Certifications

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products
• Use sustainable forestry certified paper

Green Key Eco-Rating Program 3

With more than 1,200 hotels certified in Canada since its inception in the 1990s, the Green Key Eco-Rating Program awards hotels an environmental rating of one to five Green Keys. Green Key members are then given guidance on how to "unlock" opportunities to reduce operating costs and environmental impacts - and in turn earn more keys.

The Green Key audit looks at nine major areas of sustainable hotel operations:
• Energy conservation
• Water conservation
• Solid waste management
• Hazardous waste management
• Indoor air quality
• Community outreach
• Building infrastructure
• Land use
• Environmental management

ISO 50001

ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

We checked in around midnight from a day of long driving. Meghan (I hope I spelled your name right) who was working night Audit was absolutely awesome! She was funny and sweet and found us a room with the most beautiful view of the falls! Thank you for the laughs and for all the help!! Also the check out lady in the morning Jackie was super sweet with a wonderful kind smile that made the morning super peaceful! Thank you Hilton for your wonderful employees! THE NIGHTLY CLEANING CREW;FANTASTIC! (Organized, very meticulous and extremely generous!) The Hilton is a place my partner and I always come stay when we come to Niagara falls (quiet often), they have renovated a lot. The lobby is massive and spacious so no worries of people not social distancing! Very impressed!

Thought it would be a wonderful surprise to bring my wife for Mother’s Day. When we arrived with our kids, we were blown away with the view and how spacious our suite was! Everything was amazing, until I had to clean the drain out for the sinks to drain. 😩🤢
For a “5 star” hotel, they will need to up their game before they get 5 stars from me.

The room is so beautiful and clean! With an amazing view! The bathtub has jets! And the bed is huge. Very spacious and comfortable. Perfect for a couple.

This hotel is in such a beautiful location. Our suite was overlooking the waterfalls and we were able to see fireworks over the falls at night. My complaints were the overpricing on certain things and the staff. For example, parking was an additional $50 each day even as a hotel guest. The staff were also unpleasant and had a forced/fake sincerity. The hotel itself is nice, but you may be able to find better accommodations elsewhere.

Found an uneaten sandwich behind the couch. Got complimentary breakfasts for my 2-night-stay for such sight. Booked the hotel on expedia and upon check out the price the hotel tried to charge me was more than when I booked. Turns out the Tourism Improvement Fee was added. Had to argue the fee, which they took off.

Would have preferred not to have found that sandwich or having to argue that fee, which is suppose to be optional, whereas the hotel insisted it was mandatory. Only after I showed them my reservation confirmation where this fee did not appear, they took it off, but still under "Room allowance credit". For a hotel of such status the only thing that made up for those was the amazing view.

Without those incidents I give the hotel 5 stars - they handled my (I believe justified) caprice very well. So 4 stars overall.

I invited a couple of foreign guests to the penthouse suite. The full size window from the floor to the ceiling rendered a mesmerizing night view of the falls. The stunning view was unforgettable.

The restaurant atmosphere was fantastic. The food was Michelin quality. With a clear bottom helicopter ride over the falls added, this three day trip was one of the top ventures I thoroughly enjoyed.

Love the hotel. I like the fact that there is so much adjoining as well. When the pool is open it’s fantastic for the kids. Rooms are set up very nice. HOWEVER, things have been going downhill. This stay room was gross. Ac wasn’t working, pool was closed and four points was allowing guests in theirs but I actually got sick from lack of ventilation in the pool area. We had a fridge but no microwave. Elevators were all frozen at one point as well. I’m not sure why standards have gone down drastically.

Very large hotel. We stayed in a suite. The view of the falls was amazing. No microwave in the room which was odd since they had a fridge. The bathroom was very nice. Had a large whirlpool tub and separate toilet/shower area. The restaurants and store were very nice if pricey, but that's to be expected for a Hilton and the area itself, which is definitely a tourist trap. Easy access to the casino which was a 2 minute walk across the street. Overall had a great time and would recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel. Nice rooms. Booked an expensive suite for views but the casino is an obstacle and it’s far from the falls. Better go for a cheaper hotel in downtown and go to the fall view point for best views. I feel staff can be more friendly and treat guests as they are not just dollars bill. Next time I’m not spending money for a top floor for no reason.

The room and the hotel was very nice and clean. Nice updated features. We paid extra for a better view and were not disappointed. We were told there was 20 dollar off sight parking but in arrival told it was full and had to pay 45 for valet. When leaving we had to wait 50 minutes for our car and another couple had been waiting for an hour and a half and were told they couldn't find their car. Felt the 45 for forced valet was pretty ridiculous.

