to the east gate of Taj.

We were greeted with a lot of warmth and flowers. Warm and wonderful hospitality. The entire staff was extremely efficient and courteous. The ambience is very good. The food was very good.Since it was our Silver Anniversary, they upgraded our room,decorated it and presented us with chocolates and cake. Thank you Akshay David and team. The rooms here are very spacious and well maintained. The staff is very caring and friendly. Food is really awesome and staff at the restaurant is the best. It has rooftop swimming pool with bar which is well maintained. The staff at the spa is well trained and professional. Hotel is located in center of the town from which everything is easily accessible. Taj Mahal is just 3 Kms and it was visible from my Hotel Room.

Though the service could have been better but the staff was friendly and helpful. overall staff did their best. It value for money..

Rooms are well designed. Food quality is good. But staff and management is so poor. We came here last week to celebrate golden moments of our parents. staff confirmed us that rooms will found well decorated and a warped cake and surprised gift will found in room after 9 p.m.

But all in vain. Very next day front desk staff feeling guilty. But that was useless.

Okay for 3500/4k. Staff is just about managing. Decent room. Clean bathroom. So, +1. But staff cannot be compared to Trident or other similar set up. So, manage your expectations accordingly. The room has a TV but HD channels are not subscribed. It is irritating to flip channels and look for those which are available. Room slippers were missing but were made available quickly. Kettle head was broken. I was told it's okay and the hotel was aware. Two types of room. Taj view or city view. Rooms on upper floor is better. Look for deals on travel sites if deciding to go with this hotel. Best approached from Yamuna Expressway.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in a while. The room was spacious. The service was amazing. They provide toiletries, iron, etc. The air-conditioning and digital TV was also top notch. One thing that I didn't like about the hotel was the food provided in the buffet (breakfast and dinner). It was kind of blend. It's close to the Agra fort and and Taj Mahal. Also one can see the Taj Mahal from the window of the rooms. Overall a very nice hotel that I will highly recommend.

Being a Starwoods member, it was a no brainer for me to pick this hotel over others. The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Hotel room was nice and clean and staff was very friendly and polite. Don't go anywhere else!

They also gave me a Taj view room so that was cool.

Taj Mahal is visible from the roof top cafe. Nice weekend getaway for families and kids. I got an amazing deal which made my experience even more memorable.

We stayed here for two days(room no 316) which was taj facing room. Rooms clean, nice ambience, good food. They have very friendly staff, Deepa from the reception assisted very well as we need to buy sweets (agra ka petha) and gifts for friends.

Hotel was good and so were the facilities only catch is while booking they didn't mention Separate beds. For a family person separate beds is not an option. So had to spend 40 mins on reception to get that sorted. Otherwise the experience was good.
