Certifications

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products
• Use sustainable forestry certified paper

ISO 50001

ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Nice clean rooms. Staff were all professional and nice. Great location just south of old town Grapevine. You could walk there. They do have free shuttle services to places close by. Lobby is nice and you're allowed to hang down there all night.

I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions. The rooms are quiet and clean, the staff with whom I’ve had interactions are all pleasant. I was a bit apprehensive at first due to the proximity to a highway, but from inside the rooms you cannot hear any traffic. In fact, I have not even ever heard people in the adjacent rooms, and I have stayed when the hotel was full. One of the best places to stay near DFW, in my opinion.

Good suburban hotel. Very handy to the airport, close to Grapevine and between Dallas and Fort Worth. Recently built nicely run

The room was nice and clean. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool in the 90 degree weather. The TV was very old and didn't even have a TV guide, you had to go station by station watching a little to find out what was on, plus no streaming options. There's also no free breakfast option, even though the pay breakfast is equal to the free breakfast at many hotels. Overall it was a good stay, but the rooms really need updating.

The staff was friendly, the room seemed pretty clean. The room service was tasty. The refreshments provided by the hotel for my conference were tasty. Unfortunately, the bed is incredibly hard (and I prefer a firm mattress). The mini fridge was buzzing. The walls are not well sound proofed. There was a weird scratching sound most of the night. I travel frequently and don't normally have a problem sleeping in hotels, but this was exceptionally bad.

I travel for work frequently and have stayed at the HGI Grapevine a handful of times now. The hotel is always clean, staff is always friendly, breakfast is always quality, and the beds are on the firmer side which is a huge plus for me. The only thing that stops me from giving a 5 star rating is the limited workout equipment. It's just the standard treadmill, elliptical, bike, and up to 50lb dumbbell set up. Overall, very good Hilton property with great airport and restaurant proximity.

Was very clean except for under the bed. The pool was nice but the heater wasn't turned on so the water was very cold. There was no hot tub. Good to stay at the night before flying out early the next morning.

When staying for work, I judge hotels on:

Cleanliness 3-4 (older property so hard to keep clean)
Internet speed. 4
Shower Pressure/Hot Water 3
Gym Size n/a

1 is awful, 3 is good, and 5 is great. N/a means I did not use.

*4 stars is everything on par, and I reserve 5 stars for something extraordinary that happened during my stay.

Not a bad hotel, overall, and the staff was very nice, but for the nightly price I had expected something a little bit higher level.

The first room we were given smelled horribly of cleaning products & we had to change rooms. Second room was only mildly better. Finally, this is a small complaint but I must say that the coffee available in the lobby during the mornings was quite awful .

My suggestions: stop using harsh room cleaning chemicals and get some better coffee please.

Hotel was pretty nice. Everything was clean and as expected. I used the app to check-in and go straight to my room. Never needed to speak to anyone at the hotel. Although when I would walk through the lobby the young gentleman working the counter would say hello. Overall it was a nice place to stay for a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel but they leave alot to be desired on customer service. Not enough towels in the room and anything extra you needed you had to pay for....... So much for a relaxing cup of coffee before retiring for the evening

Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff very nice and accommodating. Fitness room surprisingly well equipped and nice indoor pool. Breakfast buffet a bit pricey. Great price and location for us. Minutes from DFW airport. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

Nice place, good atmosphere, quiet at night. Nice cozy fire pit outside with chunky furniture.
Room was great except for the bed, which was like a rock, and one of the reasons for 3 stars. Others who stayed here from my company stated their beds were just as bad.

There's a little "pantry" here to buy stuff if you need it but a little pricey. Breakfast is available but too expensive. Can't fault them for making a dollar though.

There are a few restaurants around such as Olive Garden, a sports bar and a few other places but I did not venture out to them.

Excellent staff! Desk clerks were friendly, polite, very helpful. Maid service was excellent and the shuttle guys were fast and courteous.

The main reason for three stars is, for a Hilton, it should have been better. For the $ my company spent, I could have gotten better and probably for less. I'm surprised.