My husband and I made a reservation for a room with jacuzzi tub on Friday for that evening. The very kind staff upgraded our room to a presidential suite. We also ate dinner at The Watermark, the restaurant at the hotel, overlooking the Falls. The food, drinks and service were fantastic. Every evening at 10pm there are fireworks that you can watch that add to the excitement of the dinner. We will definitely be returning to this hotel sometime in the near future. We highly recommend if you have never been to Niagara Falls, or if you have been and are looking for a new great experience!

Overall, great! Views were stunning and I'm sure got better the farther up you go. Staff was always very friendly and professional. A few things kept it from getting five stars in my mind. North tower elevators need an upgrade, they were very slow to arrive and have no way to see where they are. The double bedroom suite needs a darker shade separating the bathroom from the master bedroom, too much light gets through. Amenities were spectacular!

I recently booked the USA/Canada Fallsview two bedroom at Hilton. The room was very clean, spacious for two or more travellers especially children. I received several text asking me if I needed anything which was great! I would have give Hilton five stars if they would provide complimentary water (long drive & hot summer month). Also, consider adding more soaps, mouthwash, lotions and such instead of just one of each considering the room sleeps up to six guess and four of us checked in. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. Just to add, parking is NOT FREE! be prepared to pay $20-$40 per day. If you order food from the restaurant to bring back to your room and you want a refund, it will go on your credit card if you pay by debit. Cash they will refund right away.

Would definitely stay again! Glad we have selected this hotel over others, because after location and the price. Booked 2 bedrooms and it was perfect. Our room has a perfect view! The house cleaning lady was extremely nice and kind. It was a great experience staying there.

Beautiful room in a very nice hotel. However. I had a problem with the HVAC in the room. Stayed for 4 nights and temperature in the room stayed at a steady 24 degrees Centigrade (75 degrees Fahrenheit). Several calls to maintenance could not resolve the problem. Fortunately the outside temperatures were cool for this time of June. I would have preferred 70 degrees F. I was lucky there was no heatwave. Also, TV did not work until evening of the second night of our stay. Hotel service was good. A credit was given for our inconvenience.

Absolutely amazing. Any other hotel that claims to have falls views will not compete with what the Hilton has to offer. Their rooms with a view and their jetted tubs are 100% worth it. Extremely comfortable beds and pristine conditions (even with construction). Book it now. NOW. Also, check groupon for good deals too!

Out of the two bookings, I had cancelled one of the stays and was charged 100% cancellation fee and had to explain that they had said I wouldn't be charged. After explaining the circumstances they eventually agreed to credit my account back.
My other stay was comfortable and convenient as I was attending a conference. I was within walking distance to the conference and the Falls. Everything was close and I could evwn see the falls from behind the Casino. The room was fairly clean although I had to ask the floor matron to refresh the bedding which had a stain on it. They were very apologetic and otherwise it was very clean and comfortable. The shower was especially great. A new part of the hotel was being built and they did a great job of keeping that discrete - and I think that promises to make a future visit even better.

This was our first trip to the falls and we paid a little extra for a room with a view, totally worth it. We could see the American falls from the floor to ceiling windows and the kids loved it, and I did too. We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite which was large, clean and comfortable, although a bit dated. The hotel was also under construction which was a bit of a pain. It's well located, with easy access. I'd recommend this place if you can afford the room with the view.

Nice hotel located close to the falls. A closed in pedestrian bridge attaches to the casino. Don't recommend the 'compact king bed ' room, unless you don't mind a small room and a lousy view. Other rooms are larger and offer better views, however. Attached parking garage, for a fee. Friendly staff.

The front desk was easy to find and clean. Friendly knowledgeable staff members on site. When checking in they filled me in on any extra charges where applicable. We received a complimentary upgrade to a studio suite. The room was spacious, my guess is 600+ sq.ft. for 2 guests. The Whirlpool tub was great. Room service was decent. View was great, could see the casino and the falls in the background. For its price, it was very reasonable for a 4star hotel and vs other hotels in area. Will go back again for sure.

This was my destination for a March road trip to attend a concert. Our room was very nice with what Hilton calls a "City View". I was surprised at how busy the hotel was because I consider the month of March to be off season. My wife and I were very pleased with the hotel and staff. We also enjoyed the location of this hotel because it is right across the street from the Niagara Fallsview Casino. They have a covered walkway on the second level that provides a short walk to the casino without going outside. Be prepared to pay for parking at the hotel or the casino. I recommend this hotel and the location was ideal for exploring the area.

