Angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Hamburg. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und freundlich. Leider ist es an manchen Stellen abgewohnt. Hier besteht Handlungsbedarf. Der Fitness Bereich besteht aus zwei Geräten einem Ergometer und einem Crosstrainer. Das Frühstück war schmackhaft und vielfältig.

Wifi didnt work on 2nd floor. Nice and clean room and good location. no aircondition, so I might choose another place to stay in warm days. But everything was okay

The hotel H4 was partly what I was expecting in a 4 Stars hotel. In deed, the coments I read about their breakfast were true; you can order eggs as you wish -I gad fried eggs-. Fruits were frish, they had a variety of them I enjoyed the watermelon the most. Coffee is great, they have an automatic where you can choose your poisson😉 I just need capuccino. Nevertheless in many hotels for breakfast is just filter coffee, so I was pretty surprised there.
Cleaness I have no complains.
Distance, well its is a bit far away but near a shopping mall so if you decide to do some shopping is ideal, as it was not crowed on a weekend as well aa you avoid tourist high pricing.
On the entrace the hotel had a welcoming lemonade that was just a fine touch. I really enjoyed here. Staff is qualified, a bit reserved but friendly.
The only point to complain if you visit in summer is that they do not hace AC, therefore the first night for me which was humid and hot was just awful. So I would suggest, avoid hot summers.

We had apartament 100 E - which was stinking like in barn. We wanted to change - we were told that we have last room. .As my intervention was loud - finally we got proposal to change for small room. AS it was late - we were tired - and our stuff was already unpackaged - we stayed.

Rooms are good however restaurant is not as good. It's my third stay but they only got one order correct. You order one dish but get something different.
Men in English doesn't seem to help. Poor English skills among staff

Nice rooms and very helpful staff, breakfast is good. Very close to everything in Bergedorf. Only downside is that the rooms on the road side can get noisy as it is a busy road.

Fine hotel but be aware, that they might charge you in your local currency to a horrible exchange rate.

Professional, kind and wonderful ambience.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal und sehr gutem Frühstück. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum und die S-Bahn ist ca. 10min Fußweg zu entfernt. Die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum und zum Flughafen ist leider etwas weit.
