My family and I stayed here during one of the busiest periods and I would definitely give this Hotel more that 5 🌟 if I could.
The staff are extremely professional and friendly, breakfast is top notch, can't fault their dinner. There is one thing you don't want to miss: there's a waffle maker and the waffle is delicious 😋, swimming pool: not too big but we enjoyed ourselves.
I would like to say thank you to all the staff and especially Christian who would never pass by seeing anyone looking lost or worried. He helped a couple of times and there was a particular day he made sure my little one got a highchair though it was obvious he was doing other things.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay, used lovely indoor pool and bubble pool. Staff friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast which was excellent, with a large choice including traditional breakfast, fruit, cereal, pancakes.
We had a desert the night before which was very nice too!
I would definitely recommend. Stayed here whilst visiting Legoland.

A very nice hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Access to the gym and pool facilities are also included at no extra charge, and children are allowed in the bubble pool as long as they are supervised by an adult... not all hotels allow this. The beds were firm, but comfortable, and the room was clean. The en-suite bathroom had a shower with body jets, which the children loved. A good choice of food for breakfast, which is laid out as a self serve buffet. We are already planning to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic. We were staying with Lego holidays and this is the best hotel we've stayed in with this deal. The staff are brilliant with kids and just make the stay so much better. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great. Buffet full English, really fills you up before a long day out. There is everything you could possibly want for breakfast. The waffle maker went down a storm too. Never has my son been so excited for breakfast! We will definitely be back next year.

Have stayed and dined there many times. The place is hard to get into as the entrance is not easy to locate (almost everyone I know had a hard time getting there first time). Rooms are same as most Hiltons, plenty of parking and food is also great. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only time we had a challenge when we hired a conference room (phone / Internet) did not work and it took a lot of time to get resolved but they got it working in the end.

Rooms are clean and comfortable although some decor a little dated. Breakfast was very nice. Family friendly. Has pool which children can use but small and the only family changing room has two locking doors, easy to forget to lock/ unlock leaving exposed to bring walked in on our leaving a family waiting outside for nothing as we were. Overall ok but not amazing.

Pretty nice looking hotel. Nice and airy. Room a little small, but it was advertised as compact. All in all nothing to complain about. Not tried the restaurant, so can't cooment. Staff are polite and helpful. M.

What a waste of money. The food is sub standard and the service is mediocre at best. The rooms are, however, very good with all the amenities a business hotel needs.

Convenient for our needs.

You arrive to what looks like a dump but don't be put off once inside the hotel is modern, clean & staff friendly and helpful.. Room was good nice big comfy bed & all clean. Food at dinner was just ok for us not great but just about edible... Breakfast time was chaotic with a lot of dirty tables that hadn't been cleared & nobody seem to be clearing up.. They was running out of tables for people to sit down because of this but it dosen' t take a genius to solve that problem.. Breakfast food was good plenty of choice.. Only negative is the dirty tables & food at dinner apart from that it was convenient for our 2 day staff & room & staff were nice.

Most conveniently located for all attractions.
Therefore our family's favourite choice in the area. Close to Lego Land, Windsor Castle. Thorpe park, Chesington... Sainsbury supermarket is right next to the hotel with petrol station. If the hotel pool is too small for you then Coral Reef water world is just around the corner and outdoor activity centre as well. Also nothing beats the 'Hilton Breakfast'

Stayed here twice now when visiting Legoland Windsor. Nice double double room with comfy beds which is ideal. Super! breakfast to set you up for the day. The carpark is too dark and there's no clear path to the entrance without walking over grass... They really need to fix this. Will return here again and again.

5

Rooms very nice and clean and its fine for business people but in an isolated area and nowhere to eat apart from in the hotel itself. We were spending a weekend with family and friends so wouldn't recommend it for this type of stay. Next time we'll try Windsor itself. Just a pity there isn't anything in the area itself.

5

The room was tired and dated and tatty. The bed linen was frayed and furniture had chips in it. Wallpaper split and the shower was pathetic. We were on the 4th floor and the room was pokey.

The positives were that the staff were lovely at check in and likewise at breakfast. Breakfast itself was very good with plenty of food. The waffle machine was fun and make a good waffle.

However at £120 for bed and breakfast for 2 this was not good value considering the room quality.

Finally when walking down the stairs, we noticed that the carpet was damp from a leak, which made the stairwell smell.