My wife and I stayed on the 29th floor, Falls side. Amazing views! Beautifully clean and modern room. Our room had a jacuzzi in the bathroom, which was very nice. The restaurants on site are top notch, yet not overly expensive. Gift shops, ATM, sandwich shop (including Starbucks). The parking garage is very small, yet under construction so it is understandable. Every single member of the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. This was the best stay I have had at hotel in my entire life! (I am 42 years old). When my family and I return to Niagara Falls, the only place we will stay is the Hilton!

Good location. Room was good. Disappointed that the pool was being renovated as that was not disclosed upon booking or check in. Even when we asked what time the pool closed at check in they didn't even mention that we would have to use the pool next door at 4 points by Sheridan. Otherwise stay was nice. We love going to brasa when we go. Breakfast buffet was good too.

Was only here for the restaurant, and I was very pleased. Great view, and the food quality was excellent. $55 gets you a 3 course meal(add $10 for 5), and their selections are great. Worth a try. Make reservations.

The room and the view was excellent. We were on the 28th floor and could see the Canadian side of the falls. In the evening we went to the Spicy lounge in the hotel and had some apps and drinks, cheers. In the morning we went for the breakfast buffet on the top floor and the view was amazing but a bit costly. It was a great overall experience. Thanks.

Check in Staff was very helpful. Our room was neat and clean. Overlooking both of the falls, with a fireplace and a Jacuzzi Tub. Beds were very comfortable.

We enjoyed the bar by the check in desk during the evening for a drink and live entertainment. Our waitress was inviting and very attentive.

I would certainly recommend this hotel if you are spending a night in the falls. Even though they are currently under construction.

The Hilton Niagara Falls / Fallsview is in a wonderfully convenient location, right across from the new Fallsview Casino. We stayed the night at a nearby hotel, but enjoyed our breakfast at the Hilton. Their breakfast buffet is absolutely spectacular. There's an omelet station, hot food, fresh fruits, fresh breads, varied yogurts, and amazing service! We would definitely return!

The Hilton was a beautiful hotel, the lobby had 2 restaurants. The hotel itself had more then 5 restaurants. The room was clean and well taken care of. The surrounding area was amazing they had many things for a guest to do besides going to see the falls. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Hilton if they decide to visit the falls

Very clean
Typical Hilton quality
Friendly staff
Pretty high room rates (compared to other major cities) due to the tourist area it is located in. Would had been nice if the suites included bathrobes and slippers for the room price you are paying. Spectacular views of both the US and Canadian horseshoe falls. Best rooms for falls view are in north tower, any floor room number ending in 51. Hotel connected to casino via indoor walkway. Parking is not connected to hotel and there is a short walk (1 minute) outside from garage to lobby. Lots of other restaurants within walking distance too.

Starting with the good. The view from our room was great. Could see both falls (although the casino tower partially blocked view of the Canadian falls).
Now for the bad. Bedspread had large stain on it. Got housekeeping to replace it but new spread also had a stain. Bath linens were also stained. One power outlet was loose and the phone outlet was falling out of the wall. Multiple spots of chipped paint.
Welcome text message had another guests name. When I replied letting them know I was not the person addressed they didn't apologize or even acknowledge the mistake, just got a canned reply.
Parking garage is a joke. Not enough spaces for the size of the hotel and most spaces are so narrow that many vehicles were parked across the lines, further limiting available spaces. Had to unload passengers and luggage from the car prior to parking because not enough room to open doors on both sides. Oh, and they automatically charge you for parking. I am assuming if you didn't have a car you would have to argue with them at checkout to get it removed.
Which leads to the fact that there are extra fees beyond taxes that are added to your bill. Quoted room rate is no where near final cost. Wish hotels were required to disclose actual cost when you are first looking at the rooms so you can better estimate costs and compare rates.
Bottom line, only reason to stay here is the view. Not the quality I expected from a Hilton property.
Final note, we didn't go to breakfast but if we had we might have had a problem. For the room rate, a child is anyone under 18. But for the breakfast buffet a child is under 12. Our coupon for free breakfast listed two adults and one child. Unfortunately my son is 16 so qualified as child for the room but not breakfast. Since we weren't using it I didn't ask for this to be fixed but want others to be aware they may need to address this issue.

Hilton Falls view has some of the best views in Niagara. They are often clean and staff are always helpful. It is also directly connected to the casino so you don't have to step outside in colder months. They also have very good restaurants within the hotel which offers nice and relaxed atmosphere. Just beware of the Niagara tax which is just ridiculous.

