We made this our choice for end of summer vacation and are so happy we did.

The service from the Front Desk Manager, Robert the F&B Manager and Markus the General Manager has been top notch.

The rooms are very good, the cleaning staff goes through everything multiple times a day it seems. Grounds are well maintained and the location is central to many things Karon Beach has to offer.

We enjoyed the sunsets from the Panorama Lounge daily.

Excellent Resort with lots of land and landscape and greenery. Rooms are clean and the sea view is mesmerising.
Anyone looking for a great family time in solace in the lap of nature in Phuket, can close the eyes and book.

Had a fantastic stay here. The many food venues, Italian and Thai restaurants are very good and I highly recommend eating at each of them. The breakfast buffet is also provides many options and will cater to all!

The many pools allow you to feel like you are not in a big resort and not overcrowded at any time during the day. I highly recommend coming here.

One last point, a secluded location and away from Patong, which, once you check out, you will know you've made the right decision!

It is on the beach which is just across the road from its back entry.

The nearby beach is less crowded and very beautiful, there are large numbers of stall selling Thai food.

I spent 5 days at this wonderful resort I can honestly say that I will be back again next year the views are magnificent the staff are super friendly and the managers care 100% of the time. The food is really good there are plenty of things to do for your children here at the hotel many pools to swim in and easy access to the resort amenities. My daughter had an accident and hurt her wrist in the ball pit of the bounce house by the pool and the hotel provided 1st aid and took care of her injury. Tatiana checked daily on my daughter and this type of service needs to be rewarded. I will 100% be returning to this resort! Thank you so much Hilton for this wonderful trip.

Huge fan of Hilton but in the case of this property it just didn't meet the bar. No Executive lounge and a location that left you stranded and stuck with their 3 places to eat. Property is also older and seems very close to time for a major refresh. There are some positives such as the great staff and pools but for us just not enough. Also WAY to many kids. We checked out early and we are moving along to another Hilton property where we know the quality is high.

Just returned home and are missing this resort already. Stayed ocean view room and it certainly didn't disappoint. Resort and staff were wonderful, always welcoming and cheerful especially at happy hour at the various bars and pools. Great location directly opposite clean beach and easy walk to the action being midway between Kata and Karon. Dined at all restaurants and could not fault the quality of the food or service (Robert take note!). Loved the sunsets and cocktails at the Ocean Beach Club😎

Amazing staff. Rooms were often cleaned more than once a day. Even took the time to organize and stack things left in room. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a good location but the “D” tower where we stayed was a bit dated. About an hour and 15 minutes from airport. Overall a pleasant experience. We rented a motorbike for transport and this worked out well.

Great resort, pools are nice and relaxing. Rooms are nice, breakfast is great. Staff are excellent. Really close to the the beach which is clean. Close to a nice walking market.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, upgraded rooms are worthwhile but be prepared to pay. Overall happy with our stay. Good for kids if you like water activities. You could spend 2 weeks here and not need to leave the resort. Using the Hilton vehicles for any outings is worth paying a small premium for. Drivers are great and trustworthy.

My family is enjoying a wonderful time at this Hilton property. There are many activities available and we have participated in several of them. I think my favorite was the Thai cooking class but the fruit and vegetables carving class was fun too. We've also enjoyed the many pools and the beach which is across the street. A short walk into town and you have lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. We'll be back.

This hotel is nice, although there are areas of improvement, like not waiting fpr breakfast, or the hotel transfer car could go more often. The bed was nice but the pillows were horrible - too tough. The restaurant - Sails, was amazing however. Great staff and delicious food. The access to the beach was great as well.

Its a pretty nice hotel... It's quiet and calm... Chill as some would say. It is a little walk from the closest market. But on the back exit of the hotels HUGE!! Property it is the beach and it makes for a nice walk at night as it doesn't get too cold. The staff is there to help at all times but you might have some struggle understanding eachother due to the accents its a good place for spending time with your family.

I have so many fond memories of our stay in this lovely hotel which has a great feel. The tropical grounds and gardens are just magical with lots of places to relax in and explore. It is away from the hustle and bustle of awful Patong Beach. Breakfast by the pool was fantastic with such a wide selection. The room overlooking the sea was tasteful, clean and spacious. Would love to stay here again.

Nice rooms and data internet. Got excellent service with our Hhonours membership. Food was not great, however the manager of the restaurant we went to was very kind after hearing the complaint. Although the hotel was close to many nice restaurants. Also very close to the beach.

