Stayed for a night on the day of Arafat....the first room I got was not a 5 star standard by any means....complained about it and instantly received an upgrade for a beautiful suite with the views seen in the pics attached to this review..... it was nice, clean and comfortable....the food was awesome...

Very close to Haram. Good staff. A drawback is that due to dual layered windows, you cannot hear the Adaan despite being too close.

Very convenient and cozy room. Walking distance to masjid al-haram but you have to cross a main road, maybe not so suitable for elderly or disabled people to get there. This is the only setback which gives my 4-star rating.

I went during ramadhan it has marvellous menu for sehri and iftar.

Taxis are easily reachable outside the hotel main entrance or through another entrance towards haram.

All in all, it is worth the riyal spent especially during blessed month. Highly recommended!

I attended a celebration meeting there, the interior design is amazing the audio and video setup was great, the food was average. The location is looking at haram but the bus took 45 minutes to reach there , I guess it's a problem for big vehicles due to traffic restrictions in haram area

Superb service but the location though close to Masjid Al Haram is across a three lane road with buses and taxis dropping and picking up loads of passengers. Shuttle services available 24/7 but you still need to cross the busy road. Otherwise the very high class decor and always smelling like a bouquet of flower will provide a truly 5-Star experience.

Best one i got for less price. 3mins away from haram and it was visible from my room window. Good breakfast and very clean hotel. Receptionist were also good.

This hotel looks nice. Its location is very bad. Room cleaning is very bad and unwilling. I had to call get my room cleaned. Breakfast is very simple. croissant can not be called croissant.

The room maintenance is not good. Wash basin mirror lights burnt out. Side mirror lights not working. The weight scale battery run out and not replaced. This stay is bad experience for me. Not good management follow up systems.

The service is very friendly, but they lied about the view!! Also their rooms are not extremely clean. The breakfast is everything I love it.

Great hotel, the location is good too pretty close to the holy mosque although the distance between the hotel and mosque is short it is a bit steep and maybe a bit tiring for older people, but they provide shuttle service which is great. Rooms are nice and spacious, housecleaning need to make sure to clean properly, the rooms we got weren't cleaned thoroughly enough (had dust and bits on the floor) and the bathrooms were dusty and not properly clean. Room service was very bad. Staff are pretty friendly. WiFi was very fast.

I have stayed there with family when I visited Makkah for Umrah. Hotel is a bit far from Haram and have to walk of steep hill.
The rooms a excellent and my kids loved the atmosphere. The cleaning was also excellent. The rooms service was also good.
Breakfast was enjoyable but a bit costly. Staff speaks English and it makes the communication possible.

Big hotel - nice rooms and breakfast with excellent service and views. However the hotel is a bit far walk on a steep hill but the shuttle service is great. Due to the big size of the hotel it’s a bit of a walk from your room to the elevators and lobby for shuttle. Amazing front reception staff - all bilingual and fluently in English with warm smile and welcome.

This is a beautiful hotel..they have a very pleasant and accommodating staff..had an excellent experience when I arrived with my family..will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to try booking a room here.

Brilliant, excellent breakfast options, nice staff with daily freshly made beds. Soft carpet and nice fridge. With Salah speaker in the room it was a really cool experience. Regular bus to the grand mosque .

Beautiful hotel to stay at. Close to Haram. Walking distance but also has a 24 hour shuttle service. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast bouquet. Waiters were fantastic, always enquiring if you need anything and bringing it for you. Altogether a memorable experience. Will definitely stay here again.

Very good and modern hotel. Rooms were really nice n spacious. Management is good. Cleanliness and maintenance needs a bit more improvement. Breakfast should be offered free as a package of the deal without making deals more expensive. Loved the shuttle service.

Very good welcoming staff and good comfy rooms and very near(less than 5 min walk) from the holy mosque

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. I had a fantastic view of the clock tower and part of the mosque; quite something especially at night with all the lights. All staff were awesome, from concierge to chef to housekeepers. All were very polite and adhere to your every whim. Room service was good, food takes about 30 mins to arrive and it was of good quality. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. They have a large selection with adequate variation, hot and cold items available.

Most importantly, hotel is extremely close to the mosque. Quite literally 250m away from the back exit of the hotel. They offer free shuttle service throughtout the day, but for all able bodied people, it's silly to take up the shuttle than walking it. Hotel had a gym which can be accessed 24hrs, an amenity which I wanted to use but did not have the time for at all.