Came here for a 1 night stay as apart of our 1 year anniversary and booked a falls view room! The view was amazing! The amenities in the hotel are superb and it's nice to have a access to the casino next door without having to go outside. The staff here are friendly and take good care of guests. While it was a bit of a pricey trip for a one night stay it well worth it especially for am anniversary!!!

Stayed here for one night and I couldn't believe how awful my experience was. I checked in with my boyfriend into a 2 queen bed room and found Doritos crumbs all over the carpet, the beds looked as if someone sat on them, the washroom was filthy and wasn't cleaned properly along with having water bugs in and around the bathtub. We complained to front desk and they moved us to a different room, which ended up in me finding half of a rolled joint on the floor which was a HUGE disappointment. The only thing I'd say made my stay better was that they upgraded me to a much nicer room that I was happier with. Overall, not a hotel I would recommend, but front desk is incredibly good at service recovery.

Stayed here for a conference this year but have also been here before on vacation. Great hotel with wonderful views of the city, falls, and casino. Close proximity to all the tourist attractions, and easy access to the casino - cross the street or take the 2nd storey bridge. Rooms are clean and well kept - some have a large window separating the jacuzzi tub from the bedroom, with a power blind so you can turn off the lights and enjoy both the tub and the Niagara view at the same time. Would stay here again when prices are reasonable.

I had a great stay overall, but something that stood out to me was the staffs willingness to accommodate my special requests.

In particular Dwayne, one of the cooks in the Grand Buffett restaurant, and Joe in the hospitality service who helped me when I was at the Myst Lounge. Both went out of their way to have vegan dishes prepared for me since the group I was with did not pay for any “special requirements “. They both seemed genuinely concerned that my needs were exceeded, and I would like to personally thank both of them.

I’ll come back for this reason alone.

Facility was very clean. While it was busy, the staff was calm and in control of the guests. Everyone was friendly. Room was excellent. Our room didn't have a great view, but we knew that going in. Facility is directly across the road from the casino with a covered walkway to it.

Great location. Nice hotel. From experience: waterfall views only have a view of the American falls side. Some buildings covering the Canada portion of the falls. Great breakfast options... REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR BREAKFAST STUB to breakfast. The staff is extremely rude when you don't have it and sit with your group. Rude. I won't give them lass than four stars because the other amenities and features were not bad. Worth spending the night at, all things considered.

There was a large group (some company training) that bought a lot of rooms and parking, so I had to park in a side lot outside, but they upgraded my room to a suite for free. I love that they give a $40 voucher for Brasa (the Brazilian steakhouse located in the hotel) with the purchase of a room. It's still pricey, but the food is phenomenal. There is also a casino across the street from the hotel, but there is an enclosed walkway over the street that connects the Hilton Hotel and the Fallsview Niagara Casino. You're also only a short walk away from the Niagara Falls. It's a fantastic place to stay.

Disappointed Hilton! False fire alarm and stay on the line for everything!

I was there with my family to relax and with a beautiful view of the falls, but....
The hotel is beautiful, and the bedroom is great, not so clean, but gorgeous bed, good bathroom.
The problem is more then they can handle. It's not a cheap hotel.
Imagine you waiting 10 minutes to take the elevator to go sleep, or your son waiting in a line to slide in the pool, waiting 30 minutes to take breakfast, frustrating...
In the middle of the night, the fire alarm terrifying all family and put everyone to go to the stairs, after 30 floors nobody in the staff know what was happened, no information, just false smiles, no excuses....
How an hotel with 51 floors can be unprepared to terrifing all guests in the middle of the night without reason? Training?

The guest room was great. Comfortable bed. Big with a couch as will as a desk.View of the falls and a fireplace in the room. I couldn't get it to work mind you. The conference room was good for us and the breakfast and lunch provided were quite good for our large group. Parking was a bit awkward if you didn't want to pay. I paid but some others decided not to and had to walk out side in the rain.

Nice hotel. You will have some nice views of the falls. If you are able to get a higher floor. Price is a little on the high side for what you get. Breakfast buffet is expensive for the food offered. Washroom was nice with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

I stayed at the Hilton September 8, for a wedding. Love this hotel, our housekeeper Colleen , was amazing!!!! She heard me say I loved the jazzuzi tub, so she brought me bubble bath. She also had champagne glasses for me. When I got back to my room after the wedding, she had slippers, robes and chocolates waiting for me on my bed. Amazing service. The next day a breakfast our service was extremely attentive and very kind . fantastic hotel experience I'll definitely stay there again

It was great! The service was amazing, and the employees were very polite and helpful. The room where i was staying had an amazing view of the falls and the fireworks. I had. A spectacular time, but i rate it 4 stars because the pool isn't great, but it has a water slide, and the Breakfast Cafe required a very long wait, which was around 20-30 minutes. Overall, it was a great overnight trip, and I would recommend Hilton Hotel.

