- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Great place, with all the amenities you need, and practically connected to the airport (elevator in the courtyard leads to the hallway connected to it). In my case, my family and I had several pieces of luggage, so we were able to use the carts from the airport, to get to and from the hotel. Friendly staff and comfortable room.

With full understanding of Covid-19 restrictions and the service disruption this may cause, the food service was extremely poor.
The food quality experienced was well below Hilton standards.
Delivery times were not precise and the last day it took more than 2 hours of delay to receive a lunch bag.

Great location; walking distance to main terminals at Fiumicino. Staff is gracious and helpful. Rooms are small and a bit outdated and our fridge was absolutely dirty and disgusting on the inside.

Airport hotel. Staff is friendly. Food is good and tasty and breakfast is excellent. Shuttle bus provided to the city. WIFI could be better. Furniture is old but clean

Great interim stop between a week in Tuscany and the flights home. The staff checked us in quickly, and shared so the info we needed. We got the adjoining rooms we requested (1 King next to 3 singles - perfect for family of five).

It may be a better experience due to my status, but we were on the Executive floor and had access to the line, where the servant was friendly and very hospitable, replenishing our drinks without us asking.

Easy access from airport. Good service on arrival. Excellent table service for dinner. Room very comfortable and clean. Fresh milk in fridge would be a bonus!

Typical airport Hilton. Convenient to the airport, but nothing else, which means everything is greatly over-priced. Breakfast was minimal, with the usual spread of cheap Italian lunch meats and hard, flavorless "pastries". Also, the fitness center was overrun by young weightlifters at mid-afternoon on a weekday, which was very unusual and I suspect they were most likely locals and not hotel guests. Edit: on the plus side, they provided free bus transportation to and from downtown Rome, which was nice.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Food accommodations were very delicious, and service was clean-cut. But for kids, not so much. The walls are definitely not sound proof, so keep those children at a low level of sound. Overall, this Rome Hilton Hotel was the good choice for a hotel near the airport. Thanks Hilton!

The name of the Hilton Rome Airport Hotel says it all: this is about easy access to the airport. The hotel is literally meters away from a walkway to the airport itself and with the size and complexity of the airport in Rome, it provides a spot to repack, prepare (especially if one is preparing any tax free items), rest and recuperate. There is a restaurant (open until midnight) and indoor pool on premise, and a surprisingly well equipped gym (lots of dumbbell weights). I booked a room at this hotel for my family on our last night in Italy as we had a morning flight (9:30am) and the three hour prep required for international travel meant we had to be at the airport by 6:30am. For first time travelers to Rome, be away that the airport is far away from most everything in the city and traffic can be unpredictable, so we were very glad to be able to take that wildcard out of our equation. Our room was gigantic, though modestly appointed. We had four clean beds and we all got a great nights sleep. One side note: it is clear that many of the flight staff (pilots, stewards, etc.) are regulars here, which I think is also a good sign.

The hotel is very convenient for an overnight stay, as it is next to the airport. This is evident by the large number of airline crew members that are seeing checking in and out during the day.

I would say that it is a nice hotel with the conveniences that large hotel chains offer. The morning breakfast buffet is good and plenty.

However, there are certain deficiencies that chopped one star from my overall rating.

1. The front desk is understaffed for the volume of people that need assistance.

2. Maintenance is somewhat lacking. Firstly, I had to change rooms as the showerhead in the bathroom had a huge leak. Secondly, of the four elevators, one was out of service and on my floor (3rd floor) the "down" button was not working on one of the two sides ... it worked on the side of the elevator that was out of service, meaning that when it was time to go to the lobby, I only had one out of four elevators available (unless I pressed "up" on the other side for a round trip).

The rooms are spacious and clean. Each room has a safe, but it is tiny - don't expect to put a laptop in there.

Very poor quality food in restaurant. Fatty grisly steak, over salted chips, stringy vegetables. Waiter dropped my sauce pot on my foot. Didn’t replace it. No Rosie wine available with meal. Dessert was nice though. Was the only part of the meal I enjoyed. Thoroughly over-priced for poor quality food and services. Complaint was just met with unfortunate faces and no offer of resolution.
Bar service is slow and begrudging. They often did not have change available.
Rooms were far too hot. Air conditioning totally ineffective. Power outlets inconveniently placed. Housekeeping was spotty at best. Door cards very temperamental.
Had to stay at the location for a conference but would not stay here again if given a choice.

Great place for a long layover. You can walk to and from the airport on the motorized walkway. The staff are nice. The hotel is quiet, especially by Roman standards. It's a long shuttle ride into Rome, though.

Clean basic hotel with very patient and personable staff. We stayed there courtesy of our airline because they cancelled our flight home. While airline sponsored mealtimes were not the best communicated, the staff did their best to accommodate the numerous guests staying as a result of the cancellations and kept the property very clean.