The hotel is very large and has great scenery as well as nice swimming pools. The spa is decent too. The staff was very very friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location. Very crowded with many people visiting here. Service was perfect. Comfortable room, close to Karon beach and main street.

Great customer service, check in was extremely long. Superb breakfast, large room and we were upgrade to deluxe room. Great for kids and far away from Phuket, but 15 minutes walk from Karon town.

We came back to stay at the Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort after 10 years and we were blown away by how beautifully maintained the resort has been kept. The hotel itself is looking a little dated and could do with a fresh facelift but it still has this unique Hilton charm. The grounds are vast so they have a passenger trolley that runs 24 hours to take you to the 3 various wings of the hotel, to the main lobby and to the welcome lobby. The resort has 4 swimming pools and so many restaurants that you never feel like there are many people around! The fitness centre includes a well equipped gym, 3 outdoor tennis courts, 2 squash courts and a pool table / table tennis. We had a 90 minute couple massage treatment at their amazing day spa and it was exceptional. The staff that work here are truly what makes this place so special. I would highly recommend this resort.

Reasonably priced and while the buildings are not much to look at, the grounds are lusciously landscaped and tended. The Hilton Lounge, situated on the top floor, conveniently 2 doors from our apartment, is well stocked with drinks and alcohol (during happy hour) and snacks. As you would expect, the staff are very warm and welcoming, but as they get to know you, do their best to anticipate your wishes and preferences.

I enjoy the hotel very much. This hotel have great restaurants. I tried two of them Ocean Beach Club and Thai Thai Restaurant it's a must. Great pools, Excellent room very clean and almost perfect, Excellent Guest Relation by phone, Excellent restaurant staff.

After arrival, I was surprised about this Resort. Many buildings, many After arrival, I was surprised about this Resort. Many buildings, many swimming pools, Restaurants, and not only one breakfast room.
The Resort is very clean, and the Stuff are very friendly. The cleaning in the room excellent. The SPA also nice friendly and good service. My daughter, she was every day in the Kids Club, good place. All together I can give 5 stars.
From the Hotel, beachside, you can walk 5 min, to small market, Restaurants, Supermarket.
Some small thinks, they need an improvement.
The Check-in was not good. The Lady was a little lost, she has not found our reservation, and we must wait until we can go to our room. We arrived late, and normal the rooms are ready by 15:00.
We booked the extra night, to make sure we can go straightaway to the room.
The Hotel confirmed the booking, but still waiting for the room, and no Kids Bed was ready.
One times I had problems with the Air-conditioning. I went 4 times to the reception, and 4 times different answers. After 20 hours, we found one Person, she takes care about our problem.
We changed the room, and next day again AC problems, in the new room. This time, when I contact the reception, they immediately helps us, and fixed the problem.
For me looks like, sometimes the problems not taken seriously and simply passed on and ignored.
We used the Panorama Lounge. The food excellent, and the stuff very friendly and always looking to use, and make the stay comfortable.
I can understand, when the management says, no Kids below 16 years are allowed after 5:30 pm (Happy Hour) at the Lounge. At least, the Hotel must give a separate room, where the kids can stay, at this time with observation! Otherwise we pay a lot of money for the Lounge, and we cannot use it!!!
Finally, I hope, the Hotel work on these problems, and maybe the improve the Communication between different departments.

Stunning grounds. Brilliant facilities. Incredibly accommodating staff. We came for a wedding and were completely taken aback by how well everything was managed.

Very family friendly hotel. 5 pools to chose from and the beach is two minutes away.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Town center is too far to walk if you have children so taxis are required. No metered taxis and a set charge of THB 200 gets expensive if used every day which you do unless you stay in the hotel only.
Other wise one of the best hotels in Karon.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Hilton. The seafood buffet was superb! Only downside was many guests with noisy children running in pool areas and in Jacuzzi. The Hilton has a kids area at the pool and it would be helpful if parents with children stayed in that area so adults could relax!!

Nice hotel and sea view from the balcony of the room was fantastic at this time the waves are high, the atmosphere is cloudy and the breakfast is nice. The staff are very nice. Bring a birthday cake in the room. A nice gesture. There is a nearby market and fish restaurants.

Gorgeous location, we had a few issues with the internet and airconditioning which lasted during our entire stay but other than that it has great facilities and classes you should definitely make us of. Amazing food at the Sails cafe -try the curries- and super friendly staff. It's also easy to get trapped inside the hotel compound but i recommend exploring restaurants just outside the hotel which are cheaper and just as good

Very friendly staff. Had a suite in the lotus wing . Lounge is fantastic. They found out we are vegetarian and they made sure there was enough choices for us at Happy Hour.
The suite was spacious. Breakfast buffet at Sails has a large variety of foods and very good service.