The hotel and location itself was wonderful. We had a Falls view room and it was clean and had a wonderful view. The only downside was that we had to wait 4 hours before we could get into our room. Granted check out time was 4pm and we got there a little after noon. After waiting in the check-in line for about 20-30 minutes we were told our room wasn't ready yet. So we went down to see the Falls and get back to the hotel around 2. We ask again if our room is ready. We were told that it was being cleaned at that time and we should come back in about 30-45 minutes. So we go back to the check-in desk at around 3 and we were told again that they were just starting to clean our room and that the lady at the desk would call to tell the housekeeping to expedite the cleaning in our room. So we go back to the desk for the fourth time at around 3:45 only to be told the room was still being cleaned. Now we were, like others would be, very upset and frankly quite angry with the fact that we had been told on 3 separate occasions over the course of over 2 hours that our room was being cleaned, and it just felt that we were being lied to at that point. Just after 4 we were given our room number and key and were able to enjoy the rest of our stay.

The room was clean and comfy and the staff were friendly. I forgot a razor and the guest services crew were quick to bring a complimentary shaving set up for me. The one thing to note is that not all rooms are copycat of one another. We stayed in a falls-view king jacuzzi suite a previous time and that room was laid out differently and seemed more up to date (an electronic window between the bedroom and bathroom vs folding windows, for example). However, the comfort and enjoyability of the stay was the same. If you select the falls-view side and a high floor (both 23 and the 30-something of our previous stay were beautiful) you should be very happy.

Unbelievable view if you are willing to pay for it. Room was good sized and clean. The hotel has many rooms so the front desk, valet, etc are almost always crowded. It's best to leave extra time if services are needed. You can't bring drinks from the downstairs bar up to your room; not sure if that's due to local law but it seems silly. With taxes and parking it really is extremely costly but I felt one night there was worth it for the view of the falls and the fireworks they shoot off above them.

Great view! Had a room on the 50 floor. Was able to see both falls. Room cleanliness left a bit to be desired. There was an unidentified substance left on the bathroom wall. Carpet had red splotches in multiple areas. Overall, would stay again.

Rooms are great and the staff is very helpful and willing to go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. Please note that this hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast, if you were expecting that.

Upon entry to the room, we were pleased to have a great view of the American Falls. In addition to that, the room was clean and well organized. The best part, we were at a location in which we were able to watch the fireworks from our room.

Overall a great experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Loved the view from our 41st floor North Towe room. Check in and check out were easy and quick on a summer weekday. We park at the adjacent casino parking lot for $5 instead of the pricey Hilton lot, and if you gamble using your player's club card or dine at the casino you can earn free parking. It's fun to see the fireworks from above. We are Hilton regulars and have stayed in both towers, and they have slightly different views, but I would not say one view is better than the other.

The hotel itself is beautiful. We said in a suite facing the falls. Room was spacious, and they were accommodating to my needs for my baby. My only complaint is the lack of cleanliness. The doors in our room have never been cleaned, NEVER! I don't even want to know the stains and particles left on the bathroom pocket door. I've stayed at many motels in the area that were spotless. You can tell there had been a few parties in the room.

Had dinner at the Watermark restaurant. Had requested a table with a view of the falls for our anniversary. View was unbelievably amazing. Food was exceptional. Our servers were so friendly. They even let us stay a little late so that we could watch the fireworks!

I fully understand what the big deal is - Hilton Hotel has exceptional service! They help you carry your bags out of your car, and park your car for you. When you are ready to leave, they pick up your car, and put your bags in the car. The men actually stand outside and wait for guests to arrive, and quickly help you get inside. WOW!! I was impressed. (The view from the window of Niagara is excellent too. I'm not into casinos, but the lights are cool to look at from the room.) Thank you for your service :)

This is our 3rd stay in the hotel, we loved our previous time. This time we went on Sunday after Canada day 2017. Too many people elevators were full and rooms were taken. However, George at the front desk was extremely helpful and helped us when we had issue with valet parking. My advice is don’t take valet parking on weekend or stat holiday unless you don’t mind to wait for 25-30 mints for your car. Room was awesome we had an amazing falls view. Thank you George - T

This is our third stay here. We wanted a good view of the Falls for the 150 fireworks show. The view did not disappoint. The room was, as always, clean and accommodating. We ordered room service the first night. The kids meals (burger and chicken fingers) were good but my wife's dish (seafood risotto) was small for the price and not overly tasty; in steam sandwich was all right but not worth what they were charging. I'd still stay here again. You can't beat the view.