It is adjacent to the airport and also offers a free shuttle in to Rome.

Good hotel located walking distance from Rome airport. T coffee maker in the room. Friendly staff. Regular complimentary bus service to the heart of the city every 2 hours. Drive is about 30 min to 1 hr depending on traffic. Buffet breakfast is good. Liked the carrot cake and cappuccino coffee at the end of breakfast.

Front desk was very accommodating as we were able to check in at 11 am after disembarking a cruise. Our executive room was spacious and the lounge was a good hangout spot with food and drinks while we waited for our 5 am flight the next day. There are no restaurants within walking distance as it's located right next to FCO airport, but the evening service provided at the lounge was adequate for a light dinner. It's a short walk away (6 min) from either Terminal 1 and 3 and access is covered. They charged 1.5 times the room fees quoted which was quickly reversed after an email.

My first Hilton experience.
It's your run of the mill hotel, with a few exceptions.
1. All the stuff in the bathroom is called "super-rich"
2. The blankets and pillows are super comfortable.
3. The coffee is the worst Italy has to offer. For real, that's the syrup coffee. The stuff you used to get for free at LuftHansa boxes at Frankfurt airport.
I'm not complaining too much though. The rest of the breakfast was good enough. They even do the scrambled eggs quite well. Not the regular dry hotel stuff. They put some effort (and butter) into it.

This place needs a serious upgrade. The used shampoo and already opened bottles of water added to the experience. For the price I expected a lot more. I have seen roadside travel lodges which are in better condition. It is only because of its location I assume anyone comes here. The reason I stayed.

Nice airport hotel, nothing special. Room service food was good and the bed was comfortable. Staff were as usual friendly and helpful, only issue was the thermostat in the room didn't seem to do a lot. Turned it right down to 5 degree but still warm and ran with the fan all night. Personal preference though, I like a super cold room to sleep in.

4

Rooms are very dated, they changed our room once because the bath room door would not close.
There was mild in our bathroom.
Went to go for a swim in the pool (the main reason we booked this hotel) the pool was slightly to cold.
When I asked for three towels in the gym I was given a sigh by the person. She then asked if I had a swim cap( not a normal thing to carry on a holiday) when I said no and asked for 3 she gave me a big sigh again.
The room needs an up date but the beds are comfortable.
The showers are runs cold and the bath plug did not work.
Save your money stay somewhere else and pay for a taxi.

Great breakfast buffet if you decide to eat in the hotel's restaurant. They have a nice pool and fitness center. The hotel rooms and hotel all look nice and clean. There is a free bus that shuttles to downtown Rome (Piazza Venezia). The hotel connects to the airport with a long hallway with many moving walkways. But you have to go outside and take an elevator first.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the airport, perfect if you don't want to stress about making an early flight or if you need a place to stay during a layover, etc. For this reason, many airline companies have their air hostesses and pilots stay here. The hotel is pretty modern, besides the fact that I'm pretty sure you have to pay for Wi-Fi. There is a nice fitness room, pool, sauna, and hot tub. There's also a nice breakfast buffet with more American style breakfast but also some Italian breakfast options.

Great location, walkable through a tunnel from the terminal. Rented the room just for a day on an extended layover, which was very worth it. A well equipped and above average hotel gym exceeded my expectations. I had a pleasant experience with all staff members.

Very close to the airport (7 minute walk to terminal 1) the walk is roofed so it's fine even in the rain. Breakfast is a buffet. Rome is accessible by bus shuttle (did not use) every 2 hrs, or (as I did) by train from the airport. On the train about 30-35 minute to the central station. Hotel quality is on par with really any airport Hilton.

Convenient location next to the airport.
Offers a complimentary shuttle bus to the city centre, running every second hour from 8am to 10pm (11pm last return).
The restaurants offer tasty food and the breakfast buffet is very divers.
The rooms could use a bit more maintenance, as they look old and a bit damaged. Cleaning should be done more thorough, i found huge spider nets in 2 corners of my room.
The staff is polite and helpful.

We had a great time while staying at Hilton here in Rome. Love the free shuttle to Rome center, this was a selling point to stay here. Convenient location as our flight was leaving early am, walk takes about 10-15 minutes to check in counter at airport. How ever we forgot little USB with our pics from the trip in the room, but hotel could not find it.

Ten minute walk from the terminal buildings. Very convenient for early morning flights.

Excellent customer service, very attentive and reception staff were welcoming and went out of their way to help.

Brilliant shuttle service to the city. Coach leaves hotel every even hour and returns from the drop off point every odd hour. Drop off is about 10-15mins walk to the Coliseum.

Lots of options at breakfast. Well presented and prepared.

Indoor pool and gym available. Closes at 10pm for late swims! Was completely empty when I went at 9pm and enjoyed a very relaxing and peaceful swim.