The hotel grounds and the rooms were beautiful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They even delivered cake to our room for mine and my wife's anniversary. I'm giving three stars because although the staff and aesthetics were great, I was thoroughly disappointed in other aspects. The food at the resort was hit or miss and I even suffered a boit of food poisoning. I thought sticking to food at the resort would keep me from getting sick, but i was wrong. I also wrongly assumed that tours through the Hilton's trip desk would avoid some of the negative aspects of tourism in Thailand that i read about online. My wife and I took a city tour of Phuket, which was going very well until we came to the "Elephant Trekking" portion of the tour. I had read about various animal abuses that happen in Phuket as part of the tourism, but I figured that Hilton would not associate with that kind of activity so booking an elephant experience with them would be pretty safe. I was very wrong. We arrived at Phuket Safari Eco+ to see a young elephant chained to the ground, unable to move more than a few feet, monkeys in chains in small bird cages, and adults elephants being forced to walk in monotonous circles through a mix of mud and their own feces and prodded with sharp tools when they refused to continue walking. Horrendous conditions to say the least. Ruined the entire stay for me. I had hoped a name like Hilton would be above associating with such blatant animal abuse in the name of a quick buck, but again, I was wrong. Extremely dissapointed. I advise anyone to avoid the city tours (especially the ones with elephants and/or monkeys) and you will likely enjoy your stay.

Old facilities but full service and lots activities. When you enter to hotel, you need to get hotel shuttle which is quite struggle. Nice staff and hospitality as Hilton style.

The hotel was good, the ammenities were clean, there were many things to do while staying there. The rooms were a bit dated. The internet was dropping off all the time. The staff were great, very helpful, polite, always smiling and very honest. The breakfast had a lots of variety and enjoyable food.

From the moment we arrived it was beautiful. A huge resort with 3 pools, bars and restaurants throughout. As a diamond honors member we were offered a bottle of wine since there was no upgrade available which was an excellent surprise for us. Access to beach is very easy and there is a nice mini mart and pharmacy a stones throw from the property to grab some cold ones for the fridge. A great resort for the money. Restaurants are a bit pricey compared to local restaurants, but for an extra couple of bucks I'd rather stick to the resort in the evening. Overall I would recommend!!

Good but could be great. Service was quite lengthy on both check in and check out. Room wasn't ready at 3pm as promised and housekeeper was still cleaning when we got to the room for the first time. But the room was really romantic and comfortable. The balcony served as my morning meditation place overlooking the ocean. Wish the hotel had better food as room service and OBC were below average for Hilton. Spacious grounds to walk but wished I was in Patong.

The hotel is great. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The bed is very comfy. It is on near the beach at walking distance. It could do with a little bit renovation. The food s very good. The stay was really pleasant.

I am so glad that I stayed at this hotel, I liked it so much I returned. The reason I returned was because of the overall ambiance, the fantastic staff, and the amazing grounds and pools.

The first time my wife and I arrived we where immediately upgraded to a superior room, I had joined the Hilton Honours Club just before we left for our holiday, I'm so glad we did.

One thing we looked forward to ever morning was walking across the Step-In-Stones to the one of the restaurants for breakfast in the morning, then sitting down to look over the lake while having breakfast. The food was wonderful, I can honestly say we never had a bad meal or service.

In one of the pools you can swim under a Waterfall that opens out into an underwater cave full of water, you can swim across it and then there is a Waterfall that drops down into another pool.

The hotel is situated across the road from Karon Beach, what a lovely beach and never crowded.

Amazing staff. Great view and nice pools. Tennis courts were a bit run down but the amazing breakfast made up for it.
P.s. if u get a room at the top floor facing the sea prepare for very strong winds!

Great experience if you get a nice room. We were put in the wrong room for one night and it was quite outdated but once in a suite it was very good. Ocean view recommended. Breakfast in outstanding!! Pools are awesome. Restaurants are very expensive - it's worth the $5 per day to have a moped and drive to eat for all meals. Enjoyed our stay!

This is a big resort but done really well. We love the familiar feeling of a western resort with a high level of local luxurious touches. Rooms are big and the staff are very professional and helpful. Easy 5 star

I stayed at two other resorts while I stayed in Phuket, and this one just stood out as the best option there.

It's perfect for honey moons, general escapes, and long-stay vacations.

I highly recommend this resort, and I believe that anyone staying there will experience pleasure and comfort through out the duration of their stay at this lovely resort.