The check in was efficient and we were given warm cookies upon arrival which was a nice touch. The room wasn't bad, you could kinda see the falls, bed was comfortable, the room clean. The location was decent and as it was away from the Clifton hill area it meant it was away from outside noise. It's a close walk to the go transit bus stop on Stanley, close to the restaurants and of course the falls. One thing I would say is the walls are quite thin, we were woken up early by a neighbouring family.

We had decided to come to this hotel for our first year anniversary. We read and heard that the view of the falls were the best.
The parking was ridiculous with self-park. Having to go here and there and felt like everywhere. That was a pain, but we found it.
Line up for check-in which is understandable. When we got to the counter, we were told that the suite that my husband had booked was not available. He booked it on Friday evening and we arrived on Sunday at about 5:30pm. How was it not available? I inquired about this and she explained that we were getting an upgraded room rather rudely. I asked if it could possibly be smoking which was not an option when booking. No unless we want to downgrade. Well we did not want to downgrade. I ended up smoking in our car which was at least a 10 minute walk every time. Thank goodness I am not a heavy smoker.
We got to the room and I will admit, the view was breathtaking! You can see both the American and Canadian falls. The city and the falls are beautiful at night time.
The room itself was rather nice and clean. We end up getting a room with another bed but of course we did not use both beds. The bed...my goodness, was like sleeping on clouds!
The tempurature was at 12° which was chilly...but no problem adjusting it.
We did go out for dinner and to Fallsview Casino which was nice that it was across the street.
The morning breakfast that was included when booking was amazing. We decided to go to the 33rd floor breakfast which was only an extra 10 dollars for us. The view was stunning and the staff was very nice.
We might come back here or we might try another hotel next time.

Beautiful hotel in general. We stayed in the King suite with premium view of the US and Canadian falls. The room had an amazing view and was very comfortable, although, it did need to be fixed up a little (peeling wallpaper, paint chipping, carpet stains). The service was very good for what we specifically paid for, but they weren't interested in going above and beyond. It was my mother in law's 60th birthday, and all they offered to me was the option of purchasing flowers or balloons from them.

Stayed at the Hilton Niagara for a work conference, and the stay was great. Rooms were clean, modern, and offered a great view of the falls. All amenities were available, and the lobby area provided access to restaurants, gift shops, and more. Roof-top parking was an added bonus.

$25/day parking! Don't be deceived by the bellman who says parking is "$25". He never mentions it is per day. Other than that the hotel was nice with a good view of the falls. Still cant believe we payed $50 for two days of parking... Parking lot next door is $5 per day.

Hotel room was very clean and tidy. Price is great for the view. Staff is very kind and accommodating. The location of this hotel is great. If you can not stay at fallsview and want to gamble, this hotel is very very close. There are many good bars and restaurants very close by.

This has to be the best view besides the casino right in front of it. From our suite we could see both the US falls and the Canadian horseshoe. My husband took great timelapse pictures from the room. The breakfast buffet was amazing and one of the few I've had that was worth the price! It is a bit of a hike down to the falls, but I made it down and back twice in one day while 7 months pregnant! There are also buses, but we didn't need them.

Came here for coffee while on a recent vacation. The location and atmosphere is wonderful. A nice spot to come and refuel while touring the Falls. I have stayed in the hotel a few years ago and it was the best hotel I have ever stayed in...mind you I was in a three room suite with concierge service and an amazing view. My kids loved the pool and their private bedroom which had all the comforts of home (tv games cable) I love this hotel. Treat yourself and stay here at least once. At minimum, you'll come back for a coffee and dwell in memories of "that time we stayed in an amazing hotel"

The hotel is in a great location and many of the rooms overlook the falls. The north tower is the best to be in, it has more floors and newer rooms. The mid tower has older rooms and they're not as nice. The staff are very helpful.

Location is great, no more than a short walk to everything in the area. The building itself is a bit dated but has been renovated nicely. The room was in need of a touch up as the paint in the bathroom was peeling on the ceiling. Overall no complaints!

