Very nice hotel located in a quiet location to the north of Copenhagen. Staff is very friendly, and the morning breakfast is very good, even by European standards (I had smoked salmon and fresh squeezed orange juice, among other treats). There is a Marilyn Monroe theme running through the hotel in some places, while in others there is a kind of idealized 1950s theme to the artwork. Actual rooms are decorated in a modern style. Drawbacks: no air conditioning, which might be an issue during hot summer program. Doors use physical keys, and my door lock was pretty finicky. The local area pretty much shuts down at 7-8pm, so late arrivals need to be careful to eat before telling the neighborhood (on-site restaurants appear to serve until 9pm). Approximately 15 minute walk from Hellerup S train station.

Very nice and relaxed atmosphere in this Hellerup hotel. Clean and quiet. The adjoining restaurant is quite nice as well.

The hotel is officially as a 4-star, but I think it's more like a 1- or 2-star one. Overpriced, with literally no amenities inside and yet with lots of small or smaller annoyance.

Pros:
- Helpful and kind staff.
- Nice shared balcony.
- Close to the sea, park, shops, restaurants.
- Electronic safe.

Cons:
- No amenities, i.e.: no swimming pool, no fitness area, no sauna, no spa.
- Broken things around. Want to take an issue in bathroom? The box is broken, so it's going floor every time. Mysterious button in bathroom? When you press it, it's going floor and you see some cables inside the hole.
- When it's warm outside, it is warm outside. No AC.
- When it's cold outside, it is cold inside. Many reviewers agreed on that.
- No fridge. I requested for storage of some food in their fridge – request denied.
- Very expensive food and drinks in "boutique" that are in your room. For example, 0.5L water = 35 DKK (almost 5 EUR). That's a price! It's even more expensive than in airports!
- Thin walls. You can literally hear the room neighbor's moving in a bed.
- Things are not being refilled on every day. I had a two-guests room and things like tea, shower gel were not filled on a next day or even in two days. I spoke to receptionist four times and it didn't help a lot.
- Bathroom is dark, not practical, and old.
- TV is on the office desk and it's difficult to watch anything from bed. And, if TV stays on the desk, it occupies space, so you cannot work with your laptop...
- You cannot plug the kettle in an easy way. You can do it by unplugging and moving TV from the desk or connect it in bathroom...
- When I arrived, the toilet paper roll was almost finished. So, it has been left from previous guests... Tissues - there were only two of them left on my very 1st day. Shower gel – about 30% full.
- Once a day, service left half-empty water in my room. Good I haven’t been charged for that :|
- Lift is small and you need use some force to open it. Good luck if you have more baggage :)
- Some weekends are very loudy because of parties on-going in attached restaurant (which is not a part of hotel company). You can hear the music and feel the bass, even on a 4th floor...

Lovely area and friendly staff, the room is large but is dated and very tired looking. In desperate need of renovation.

Comfortable hotel but a bit old. Good location, close to the beach, next a nice park and a small forest.

Convenient if one works in the area. Great food in the brasserie below, some rooms are super quirky. Best feature is price. Worst feature is the 60’s old fashioned seating type bathtubs that double as “the impossible shower”. Trying to shower is like a comedy show...

A cool and sophisticated hotel in the centre of Hellerup, convenient to all local amenities and just 20 mins from kobenhavn airport. Great staff and superb dining.

Good breakfast. Well maintained. Staff is good and well versed with English. Good location. Decorations at reception is really good.

This is cozy and in a great location. Walking or biking to other sites, shops and restaurants is easy. All the staff is excellent and make you feel at home.

Ok room, but light and water tap need to be fixed and the door lock wasn't easy to lock. But a Lovely breakfast service and good breakfast.

Hotel is comfortable enough with reasonable facilities but the decor is very outdated in the older parts of the building, and I could hear the heating/water pipes loudly through the walls and ceiling.

Globally ok. But a bit overrated for the price. Bathroom and bathtub really small and not really premium. Quite cold in the room (and It’s not only a personal feeling: I heard 3 people complaining about the same at breakfast). And last but not least, 4 Stars, almost 1300 dkk a night and no expresso machine at breakfast and they tell you it’s extra charged if you want one... really ?

Hotellet ligger centralt i Hellerup. Servicen er god. Værelser og komfort er noget slidt. Samlet er det dog et fint sted i forhold til pris og beliggenhed.

Nice hotel, decent pricing. Rooms were a bit creaky, but comfortable beds overall. Never tried the food so can't comment. Location is about 15 minute walk to train station, so that is convenient.

Ok room but the ventilation was not the best so the room become hot and we hade to open the window all the time.

Lovely hotel.

Perfect location, 10 mins north of Copenhagen downtown. Nice park near by for a short run and bigger park up north for a longer run. Very relax and peaceful hotel. Good French cuisine on Ground floor. Good breakfast. Also near high end shopping where no tourist come like downtown citycenter. Love. I wiill go back if I plan to visit Copenhagen again.