Lots of airline staff use the hotel, so was very busy and actually full the night I stayed.

Only issue is as it's in the airport area, no shops around and if you need anything it's a 10 minute walk to the very expensive airport shops.

Conveniently attached to the airport. The best part about it is that it has a shuttle that takes you into the city, walking distance from many points of interest. Have stayed here twice, will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had a great stay here. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and polite as were the staff that set up our rollaway. We used the complementary bus service into Rome and that went smoothly and was on time. We were on the executive floor and I thought the rooms were well appointed and clean and the lounge had an adequate selection of food and beverages. The beds were not as comfy as in the USA but that's been our experience pretty much anywhere in Europe I'm actually surprised the by some of the mediocre reviews because we thought this was a great hotel especially if you want the convenience of staying near the airport

This hotel is conveniently located inside the airport. I haven't stayed at a Hilton in years. The check in line was excessively long. The room was dry and uncomfortable. It was clean but the bed sheets, well damn! It was like sleeping on cardboard. (I tend to exaggerate). It has a nice executive lounge but you have to pay extra for that.

8

Easy access to the airport, and nice staff at front desk, but what a weird set up in the dining room. The entire area: Bar, Bistro and Dining room are all attached, serviced by the same waitstaff and same kitchen. Three out of four guests in our group wanted to order from the dinner menu and one just wanted a Burger from the Bistro menu. The manager refused to allow us to order from both menus in either part of the restaurant...it was one or the other and literally only 10 paces from one seating area to the next. We all wound up in the Bistro area with a burger fantastic bottle of wine and a great waiter, but the system (and decor) is antiquated, average and not very accommodating.

I stayed one night after taking a late flight from Split, and my stay was amazing. Got to the bar right after last call for the kitchen but the staff was able to get me a salad (which was all I really wanted). Drinks were good. Service was great. Was talking to a lady at the bar who was waiting for the last few days on stand-by for a flight back to the US (her passport and credit cards were stolen), I told the staff to put her coffee on my tab but they let me know they've already comp'd her hot beverages due to her situation. Would stay again if I needed accommodations close to the airport.

The food is bad, it's either too saulty or tastles, especialy from room service food. I ordered pizza margerita. The taste was far from the real italian pizza. The rest was good. Clean place, polite personal, convenient location, free shuttle to the city. Take your own sleeprs cuz they don't provide it. There is a kettle with tea/coffee in the room. The window is not designed to be opened.

I'm so glad we chose to stay at the airport hotel our last night in Rome. Although the walk getting to it from the train was a bit long with all our luggage, it was a great hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable, the restaurant was great for dinner, there was no airplane noise in our room, and at 5 am when we checked out, they shuttled us to our terminal!

My wife and I stayed one night on 25 July 2014. We stayed here for convenience to the airport after a week travelling around Italy.
Hotel check in good, cleanliness good, room good. Very quite and we had good night sleep, and no aircraft noise.
Only thing that let it down was room service. We ordered a pasta dish each and grilled vegetables. Firstly no one answered the room service phone, so I called reception, who were happy to take the order.
1hour and 20 minutes later we received our room service. I'm sure it was forgotten about as all the food was cold. Very disappointed and after a week in Italy, this was the worst food we had received. We were too tired to ask for replacement, as it was late.

Nice room. But the HVAC was bad. I was not happy that the hotel shuttle did not drop us at the city center as advertised and we did not find out about it until we were on the bus and was dropped at a subway station 4-5 stops away. Best part of the hotel is that it's walkable to the airport from the hotel safely.

Very convenient and clean hotel, extremely close to the airport. There is above ground walk ways that connect you over to the hotel making your walk very quick and direct to the hotel. Just remember to follow the signs. They are small and sometimes you have to hunt for them. But once you find them it's a straight shot from the terminal to the hotel.

There is a charm to coming back to something familiar. We stayed at the Hilton Rome Airport after 2 weeks traveling Italy. The room was nicely furnished, the shower and bath system were incredible, and the bed was firm, yet slightly soft.

Just what you'd expect of a Hilton.

If you are looking for a traditional Italian experience, you will not find it here.

The desk personnel were fine. However, the woman told us the Executive Area was serving until 11pm. NO, it was not. We went there. It was very messy with dirty dishes spread around. One very loud man was making it less than pleasant to be there. No attendant, no food, no wine...
So, we have a nice meal in the bar area downstairs. Good service and tasty food. We go to our room for a hot shower to relax. NO hot water is running. We call the desk - no help, "oh, just run it awhile." Ever hopeful that it might be different in the morning - NOT so. Ridiculous to not have hot water in a room that costs $250 a night!! REALLY And, no one would come and change things.
The staff was pleasant, but the hotel lacks a finishing touch.