We stayed here March 19 to 21 2017 for our 25th wedding anniversary. Our room was falls view with Jacuzzi king studio. The staff was all wonderful and room was great. View was stunning of American Falls. Horseshoe was clouded by mist from casino heat vents across street...but that isn't their fault. Easily within walking distance of Falls and plenty of food options. Even had some time for the pool and 30 foot water slide. We paid for valet parking to eliminate the worry and well worth the extra dollars. Will happily book again.

Great hotel - got Fallsview suite and had very good view of the American falls. Not sure if this hotel offers rooms with a view of Horseshoe falls. From our room, the view of Horseshoe falls was blocked by the casino next door. But still, liked the view of the American Falls. Also had a great view of the nightly fireworks. Room service was very pricey, but really good for breakfast!

Finding the hotel and parking was simple and clearly identifiable. I like that there were so many bars and restaurants attached to the hotel to choose from. Check in was simple and hassle free. Staff gave us non down pillows when requested. Easy access to the casino from the hotel. Beautiful view. Loved the classy and modern look of the hotel and our room. Was pleased with shower and bed quality.

Overall the place was fine. Bed was comfortable and the room was well lit with a great view of both falls. Some issues I had that were enough to make me consider not staying there again: Parking is expensive. Considering dinner guests can get parking validated it should be cheaper for guests. Pillows were not comfortable. Room was too warm and the in room thermostat did not work.

Nice views and comfortable rooms but dated decor. Was on 48th floor with some lower floors of tower under renovation. No noise inconvenience but slow elevator service due to workers. Dined at The Watermark restaurant. Again, great views, average meal with a premium price. Although enjoyable time I had higher expectations. Stayed at Embassy Suites down the road and it surpassed all of what the Hilton offered with more perks

Pros:
Clean room.
Nice View.
Swimming pool with one slide (but cannot use if no life guard).
Maintenance staff was better than front desk.
Close to the falls.

Cons.
Shower door was broken and the carpet at entrance of bathroom was soaked when we arrived.
Gym is like what you would find at someones basement.

The hotel was amazing. The view was perfect and the Brazilian restaurant was so tasty. Everything was perfect. Until we waited a very long time for our valet parked car. The people were rude and hard to communicate with Our car was parked outside all weekend, therefore frozen solid. I had to use my key to pick open the gas cover to pump gas an hour after leaving the hotel. I would expect more from the Hilton.
If I would have known that the valet parking was outside, I would have paid less and parked in the garage.
5 stars to every aspect of this place.... but
1 star to the valet parking

I must say the location is very convenient within walking distance to the falls, if you don't mind walking. Our check in was very easy and the man who did our check in was very friendly and told us a lot of information on events, tours, things to do, and places to eat, etc. The room was what we requested we could see both the American and Canadian sides of the falls but wasn't as close like they show in the pictures. We stayed for 3 nights and didn't have any issues but we aren't needy people. We loved that the hotel was connected to the casino and the food court, that was very convenient.
The reason I gave them 3 stars was upon check out we noticed the Tourism tax that they (slightly disguise), and when we asked the front desk lady that took care of us, she told us something completely different when prompt what the tax stood for. (You however do not have to pay for this tax if you request it to be taken off your bill). Since she told us something completely wrong we didn't think anything of it till we read the fine lines on the bottom of the bill explaining what the TI tax stood for, but was on the bill as something different and was told a lie on what it stood for. It was $40 extra dollars for the whole stay but I figured writing a review is way more important because that is what we research when looking for hotels, places to visit, etc. So if you are not aware in Canada they tax ( the crap) out of you. I guess since it is such a high tourism area they raise the prices on mostly everything. We ended up going to the Walmart that was close by and buying foods that we didn't have to go and sit down at a restaurant and pay over $80 dollars for a meal for 2 people. We were also a little smart before coming and bought snacks and drinks in the U.S. prior to coming. There are a lot of things to do around this hotel and the room was is decent condition, nothing over the top, but if we were to return to Niagara Falls, we would stay on the American side and then just drive to the Canadian side for the day. Also parking is insane, but it's cheap compared to a lot of other tourist areas where New York City is like $100 a day. I will say they are very friendly on the Canadian side.

We stayed here for a night on a Tuesday. The check in line was fairly long but the front desk was adequately staffed and the line moved quickly. The room was spacious and very clean. We had a great view of the American Falls. One thing that could be improved on is the wait time for valet. We waited about 25 minutes for my car to be brought up.

Reasonable nice place for shot stay. Nothing will make you feel fancy either. Check-in rush show how small the place actually is. Check out rush let many wait over half an hour for an elevator. Stuff is reasonable nice enough.