8

Great customer service from all staff at the Hilton Hotel but the staff at the Spa need training. Most of them were rude and incorrectly charged us, then said they're manager wasn't about. Basing the stars only on the actual hotel itself. Only misusing one star for dust in room and it generally has a very dated look.

We attended the Prestige wedding fayre at the hotel as we are looking to get married next year. The hotel was well presented in the events area and the selection of suppliers was good. They also had a little fashion show for the bridesmaids dresses which we decided to stay for. We went for coffee as we waited for the event and that's when we started to notice that there was not enough seating made available, the floor was quite messy and when ordering our coffees the order was not correct and we were over charged. I don't think that I would ever stay here as it was definitely not up to scratch for Hilton prices but in fairness to this review I'm scoring based on the wedding event which was actually nicely done.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Breakfast was excellent too. Only negative is thin walls and the fact that some areas of hotel look dated. Get a deluxe room if you can.

Large number of children and families due to proximity to theme parks during summer months can be a nuisance for the business traveller. Rooms are of an acceptable standard and staff are pleasant however often issues with charging where staff try to defer you from charging your room in preference of credit card or cash. Very peculiar and highly frustrating.

Breakfast was excellent even if the breakfast room was a too warm and a little chaotic. Rooms touch dated with poor sound proofing. Beds comfortable but very noisy and creaked and groaned with the minutest turn. Clean tidy well staffed hotel and where the furnishings fail the staff excel.

I stayed here on business for 3 nights. The hotel is very presentable. Staff were extremely pleasant and check in was smooth. The Room was clean and a good size. Bed was comfortable. The wifi had a great signal and was fast. The leisure facilities are excellent with a gym which has very modern equipment. A good size swimming pool which is split between family swim area and an adult swim lane. I will be staying here again and bringing the family as they have plenty to entertain the kids with their own play room with a wii console and games. An excellent hotel.

Very good value. Could do with a signpost on the roundabout. Restaurant was good with a great vegan menu. Doesn't have a Jacuzzi as such but more of a bubble pool that is same temp as pool. Massage was good although have to walk though the gym so doesn't feel like a dedicated spa. Very busy with kids.

I had to go to the Hilton in Bracknell for a course.

It was easy to find and there are plenty or free parking spaces which is nice.

The reception staff were very welcoming, plus we had bottles of Hildon still and sparkling water waiting at our tables.

The hotel was busy with a nice atmosphere. I'd recommend it for hosting little events and conferences.

Not good!

"Hot tub" was cold and dirty. Came on a spa / pamper package, treatments were average and facilities more like a tired leisure centre.

Breakfast was v nice however overall everything was overpriced and overstated. (Small soft drink 4.50) dont come here if your looking for a treat or 4 star experience.

I was in room 371 (family room). Room contains hair dryer / mini fridge (empty), iron and board.

The room comfortably takes two king sized beds, a chair and table. Bottle of water left on the table costs £4

Swimming pool was empty, as was jacuzzi and steam rooms.

Bar is expensive.. a Sainsbury's supermarket & garage opposite could save you a few pennies on soft drinks.

Breakfast was a selection of pastries, full English breakfast, waffles and cereals.

This is only my opinion, but it is the correct one!
Stayed here tons of times and it is a average hotel. But last time my room was so cold that I had to sleep with clothes on. Before I went to dinner the I asked the reception to take a look at it, to get it fixed while I am away. Got back to the room later on and nothing has happened, as cold as before. I noticed there was a heater in the room, not even that was connected to the plug... I am actually fine if they cant do anything about it. but just ignore it is very bad.

Extremely positive reception, we had to wait for our room to check-in, but was allowed to check-in earlier. Ordered some food at the bar and did get all the food I paid for. The room is cozy and cold. Grateful for the heater available in the room and good decaf coffee. Pity the water in the room is so expensive. So happy that there is a bath in the double room but lots of maintenance needed in the bathroom. Water is cold for bath was a bummer.

4

Very dated and well past "its best before date", with blood splattered walls, nets and furniture in what can only be described as a very small room, which although is said to have been recently refurbished, leaves a lot to be desired. Cleaning and maintenance could be much improved upon. Breakfast is OK if you have 20 minutes to spare just to be seated. Overall NOT what you would expect from The Hilton Chain. Would NOT stay here again

Had an overnight stay at the hotel as we had a 2 day pass to Legoland. This was our second stay, all the staff were bubbly and friendly, our room was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay here again.
