the whole hotel was beautiful but the beds were SO uncomfortable! the breakfast was amazing the rooms were pretty

Stayed on the fourth floor and rooms seemed brand new. Lobby was being renovated as well. Pool was clean and overall property seemed well maintained.

At check in our room was not available because of some big maintenence project the hotel was undergoing but we were put in another room for a lesser price because it only had one king sized bed and a sofa bed. I was a bit disappointed by the bed arrangement but I didnt want to have to wait an hour for the original room to be ready. The noises of the workers putting on wallpaper didn't disturb us that much because it stopped around 7pm and we were out most of the day. I liked the lay out of the room though and the fact that there was a sink in the kitchen area. The decor was cute. The breakfast was good. No cookies in the evening though which was very disappointing I come here for the cookies my guy. 😤

Even though they are renevating the hotel it was a great experience. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond even though she was literally the only one on that shift. Brought us a crib for our little one and suggested some good places to eat too. She was running around multi tasking but we still felt well taken care of. Definetly will stay here again!!

The rooms were clean, huge, and really pretty. This Hampton Inn was an amazing place to stay!

Workers here are very friendly. The place was very clean. We stayed for a weekend and my kids had a great time!

UNDER CONSTRUCTION! Our room was right next to the actual ongoing renovations, nothing but a shabby plastic sheet hung from ceiling immediately next to our room. Construction still active at 845PM! The hallway needs cleaning and staff hanging out side of main entrance smoking!!, Terrible first and last impression.

Fourth floor renovations are completed as of late April 2018 and the rooms are looking great. Definitely a much needed update. Front desk staff was wonderful, providing late checkout and room upgrades under the Honors program. Cemetery view was a little different but that's not necessarily bad.. Let them know if you'd rather have a different view. Solid breakfast too!

So impressed with this hotel on all fronts! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was very well stocked and delicious and the staff were by far the friendliest I’ve encountered at any hotel. I’ve traveled extensively and have never left a hotel insisting I need to write a review to brag on the hotel staff. They even got pool toys for my kids to play with in the indoor pool.

The room was clean and cozy. They were accommodating for our infant by proving a crib, fridge, and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the highway and a short drive to downtown.

Spacious, great hot breakfast, friendly staff. I'd stay again! Plus if you love Lucy you will be close to the cemetery where her burial site is.

Clean and fresh rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were soft. The bathrooms were spacious, with plenty of counterspace. The breakfast provided was fresh and tasty. I would make this my first choice if travelling in the area again!

I don't have a ton to say. The staff was friendly, the rooms were in like new condition, the price was cheap. Overall it was exactly what you would want from a hotel.

Hotel was very clean with a friendly staff, breakfast was well stocked. I did like that they had games and crayons on a table in the lobby available for kids, this along with other small touches like a welcoming table with mints and the like made for a friendly atmosphere at the hotel. The only negatives were related to the buttons on the elevator taking multiple presses for them to register and the vent fan light in the bathroom would flicker at times. Overall our stay was very good.

I had won a certificate for a free night in the king jacuzzi room. Check in/out was flawless, the room was well maintained and everything was in place. Not a single complaint here. Everything was perfect.

The room I had was bigger than your typical room with two queen beds which was nice. Also, the breakfast was surprisingly expansive.

This is an unusual review as I did not actually spend the night in the Hampton Inn (although have in the past). I wanted to commend a front desk registrar names Sammy Birch. When my party arrived, Sammy could find no record of my reservation (made through Expedia). I showed her my paperwork and she promptly called the Holiday Inn next door to assure us of a bed for the night. Through conversation, we decided to try and get a refund from Expedia right away and just continue our drive to Toronto. Sammy loaned me her personal cell phone so that I would not
have expensive roaming charges. She was more than kind and helpful to people she really had no need to entertain. They were fully booked and my reservation was not in their system. Further to that, the Expedia person called her and was most insulting to her over the loss of the booking. It was not a problem from the Hampton end of business.
I did not have an address to contact Sammy's supervisor(s), but please
anyone reading this, give a special thank you to this kind young woman. Hampton Inn is very lucky to have her.

No fridge or microwave in room. No handheld showerhead. Absolutely everything else about the place was awesome. A bit overpriced for a place that didn't have those items. Wonderful staff and service though. Comfy beds. Amazing breakfast. Fresh fruit available in lobby all day.

Clean room, friendly staff. Room was quiet with little/no traffic noise. Breakfast was poor even for Hampton Inn standards, but that's not the fault of this location; they get wheat Hilton ships them. Convenient location to the airport.

We stayed at this Inn during the recent I Love Lucy festival in Jamestown. I left a birthday card for my niece at the front desk to be mailed and then remembered after I'd checked out and driven away that I'd forgotten to write in the zip code. Well, my card arrived on time because some sweet young woman behind the front desk had looked up the zip code for me and written it on my card! Not only was the room wonderful and staff friendly, but as you can see, they went above and beyond! Thank you, Hampton Inn & Suites!

We arrived on a Saturday Evening in October. You may want to reserve ahead, of the 71 rooms available, only 5 were left. Very nice room - BIG (mini fridge, wet bar, microwave, etc...).
Very clean and comfortable. Nice Breakfast selection, more than just Doughnuts!

Pool was very small (12' x 20' ish), everything else good to hampton standards.,good cable lineup hbo2 nbcspn