All in all, it was a fantastic experience and would most definitely visit again.

Seeing the outside of Hilton itself looks stunning as well as the architecture that looks amazing. Inside the staff are really friendly and has great accommodation. The views are also really cool and with this the act that it’s right near the Al-haram gives anyone staying there a great advantage to go to the haram quick and easy because it is literally outside it making it a splendid hotel.

Exceptionally polite staff, very accommodating. Nice cosy rooms and near to haram. For those who are new to the place it has two parking one at the back cost 50riyal for 10 hr(you well get charged for 10 even if you have parked for 6 hrs) and one at basement for 25 riyal an hour. So if you are taking your car this can get costly.

We stayed at the Hilton convention for 5 days.
It has been an amazing experience. It was more than what we expected! Just by entering into the hotel you could smell the fragrant oudh! The atmosphere was very welcoming! The rooms were big and the view to the haram was extraordinary. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

Room was good. Staff was also good. Near to Haram but still one might have to take shuttle of the hotel to get to the ground of Haram. One who doesn't want to walk should book others which are even more closer.
Paid extra for early arriving which sounded little rude.

Nice Hotel, nice breakfast buffet, nice staff in all hotel restaurants , but there are some comments on the ladies answering on the calls that when I call to send me the golf Car to pick up my family from the pickup point they give me excuse that the car under maintenance although when we arrived the hotel we found that 3 cars are working and going to drop some guest, may be she didn't like my voice. The hotel should make the golf cars work continuously to at least one car be there in the pick up point which near to almasjid alharam.

I booked at Hilton Makkah Convention from 13th till 15th June for Ummrah in the holly month of Ramadan. It's a brand new hotel that we enjoyed our luxury stay in. It's very close to 'Haram', took us about 5 mins walking directly to the gate of Malik Fahid.
I booked the hotel and requested for early check-in and late checkout as well... I received agreement that they approved my early check-in request. I reached Makkah at 5:00 am.
A gentle man at the reception area promised that the room will be available by 7:00 am I went for Umrrah and kept my bags in the hotel and came back by almost 9:00 am and a gentle man Mr. Yousif Algamdi was so helpful and managed our registration in a very quick and helpful way I really would like to thank him. While asking about our check-out I delt with Mr. Abdulbari Khoundanah who also was so helpful and confirmed my late checkout.
Visitors to this hotel will feel how humble and helpful are all staff starting from the reception to the house keeping and in should say thank you to Moh'd faisal 🤗. I had tge room with breakfast... which i was given the option to either take it as Iftar or Sahoor, food was so good with all varieties.I recommend this hotel and definitely will be the place that I will always book once I come to Ummrah.

New, clean, specious rooms in comparison with Abraj Albait. My stay were during Ramadan 2017 the hotel is close to AlHaram at the same time far from the crowed. Bin dawood supermarket is few minutes walk.
The drawbacks:
Ramadan breakfast is not included in the room price (250 Riyal per person per night)
Not recommended for those needs wheel chair because of the constructions around the hotel.
they don't provide garbage baskets inside the rooms!! people putting their garbage outside in the corridors which weren't decent for 5 star hotel.

The Hotel new and stunning! HOWEVER...
*Service still has some teething issues.
*Close to Haram BUT Visited with an elderly person who needs a wheelchair to visit the Haram or over medium distances. Unfortunately the access to Haram is difficult for wheelchairs, on hill, through the construction site access, and across traffic.
Would NOT recommend for people who are not very mobile.
*Also only 2 months old (arrived on Official Opening day) so no shops or facilities in building as yet, so have to head to adjacent buildings (through construction access) to shops.
I expect that in future (1-2 years) when the external Haram access is complete it will be brilliant but for now, unless you fit and mobile I would consider alternatives despite the better price options.

Very nice rooms. But the services like Wi-Fi and concierge need to be improved.

فندق راقي جد لا من حيث الخدمات ولا تعامل الموظفين ولا النظافة فندق هيلتون للمؤتمرات يستحق الزيارة فيه بوفيه افطار متنوع وراقي قريب جدا من الحرم فيه ست مصاعد مما يخفف الزحمة استجابة موظفي الفندق واهتمامهم بطلبك عيوبه : عيبه الوحيد انه عندما تخرج (احيانا) من غرفتك تجد رائحة التدخين تعبق وليس هناك تهوية او مراوح اخراج الرائحة لكن روائح المصعد منعشة ☺️
