Certifications

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products
• Use sustainable forestry certified paper

Green Key Eco-Rating Program 4

With more than 1,200 hotels certified in Canada since its inception in the 1990s, the Green Key Eco-Rating Program awards hotels an environmental rating of one to five Green Keys. Green Key members are then given guidance on how to "unlock" opportunities to reduce operating costs and environmental impacts - and in turn earn more keys.

The Green Key audit looks at nine major areas of sustainable hotel operations:
• Energy conservation
• Water conservation
• Solid waste management
• Hazardous waste management
• Indoor air quality
• Community outreach
• Building infrastructure
• Land use
• Environmental management

ISO 50001

ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Nice hotel. The staff is incredible. The food is fantastic but expensive. Breakfast alone is about $24.00 before tip.

Bathroom could use some work. Shower tap keeps falling off and tub has rust. Everything else is 👌

In the words of my 7 year old "I want to move in and live here! They bring us everything!" They met our every expectation with their "Childrens Stay, Eat, Play" package. SO-MUCH-VALUE. The pool, the gift bag for each child complete with their favorite new stuffy and other fun items + plus large portions in the restaurant. The turn down service with milk and cookies was such a great treat. The highlight! Thanks for having our family! We'll be back!

We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights. The first night was our "stay in" night after a very long day of driving. We Cooled in the pool and relaxed in the room with TV and room service. The hotel staff was very helpful and was fun to talk and laugh with. The room was comfortable and clean, and the balcony was a nice plus. But By the next day the first shower was made and with that a room with moisture. With the heat outside and what little cooling we had in the room, that moisture settled on our sheets and pillows, and that's pretty much how it was for the last 2 nights. We looked and never found any vent for the bathroom, but I suggest getting one installed or making the one I couldn't find work better, or these rooms will be musty in no time.

Average Hotel for business travelers.

The restaurant has Good service and good food as well.
Rooms are standard size, most of them with balcony view to the Mississauga Rd or Argentina Rd. Bathrooms are small.
The hotel is located at 15 minutes to the airport, which gives it a very good location near to the industrial area.
It is also located in a very busy road, therefore in the nights you hear all the Highway noises.
Walls are very thin. If you are close to the elevator you will hear all the movements, as well as the movements form the other rooms.
In general, is an average hotel if you are only spending the nights there.

Recommendation, request a room facing the Argentina Rd. and away from the elevators.

The rooms are nice and relatively modern. The desk comes equipped with a number of cables for all of your computer or multimedia needs. Hotel staff are polite and easy to work with.

...on the downside, the hotel bar and restaurant has gone down in quality and up in price in recent years. The change has been noticeable since the switch from the Delta to the Hilton branding. At least one elevator in the south tower always seems to be out of commission, which can lead to a long wait during even moderate activity at the hotel. And finally, during my most recent stay, the bed linens were stained and it looks as though the comforter hadn't been washed in awhile.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times, and never had any major issues before, so the rating is given with that in mind in the hopes that this most recent stay was a one off.

Standard pleasant Hilton experience. Site is nice, bit old but nothing damaged or busted. Rooms are normal comfort and the meadowvale has a lot of places to walk around. There is an outdoor pool and patio a lot of people miss, rarely see anyone outside.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff want to go out their way to keep the customers happy. After I checked in, the access cards to my room weren't working. After I had to go back to the counter, they offered me a free fridge for my room (usually $20 per night). One thing I did not appreciate though is having to pay for parking ($16 per night). If this hotel was located downtown, then fine, but it's in western Mississauga! It's an additional money grab that they did not reveal to me until I arrived at the hotel.

Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale is located about a 20 minute drive from the airport and just off the motorway making it easy to access. The hotel has two towers and a common base with the lobby, restaurants, bars and a health club. There are plenty of parking around the hotel at $16 a night as well as valet parking. There are several restaurants in the area if you fancy eating out. The rooms are average size but they all have a good view over the surrounding area with small balconies. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are well planned with modern furniture and amenities. The health club is huge and has both a pool and a good gym. Overall a good hotel which would be great if they added an executive lounge as well.