Rooms are mostly clean, we found one pillow with obvious drool marks on them. The staff replaced it immediately however. I found my allergies to act up on our last visit but I don't know what to associate that with. Rooms are comfortable and temperatures can be controlled easily with the in room thermostat. We always aim to stay at Hilton anytime we are in Niagara, given that the prices are reasonable.

Upon checking in, my husband and I were given a free upgrade to a premium suite on the 47th floor of the North Tower. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and spacious. It was a really beautiful place to visit. Service was great too. Only thing that knocked off the last star was that the showers were really poorly designed. I don't know if they were mislabeled or whatnot. There was also a gap at the hinge that made it easy for water to escape and spray onto the washroom floor by the toilet. Literally nothing too big of a complaint, just a slight hassle. Everything else was great.

The view overlooking the falls was great. Unfortunately, the lights were not shining on the falls during late enough hours to fully appreciate it - when it was darkest. The rooms were nice. Went here for a guys weekend. Had a blast. Rooms were very nice and big. Very clean as well. Modern decor and comfortable couch and beds. Never made it to the hot tub or pool but I saw them and they looked fantastic. Parking is extra depending on the amount of people with cars per room. Beautiful view of the falls from the room. Outstanding place and worth the extra cost.

My stay was very average, nothing about the place really stood out. However, this may be because I did not spend much time at the hotel. Instead, I was out enjoying the scenery instead of being cooped up in the room. Service was also great as you would expect.

Booking in was a frustrating experience, but, other than that, the hotel is great, with amazing rooms, a waterslide at the pool, a great restaurant at the very top with an amazing view of the falls, a front door directly in front of a bus stop, and even a issue of the National Post left a t the front of each occupied room every week(or so I guess).

My bride and I spent two nights in the Falls View Hilton on our honeymoon. We got a falls view room on the 22nd floor of the South Tower. It was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the Jacuzzi tub was amazing, and the view was impeccable (some trees partially blocked the Canadian falls, so if you want an unobstructed view, go a few floors higher). Room service was even good! The only downside to this luxury hotel is the expensive parking. $30 a night is kind of excessive. Other than that, this is a perfect place to stay for a romantic getaway.

Great stay, a great room, we had one of their suites with 2 bedrooms, great view of the falls and even better view of the fireworks!

It's definitely a big hotel, food options are decent, including the room service and the prices. The casino is right across the street, and the main attractions are just down the road, about a 10 - 15 min walk.

Would definitely stay here again, especially for the price.

When we first checked into this hotel, it was quite disappointing to see the room was in such a big mess with garbage under the table, even the bed sheets were not even clean and had stains on them and even hair all over the bed sheets and the pillow case. We had called and requested for a room service to come change the bed sheets at least but after waiting for 2 hours, we decided to go downstairs and asked them to switch our rooms which they gladly did so at least the issue got resolved.

Other than that, the view of the room was horrible but I guess we had just gotten unlucky with the room selection.

On the positive side, the hotel is very close to all the amenities, casino, night clubs, and restaurants and the front desk service was good!

RUDE STAFF TAKES AWAY FROM A GREAT PROPERTY
This is really a great Hilton location. We are HGVC members as well as Honors members, so we know our Hilton's well - and this is one of the better properties. The local is ideal for Niagara attractions and the fallsview suites are just amazing! My kids slept with the curtains open every night to the beautiful falls views! The hotel is connected to the casino by an indoor walkway and has quiet of few dining options. Note, the food is expensive, so don't even think of ordering room service. Also note, that a luggage cart comes with a bellhop so be prepared to tip well. We though the bell services were very prompt and very good for such a large and busy location. This place stays full and you will need to wait for elevators in the evenings. The suites are awkwardly designed, with a queen bed as you enter, then the bathroom and then a living room with a queen and pull out sofa. It can sleep six but it is a little tight. The bathroom is not impressive, just basic. The shower is small and needs some upgrading and is literally 3 steps from the toilet. One last thing, we had a bad experience with a rude concierge. It seemed like he was just annoyed by life and then he tried to sell us an overpriced tour for $150 per head which we found something similar for $49 bucks while walking around. The property is really a 3.5 stars but TA only allows a 3 or 4 so I go with 3.

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site.

The nicest service people I've ever come across, the couples package is a nice deal. Plus if you're paying with American it's way cheaper than what you think. Though I'd suggest you don't eat in the hotel because it's very expensive. There's a Shoeless Joe's right on the corner that's delicious and cheap.
