The front staff, housekeeping as well as the restaurant staff at the Four Points Sheraton was amazing! I felt very much at home. They were polite, kind and considerate. The food at the restaurant was well-prepared and flavor-able and reasonably priced. I almost did not want to leave. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Although the location is remote, you are really close to the shopping centers, restaurants, and a 15 minute ride from San Juan. When I return to Puerto Rico, I will definitely book a room at this hotel. I would name the staff, who gave marvelous service. However, I am not sure it is appropriate for the internet.

Beautiful layout w/nice rooms & 55in TVs but the hotel is still under a refresh - pool closed & a gym in dyer need of an overhaul... Staff was great... Just one word of warning, if you have business in San Juan and stay here - plan for 1hr + in the morning & evening each way... Promise, it's not worth it...

Great Location and great comforts. The team at the Four Points was very welcoming and the Casino staff were very friendly as well. The hotel bell hops were very helpful and very informative. The front desk provided all the info I needed for my stay and even offered to get me the number for the golf course up the road even though they are not affiliated. Recommended staying here for anyone in the Caguas area and the pool looks amazing and my kids and I will try it out very soon.

I am FEMA on contract employee. Recently transferred from San Juan to Caguas Branch-3. I did see most professional staff cooperative & polite. Now Motel is under construction. So it do not show as picture. But after renovation it will be better. Most peaceful location no traffic no noise and if you love true nature mountains. Please do visit.

Lobby bar has nice variety of beers and cocktails and their food menu is very good. Staff is pleasant and attentive. Rooms are comfortable and big.

We got the renovated room (currently there is only one), which is really nice and clean compared to the other rooms. The is currently a lot of work going on to renovate all rooms. When everything is done the Four Points will probably have the best rooms you can find south of San Juan for a reasonable price. Hopefully the pool area will also get some attention, since it looked quite used and the birds left some .... on the chairs. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

SPG member. Been to this hotel before as well. See photo and video. I asked to changed room in the morning and I was told that I can change my room in evening. In the evening, I was told they don’t have room left, so they gave me room with 2 beds when I booked one king bed. I have stayed 20 nights at this hotel, room key stops working at least once a week. I believe front desk staff need more training or they are not doing their job seriously. I stay here because commute time to my work place is less but now I will prefer to stay in other hotel.

My first time to celebrate a friend's Birthday. A really good 2 person live band. Clean hotel. The drinks were affordable. Friendly service. Plenty of parking. I saw security at the place.

Casino, barra, y bailes...la pase super bien. Loved this place for casino, bar and dancing.

The staff here is absolutely accommodating. They also have a restaurant below and a casino. I almost forgot to mention the gym and laundry room as well. They have a nice outdoor area with a pool hot tub and eating area that is a great place to enjoy a meal or poolside playtime.

very friendly and accommodating. the room was nice and clean and the pool after dark was great. was a very comfortable place when some on the island can look good but be very uncomfortable.

Stayed here 4 nights in May 2018. Hotel is good but has seen better days. Some is hurricane related, some is lack of investment. Staff claim a full refurb is planned for the next few months, we'll see. One elevator (of two) was out and I kept getting letters about Maintenence work of some sort that had to be done in different areas.
Restaurant is very good, breakfast was above average and dinner (churrasco steak) was outstanding. Service here was always good, i asked for water & ice every morning.

I can not thank staff enough, many we now call family (Cesar, Helen, Jorge, Jose, Gilberto & many more like housekeepers/kitchen staff/security). We were there for more than a couple months and we were treated like family. If we ever had questions or needed anything they were more than happy to help us. They all also made my birthday very special while away from home. Miss them all so very much and hope to be back very soon

To stay with family and kids are awesome. The Casino for the player are exelent. good price of the food in the restaurant.

Casino in Caguas. No craps table. Good place if you like slots and roulette but thats about it.

The personnel are very nice, the manager works very hard but it looks like he is not given the tools or authority and budget to keep the place clean. It is filthy, the laundry room is only half functionable the 2 washers and 2 dryers but the room is filthy and only one of each seem to work at any time. all of the rugs in the general areas are completely filthy, all doors are filthy especially the bottom guards, all general areas in the place needs paint.