Clean large and comfortable room however I had 2 issues with the hotel. First is they don't provide water bottles... I got in my hotel at 11pm expecting water bottles ready for me and surprise, none are found. Reception says they don't provide water bottles. I had to ask multiple times and insist for them to provide it to me. Second, the shower drains doesn't function properly while I was showering. Water went up above my ankles while showering quickly for 5min... I removed 1 star for each issue, otherwise everything is great.

The hotel was clean and the room was a good size. The staff was friendly and helpful. They only things I did not like was the fact that it said all rooms have a balcony but mine was basically a sliding door with a ledge barely big enough to step out on. I did like that the hotel was completely smoking free and the indoor pool even has a waterslide. Overall a very nice please to stay.

Hotel reception area small. Overall appearance was nice and clean. Friendly greeting by desk staff. Was attending a conference. Room was in lower level / basement. For a conference room should have been bigger and have more than just one and larger projection screen to accomdate people at the back. Food was normal nothing elaborate.

I spent three nights there a few days ago. Staff friendly and useful. Everything clean. Food good. Elevators work. Exercise centre big with plenty of machines although TVs did not work. The big blue slide in the pool seems to be a lot of fun for kids, although opening hours need to be checked. A few issues: the heating in the room is quite loud. Also, the curtains do not have overlap when they close, which means there is always a slit of light in the morning, which is regrettable.
I was at the meeting centre for business meetings and everything was OK there also.

Went for big fitness conference. Lots of clean, modern rooms, friendly hotel staff. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are great. Washrooms have selfie-perfect light mirrors (my friend said... She loves taking selfies). Would go back for sure. Great buffet morning breakfast in dining. Starbucks available but lineup was huge and couldn't handle the crowd of people who wanted coffee at the conference. Maybe when there's conferences, have extra staff? Coffee would've been great.

I was only here for a conference, but the rooms were neat, the food was well prepared and tasty. The staff here were very helpful, and quite courteous. It was a good experience and I would go back. Great location too, being just off the highway and close to great restaurants.

Easy to find and great location close to the hwy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious and bright with great special touches such as the tray and mirror at the entrance, the coat hooks and the shelves next to the mirror in the bathroom. The conference room was easy to find and set up with enough room to walk around the tables.

A beautiful hotel! The pool is fantastic - all the kids loved the water slide.

However, the pool attendant was not watching the children on the slide and the rate they were coming down, which resulted in a pile up of kids at the bottom of the slide. This is extremely dangerous, and the uncaring staff forced the children to not be allowed on the slide anymore. Also - the staff at this hotel tell you nothing. We had no idea how or where to park, parking availability was non existent - our large truck didn't have proper spacing to park, and the price for parking is ridiculous. Especially when the restaurant in the same lots gives free parking.

I attended a professional event at this Hilton location. One of the main rooms was rented so that we could have our holiday event here. So, my experience is only limited to the main floor and this particular room. Overall I found this hotel well-maintained, clean and when I ask for directions to staff was very helpful. The room is nicely decorated and spacious. Definitely a good place for others to hold their own corporate events.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last few years for business functions. The conference facilities are always clean and ready to use. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Guest rooms are well kept and comfortable. The service at the restaurant/bar could definitely be improved, as the service can be quite slow, however the food is very well done.

Great place to stay! Has everything you need. The restaurant where you get your complimentary breakfast is outstanding. Great service and selection. There is a coffee bar that serves Starbucks and Beth is there every week day morning with a smile! The hotel is spacious and very clean. Nearby great restaurants and shopping. Staff is freindly and helpful. We have stayed here a few times and definitely will be back!

Amazing customer service and the team is very accommodating. Not only do they make you feel at home, they also work with you to ensure your stay is the best.

Even though we didn't need it, the front desk offered a late check out at no additional charges. It's customer service like this that separates the Hilton beyond the rest.

This is an hotel that is top notch. The staff are very kind and thoughtful. If someone is new to the building, (it's not on the small size) They would be only too happy to help them navigate to their destination. And with a smile to boot! Also the culinary skills from the wonderful chefs are not to be missed!