So it's a very nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. They have free wifi and good shuttle service. The beds were way to firm for me as a side sleeper I woke up with back pain every day, and the breakfast was over priced in my opinion.

This hotel is very near the airport and within walking distance to several nice restaurants. The hotel staff was very nice. They provided an airport shuttle, gave me dinner recommendations, and even offered to drive me to a nearby restaurant. The room was clean and updated. All in all it was a very comfortable stay.

The staff was very friendly and the bartender was really great. Just enough conversation and great service. Pillows on point and great AC. Glad we stayed. The location is great too. Restaurants right next door, but try the hotel food first. It is gooooood!

The location was easy to find. The luncheon did not have a vegetarian option, but I'm not sure if that was the fault of my company or the venue. The meeting room was very well appointed, but a little cramped. Again, I'm not sure if that was the fault of my company or not.

The hotel customer service is great. My mom stayed there and doesn't speak English. They are so patient to work with me over phone to get everything sort of, making a miss commute day a little bit easier. Thank you guys and good job! Special thanks to Amber in front desk.

Annabelle and the front desk manager (I'm sorry I forgot his name) were very kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable and breakfast was great. I was running late for the shuttle to the airport and they waited a few minutes for me to get in and I was very grateful for that cause it was a rough morning.

Overall a decent hotel: clean and functional. The bed settings were not as adjustable as you would think considering there was a dial, it was firm with a soft basin to fall into in the center. The outdoor areas were very comfortable.

I cannot tell you how awesome the experience was at this hotel! I lost my phone in their shuttle vehicle, and they were honest enough to not only return it, but drive it up to the airport after they already dropped me off. Everybody that works here is friendly and great, the drivers are awesome and honest!! best experience ever!! This is the only hotel I will stay at when returning to Dallas-Fort Worth!!

Come for the room don't stay for breakfast. Room was outstanding, however their food service team was observed handling ready to eat foods with out gloves I questioned them regarding this and was told she washed her hands first. I stated that TX requires glove use, I was told they do not. For the record they do require glove use and this employee also hand long painted (false) finger nails which they also don't allow. Additionally the employees are required in TX to get a food handler card every 2 years so these individuals actually revived training regarding food safety they just are choosing to ignore the training putting guests at risk for FoodBorne illness.

We stayed here back in July and was not overly impressed. We had a family of four but they only had two towels in our room over the three days. Each time we needed more towels we had to come downstairs and wait in the check-in while people checked in since there was only one person working.

Great, fast service. As long as you have the right info the will get you on your way and sleeping on a very comfortable bed. I also noticed that unlike some hotels they provide higher quality shampoo, soap, coffee and complimentary water.

We enjoyed the king sized jacuzzi suite however the customer service was a bit lacking. First time ever staying at a Hilton and we were given zero details to our stay other than handing over the room key. We did not know the bed was adjustable leading to a terrible night's sleep (or lack there-of), no one explained that breakfast was 10.95 per person (which is pitiful for what is generally a free continental breakfast and should be included in the price given what you pay to stay here), bar closed very early (no posted hours or anyone offering operating hours), no confirmation email or call was sent (I ended up calling the day of to ensure we were booked and to ask what check-in time was since we had no email confirmation), etc - just a few examples of information that should have been provided before or at least when we checked in. I did voice my concerns to the front desk about the bed issue (self adjusting beds in each room but only one tiny sign by the front desk to explain that?) and was given a free voucher for breakfast. Not exactly what I expected given the total lack of customer service upfront. Overall, the room was great but not sure I would stay here again.

My team and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a dance retail expo nearby. I cannot say enough about the staff! The front desk, Jeffery and Henry went above and beyond to make sure that our time in Grapevine was enjoyable and that our stay was lovely. Fabian, Pablo and the rest of the shuttle staff was prompt, attentive and very helpful driving us around town on time and at all hours. The rooms were large and very clean. All in all a wonderful stay! We will not hesitate to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn next time we are in town.