Only checked it out for a possible stay. Very nice people, location and facilities.

Great place to get away. Edgardo from the Front Desk was very courteous and helpful. The X.O. Le Bistro restaurant has an amazing food. Karina our server gave us an outstanding service. The hotel room was very clean, simple and private. Bathroom was very clean. Overall an amazing hotel to getaway for a few days.

Convenient location, the facility needs upkeep, bathtub has mildew and the water does not drain properly. Next time will book in the more popular metropolitan area and travel by car if needed.

Ice machine damage I couldn't refrigerate my soda when I needed to, washer machine damage I have to spend more time washing my clothes after complaining, they didn't change the towel in my room I had to requested them to do so... and there was an insect in my wine seriously... I get 20% discount on the restaurant before the incident and they were about to charge me the whole check after giving them the discount ticket... oh and one of the keys that they gave me it wasn't working.... and the Jacuzzi was dirty... they charge for the parking which I strongly believe that it should be included when booked but. Also it looks like they control the ac because it was hot in the middle of the night or the ac wasnt working good. But yes the place is pretty, is in a good spot close to everything and mayority of the employees are polite. They do have a really nice beds really and comfty pillows. the pool had two slides that make an experience more enjoyable for the kids. The food was amazing really tastefull.

The staff at four points was awesome! everyone was kind and willing to help in any way. At dinner Victor Muñoz and Joan did an amazing job making sure we had drinks and that we were satisfied with our meal. The rooms were clean, the bed was nice and comfortable, and the coffe in the room was pretty good too. I would definitely recommend four points to anyone and im looking forward to my next stay there

Love to stay here (at least once a year for the last 7 years) the staff is wonderful they make you feel like family. I come down here on business and after a long day the people here make you feel good again. You can go to your room clean up and then go have a great dinner at the XO Bistro. The staff at XO Bistro (two of them Raul and Victor are just wonderful) are friendly and make your dinner experience awesome. I have never been disappointed, Thank you.

Nice place, but rooms have signs of mold. Look at room lamps and there are traces of mold. Breakfast is $12.00 and is below expected.

3 stars because all the vouchers we got with the groupon has save our stay here. But i bet everything is really expensive! The breakfast is really good! The casino is alright. The things that i dont like is the entrance, the road to get to the hotel is really dark and spooky at night...no lights, and the hotel pool is small. The rooms are ok i guess. Ive stayed in better places, i could say that i stayed a hostels that are better than this. Again, the only reason i give them 3 stars is bc of the vouchers..if not? 1 star.

I've stayed at this hotel twice so far and it is always a great experience. It isn't in a touristy location, so if you want to be at a hotel by the beach with many attractions, this isn't for you. It's a nice place to stay for short business trips/visits. The staff is very friendly and bilingual. The only downside is that the rooms are not equipped with microwaves or refrigerators.

I had the opportunity to stay here in this hotel and it was not what I was expecting, the food was very expensive and the hotel is run down. There is a casino attached to this hotel but I really was not interested in visiting the casino. Some of the staff is pleasant but there is a great number of them that are rude. The parking is very expensive and there isn't much to do around this area.

We stayed January 2016...the hotel was ok, but upon checking in they did not tell us the FREE (haha) breakfast was not included in our room price because we got a discount rate. We had to pay $30 for a typical crappy continental breakfast. Then, we were given a pass for the parking gate. Who would have thought that it would cost us $11/day to park....REALLY...I believe the hotel should tell you these charges up front. We could have easily gone to Mc d's for breakfast 1 mile away and we could have parked outside the gated lot for free. Dont waste your time, the casino attached was small and only had table games and about 30 slots.

We stayed here for a few days and are going back next week. It's not luxurious by any means but everything is clean. The pool area could use a little upkeep and tidying. I didn't play at the casino but walked in and checked it out. They were playing holdem on a Thursday evening I believe. If you haven't been to Puerto Rico it's in a good location to see all the island, central so you can check out all sides and see what suits you. Great secure place to stay also if it's your 1st time in Puerto Rico.