Read the booking carefully, parking is provided at a charge! customer service is something the management needs to work on! My husband went in there and one of the receptions called him to the desk, didn't even properly listen to what we had to say and in the midst of my husband asking a question, the guy just walked away and started doing something else! Other than that, overall the upkeep of the hotel was spot on! We had a King bed and a room with a view - and it really did look amazing during sunset hours but the overall size of the room was also great! Overall, I would recommend this hotel :)

I'm frequently at this hotel in town for work. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are as nicely appointed but not super luxurious, with a great desk area for working. Food at the onsite restaurant is good as well if a bit pricey. There is a Chop in the parking lot which is a decent place for steaks.

Good, it's a nice looking hotel. Doesn't live up to the look of what I would expect from the famous Hilton name, but I didn't stay in any of the rooms only used the conference rooms. Exceptional food provided though, it was amazing. And it's very clean and pleasant.

When we got to the hotel we were very late. Things got mixed up and we had two beds instead of one. They fixed it and gave us a wonderful room that was even nicer than the one we had. Nice hotel. The kids enjoyed the pools, but were disappointed that the awesome water slide was not open for very long.
The elevators were slow - when they were functioning.

Friendly staff from desk to housekeeping. Extremely comfortable beds, pillows and duvets. Very clean room, well renovated bathrooms. Close to many amenities and near the highways. Chop steakhouse in the same parking lot, great for dinner. Only complaint was the room phones are very dated and not clear on how to use to reach front desk staff - none of the "programmed" buttons connected to anyone. Please replace the phones with more updated models, this is the only thing wrong with the room!! Everything else was just perfect, we will stay there again for sure.

The gym here is by far the best of any hotel I've been to in North America. It is a private gym attached to the hotel with tennis and squash courts, and non-guests do have memberships. The hotel was recently bought by Hilton and could use some renovations. The hotel is physically larger than what you would expect in a city like Mississauga. The south tower is older but they appear to have balconies that are twice the size of the North tower. I think all rooms have balconies. The water system needs some updating as the shower temperature varies by several degrees continuously. The towel racks attached to the front of the sinks need to be moved as they prevent you from getting close to the sink/mirror. There is no executive lounge at this hotel. I did notice a gold/diamond reception in the lobby with free beers from 530-645, but I wasn't made aware of that upon check-in. Diamond members (and possibly gold?) get free continental breakfast and hot breakfast is a five dollar upcharge. Normal price for hot breakfast is $21+. Scrambled eggs are made from powder so you don't really get what you pay for. As diamond member, I would have expected an upgrade in such a large hotel that is obviously not filled to capacity - I have a low floor in the old tower and was told I was lucky that they would waive the $25 early-hour check-in fee. I would have preferred to stash my bag and get an upgrade. Give this hotel a few years to work out the kinks and they will be deserving of 5 google stars.

Attended a business offsite there on May 24 and 25. Requested vegan option for lunch on both days. Wasn't too hopeful about what I would receive based on experiences at other hotels but I can honestly say the lunches I was served were not only appropriate but well-balanced (not just veggies!) and seriously delicious. My thanks to the chef for a wonderful dining experience!

I attended a conference held in the Graydon room. It was nice to see that the hotel had redone their lobby which looked quite chic and modern but it's pretty clear that the hallways and the meeting rooms hadn't gotten the same refresh. But as always the bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh, the food was fantastic and the audio in the rooms was decent. I especially liked the new add of the microphone soft box. I found that it added an extra social element to our working groups to have it tossed around.

We attended a banquet at this hotel and decided to stay for two nights. From the service at the banquet right until we checked out everything was incredible. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We have never felt so at home at any other hotel we've stayed at! The pool was very warm and the hot tub is big enough to fit 15 people easily. Our bed and pillows were beyond comfortable, we didn't want to leave it! We had the buffet breakfast and it was awesome. We also went down to the in hotel restaurant for dinner. We sat at the bar and our server was great! I had the hamburger and hubby had the steaming seafood bowl (can't remember the name). The portions are hefty and the food was delicious. All said and done we were extremely happy with our visit. We will definitely be coming back to stay again, even without having a reason for doing so.

Hilton took over the property from Delta recently and renovated the lobby and guest rooms so they're still fresh (as of March 2017). We stayed on the top floor of the South Tower which is the older of the two buildings. The elevators needed work as there was quite a bit of noise from the rails and cables (you can hear it from the rooms but not unbearable). The decor is typical of Delta with very little storage space (on drawer only). The water slide ("Big Blue") which I'd consider the main attraction of the facilities. Check the operating hours as it is only open when the two (!!) lifeguards are on duty. A three-storey indoor waterslide is the best thing on this side of Great Wolf Lodge without the massive crowds. There were a few rude kids cutting in line but says more about the parents than the hotel. Adults are also welcomed on the slide (as long as you're taller than 48"). I'd definitely return if I am in the area again.

I Stayed here for a week during a work trip and was very pleased with my experience. The staff was very helpful and cheery and were always offering to lend a helping hand. We held a meeting at this location in one of the smaller meeting rooms and were served lunch and dinner. The meeting room was comfortable with temperature control. The food was exceptional! Everything was fresh and flavorful. Restroom facilities were clean. Highly recommned this location to host a meeting.

The rooms were clean, but the beds were a bit hard and the pillows had no support, the hotel looked dated (except for the lobby) and the faucet was also loose and would slowly fall into the cold zone which required you to continuously push the faucet lever back into the "hot" zone. Also no free parking. Overall the stay was average but with a name like Hilton behind it and a nightly cost of 150$/ per night I was expecting more quality. I've been to hotels below 100$ a night and were well worth double what I paid. Would not be returning to this hotel again.

Great location to host a large conference because it has multiple rooms of various sizes, capable of hosting a large conference all the way to small meetings. The rooms are great and have been recently updated. The restaurant serves pretty good food, although it is slightly expensive given the quality (typical of most hotel restaurants). A short drive down the road will take you to various restaurants (fast and otherwise), as well as the LCBO. The pool and water slide are great for kids, and adults will enjoy the hot tub. The restaurant staff, desk staff, and the staff that provide lunches for meetings are all warm, friendly, and extremely helpful.

Would give it five stars if only the wifi worked. Poor signal and dismal connection speeds when I did connect. Tried with 3 different devices and consistent in slow slow slow speeds. Breakfast buffet is pricey but oh so worth it. Excellent options and well done with higher quality food materials than I've seen in many hotels.

Stayed here during NBA games - Cavs VS Raptors. Hotel easily accessible as near highway 401 / 407. Rooms are have been renovated recently so have modern furniture however do not have in room fridge. Kids will love the pool area due to indoor water slides. The hotel bar despite being is extremely busy have very attentive staff. Front desk staff are multi lingual. Outdoor steak house (Chop) is delightful. Pay parking in place unless you are hotel guest. Would have given this place 5 stars however 4 cars with American plates were broken into in the parking lot during our stay. There are no security cameras in the parking lot.

Great place.
Staffing was super nice to me and my daughter.
Rooms and hotel clean
Fun water slide for kids.

Only thing is I wish the king delxue room came with. Fridge and microwave wave, also I wish I would have known about paying for parking a head of time.
Over all 10/10 experience

Room was good. I slept fine. The bar downstairs is pretty good. Good way to kill time between events. Everyone is friendly.

great hotel with warm reception and good service, minor issues were resolved very nicely.
with waterboiler and pad coffee in room, plus Starbucks coffees available across the small integrated store. parking is for a fee, but overall it's a good deal.
complimentary use of the neat club gym and large indoor pool, water is a bit warmer than one would expect.
steakhouse seems recently established on the premises, haven't tried.

Really nice on the phone when i booked a room! The lady asked me if i had any special requests and i told her me and my girlfriend were celebrating our 2 year mark of dating. I asked for a not saying happy anniversary and they said a really cute note and left complimentary chocolate covered strawberries which were the best we have ever have. They also have a radio in the room with an auxillary cable for music on your phone. Overall really nice hotel!
